  1. That's still quite a lot of pupil constriction. Well yea, but there's the window, and the flash, and the blinding lights from the mothership all around him.... I'm saying the kid is some alien freak. Or he's an adorable 4 year old. That's what they want you to think, then BAM!!, you wake up to flying saucers parked in the streets and little green women in your kitchens cooking your breakfast. Wait...don't you like green eggs and ham?
  2. Meh. They have so many better songs. Do show. By far not the best version, but I like the guitar part.
  3. LG Chocolate, it was free with the Verizon plan I had. I think I'm due for a new (free) phone. [hide][/hide] I don't like it much. It's old, fits well, but the slide and the front buttons can get annoying, and the buttons on the inside are too small to make texting anything close to pleasant. It's not an awful phone, but I'll be glad to move on.
  4. I'll take a YET. I have crates galore. Alright, I'm Bentomat on Steam. Wait I just realized I got the initials wrong, it's YER. I'm not sure if there's a different weapon called YET. And no crates please, I've spent enough money on this game already. Do you have any decent doubles? Maybe L'Etranger or a C&D with something random. The server thing fixed itself.

Orange mac n cheese is good, but only in limited amounts. Homemade mac n cheese, though, is awesome.
  6. Yesterday I spent a little while making stuff into scrap and then sacrificed my C&D to build Your Eternal Reward, then I opened a crate and got another one :wall: So anyways, I've got an extra YET, Scotsman's Scullcutter, Natascha, and Backburner if anyone has something worthwhile to trade. I've been getting this wierd "Server is running an old version" message that won't let me join servers today. The interwebs says it will fix itself, but I'm feeling really impatient.

Just the christianity. No other religions have even been mentioned. They just sorta come in and talk about it for the hour, telling some [cabbage] story and then on the last sentence linking it to religion. Then they show some video and link it to religion. If I had any interest, I'd have joined you by now. Shut up, and let me do some English. This is probably the first time I've actually wanted to go to English, too. The worst part is that no-ones gonna be there, so it's just going to be me, one of my mates and a bunch of others I don't really talk to. My mate is gonna do some trolling and knit. Apparently the most ultimate form of protest. (He's a weird guy, but cool) I really want to do some hard trolling, but no-one'll be there to enjoy it with me. Apparently public schools have to have a certain amount of religion going. Our school does a little bit in our assembly, and has one of these a year to get it all done. Here in Amehrca it's the contrary, public schools are supposed to avoid anything at all relating to religion. Still, little kids say "Under God" in the pledge of allegiance every morning, but whatever. Where I live someone preaching Christianity to the class would probably be laughed out before the end of the hour. Sadface. The mere fact that someone would "laugh someone out of a classroom" is plain wrong. I mean, believe what you want to believe. I don't get this whole kick of "lets stomp out all religion asap!" (I know... Or I think I know) that that is not your opinion, but I know too many atheists like that, and it makes me sick. I HATE RELIGION but yeah, I'm exaggerating. I really can't see a teacher of religion being taken seriously though, as it is obviously so subjective that even people who identify as the same religion will have different opinions.

Really? I'm the only one who's going to say something about this? I mean, come on. Ok then. He's talking about "V for Vendetta". I'm not sure about that lip fur part though.

  11. [spoiler=DO NOT CLICK@]What Saru is trying to say is that the average quality of building materials in China is poorer than in the US. Since we all love links, here are the top few from a Google search: http://www.buyusa.gov/china/en/ace2.html However, the quality of Chinese materials is rapidly improving, especially in areas of energy efficiency. http://www.buyusa.gov/china/en/housing.html Chinese buildings have an average lifespan of 30 years. http://www.chinarealestatenews.com/news/2010-04-06/69878/ http://www.chinadialogue.net/article/show/single/en/1453 If you read any of the links, make it this^ one. Now, that took me about ten minutes. Any of you could have done that without much effort. http://www.google.com/search?q=average+quality+of+chinese+building+materials&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&ie=&oe= Take this link, and go forth better men and women, for you have an infinite source of information at your fingertips. You'll thank me when you're old and wise. E: Hidden for his holiness. Those bums will never find the links now.

You're relying on art grades to get into college? Really, you should have just chosen something you could enjoy. I reccommend music classes, they're a lot of fun.
  13. It's pretty clear you didn't read the thread, as no-one has said that. Most of us are anti-4chan.

What a day. Stayed up late last night wasting time, then accidentally slept and missed school, then had a meeting with a therapist where my mom basically just went on and on about how since she saw my Term 1 grades (which were a bit low in everything related to homework) she would try to get me transferred out of the house when I go to court on Tuesday.
  15. I think it's been pretty clear for a while that Saru is bonkers.
  16. I like the looks of ghastly gibus, and have dominated a player with it, but for some reason didn't get it. Sometime (probably tomorrow) I'll try that alien game, to get the parasite hat. I think that's co-op, you should join me. And Giordano, double-jumps are only with the scout, and they do work from the high tower, but not with any other class. I'm Bentomat on Steam, if anyone wants to add me and try to get some of the friend achievements. E: Item limit reset, I got a mining helmet and 2 nataschas

Okay I think this is over. We can talk about morality all we want but if I kill this baby none of you can do anything about it. The law already states a fetus is not a legit human, lets all go home. aaannnnd you've completely missed the point  That post wasn't an argument for pro life, it was an argument saying that an argument against pro life is valid. I think you misread, he was agreeing with you and saying that really nothing more can be said. I saw it as you were bringing morality into a law debate. The position I've outlined several times is why a fetus is biologically human and should have legal rights. Seems to me that arguing morals is less worthwhile than arguing about religions, at least one tries to tie itself to history. Oh, and people do have funerals after miscarriages. And you wouldn't count a dead baby in a census because its dead. There are certificates of stillbirths, though, obtainable from state health departments. Its kinda the opposite of certificates of live births. Morally, you can't argue pro-life because morality is subjective. You can be pro-life, but the law would have to be pro-choice. Legally, as Iamdan said, a fetus is not a human and doesn't have the same rights. The mother's freedom to decide what to do with her body is more important than a little ball of cells in her uterus, and the law reflects that.

Apparently public schools have to have a certain amount of religion going. Our school does a little bit in our assembly, and has one of these a year to get it all done. The only reason there's still religion in Aus public schools is because they keep crying the morals argument. Recently they did a trial of non-religion based ethics classes which were very successful. Unfortunately the government buckled to religious pressure and it won't become an option in public schools. Oh great, morals in public schools. I guess it's not as bad as this year's theme in English class (which has been related to about half of the essays so far): "What does it mean to be an American and how does [instert main character of book] display these qualities?" It's basically an invitation for blatantly ignorant idealism and boring cliches which are somehow encouraged by an otherwise intelligent teacher.
  19. The ability to avoid headshots is completely negated by the inability to make headshots, but that Snaggletooth hat is awesome. Even if you don't like it, it gets huge demand for trades from what I've seen. Speaking of high-demand hats, what's the best way to get a Max (bunny) hat?

I have a friend who went to China and said it wasn't worth the trip. I suppose staying home could be worse, though.

If you really are looking for a role play, you might want to try posting in Falador Tavern. All four of the posters there are much more open to strange situations, and are constantly looking for new posters to lure into the online D&D perversions they call "role play". The one thing I would change is the videos, as I personally didn't give this much thought the first time through (or any other time) because I just can't be bothered to watch a bunch of videos when the posters below complain that it was a waste of time.
  23. The metal thing only works towards the end of the round, when the cart is being raised (as far as I know). The crouch-jump is what I'm looking for, I've got ithe hang of it now. The trick is to not crouch all the way.
