HC mode in Diablo 3 says hi. PVP hasn't yet been released in Diablo 3. But its coming. Your argument is invalid. Wouldn't it only be invalid if we knew Diablo 3 was successful with hardcore pvp servers? We have no evidence that this will be the case aside from Diablo's good history with balancing, do we?

But as many pointed out there are many flaws in your approach and it's lead you to some very strange and incorrect conclusions. I welcome you to remake a topic about a discussion on the current day training methods if you'd like, but as the topic stands now it doesn't yield any fruitful discussion. I would not trust players to dictate updates. You as an individual might be level headed, or Tip.it as a group might be slightly level-headed, but the population as a whole is fickle, temperamental, short-sighted little cretins who shouldn't be put within 10ft of a means to make an impacting decision. You've got to have faith in the devs to balance the game. They've been taking some player suggestions at record amounts compared to the "dark ages" of no communication or taking user feedback from 2008-2010ish. They still goof a lot, but they haven't destroyed the balance yet. Hell the EoC is actually going to address a lot of imbalance, especially if it keeps improving.

DayZ still has its share of griefers, xloggers, etc even with clan structures on big servers. Why would the same not hold true here?

That's a good thing. I'd rather see a lot more muted spambots than a smaller amount constantly spamming. It means those filter updates they talked about before are working. That makes me very happy.

That option was removed by ipb when we upgraded. I remember a tech admin saying the default for displaying could potentially be increased if the default was too low, but I don't know for certain.

He's saying that the funds are being rolled into different departments, just like they said they rolled membership fees for botting accounts back into the anti-cheating departments. It's not profit if they're still covering other costs. It still has the potential to be largely profit (not 100% because they still have to pay the mindblowingly high 4 devs, plus any animators/coders/etc who work on SoF stuff) but it's not being used for that at this time. It sounds pretty reasonable to me though it does tick me off they won't say that in plain english. Clougie and Paul M were fine the whole time. I had to max my volume to hear MMG - his mic was bad. But then my ears were blown off when the other two spoke. I don't kill my eardrums with earbuds like most people my age do/did, so this was really irritating to me :P

It seems like he was trying to say they were only building up their tech and deliberately trying to kill Runescape to move onto their next game. That seems pretty ridiculous to me. But I could have read that wrong, in which case I hope Highlanders clarifies :)

There's more in control by quantity than not in, the argument is whether or not the lower count has a stronger weight than the higher. As much? You're probably right. As significantly? No one can say.

Are the bots in the game currently working injection/reflection bots? I don't keep up to date with botting websites to find out.
