OK, well I was about to do the quests Throne of Miscellania(sp.) and Royal Trouble. I was just wondering, what is this Managing the Kingdom? I know that you're supposed to get free raw materials like herbs and logs, but is there any set rules for it. And I also know you need to deposit money to get these rewards, but how much money d I need to deposit to get the best results? And is there anything else I need to do. Thanks in advance.

You can definitely kill him, though you might only get 2 to 3 kills a trip, with melee. I'm not sure how well range works at Bandos.

If they were going to do that, they're going to have to do something about the exp/level rate. I think I've read somewhere that the 200M exp mark would only be level 113. For level 199 it must be in the trillions... :blink: But break down that wall and we can definitely see a lvl 199 Ultimate Cooking Cape. Actually it is lvl 126. I don't think that they'd do that with the Skill Capes out. Honestly, I don't think Jagex will ever quit. They've already released so many new plans and such for quests and areas. Even if the never updated anything ever again, I'd keep playing, of course the higher levels will quit. By "never quit" I mean I don't think so for th next 20 years. By then I'll be done with it though.

I'd say that the average RuneScaper works towards being a P Mod. Why? It gives a sense of achievement and pride. It also comes with assloads of respect. Most Mods I've met are rather normal players, besides always talking in complete sentences, correct spelling, punctuation, etc. Many mods also tend to make conversations "cleaner", because they just have to speak once to let everyone know, "Hey, there's a Mod in here. We could get in trouble." You would try to stay out of trouble if someone like say a hall monitor in school was around. They are equals, but try to make your environment a better place.

Good point, but doesn't he only do that attack once? I would say raise it above 99 for PvP, and reduce PvP damage, thereby making fights last longer than 2 D Clawz specs.

I think it just makes people feel better that they have something to blame their incredible luck on. Whenever I get a dry-streak of 10 or so clue scrolls, or no D Drops from metal dragons, I blame it on the RoW, even though it has no effect whatsoever(on clues).

I used to deal with it just fine, using emotes and such. Isn't that what emotes were for anyways? Anyway, I have gotten unmuted since Quick Chat came out, so I don't really know how it would feel, being restricted to QC.

Releasing the D Med to F2P and paying membership to have a D Med have two completely different effects. Releasing it to F2P would boost it's price, making it a worthwhile drop. Even if 10000 new members with 60 Def bought dragon med helms tomorrow, it wouldn't really change much.

Honestly, what does a confirmation screen have to do with buying/selling back items? With the buy/sell feature there is no need for a confirmation screen as you can sell back the item for 1/4 of the points/tokens. @oXMutilateXo: I disagree with that idea. It's like saying that you can only buy 1 item from the GE every 15 minutes. That just won't work. :huh: I think he meant that you should only be able to sell back your void armor 10-15 minutes after you bought it. That way, if you click the wrong item you can get the one that you wanted if you notice right away, but you aren't able to effectively have all the items for the price of one. No, I meant that since there is a confirmation screen, there really should be no need to have the ability to trade back your items. I mean, you had two chances to get it right. There are confirmation screens when you trade, and there are no 10-15 minute trade-back rules.

I always own runners...just Fire Blast away, or pull out my Maple Short if I need to. But then again, I've never faced you.

It isn't an actual cursor. If you're on a windows computer: Go to Start Control Panel Mouse Pointer Options Then check the box marked 'show location of the cursor when I press the CTRL key' Then you can just press CTRL and the rings will appear.

If you're really frugal, you could use my set-up, however I only got about 50 kills per trip. Atk: 80 Str:80 Def:80 Pray: 60 Mage: 79 HP: 83 Slayer Helm Glory Black Dragonhide Body/Chaps Dragon Boots Rune Defender/Anti-Dragon Shield RoW Dragon Battleaxe(surprisingly effective, even for its mediocre speed) I usually protect range. Bring about 4-5 prayer pots, a super set or two(just bring super attack and a regular restore pot if you use DBA spec, or a super restore to replace a prayer pot), and fill the rest with monks. I used a terrorbird to hold my food so I could pick up drops, but I'm sure a bunyip is much more useful. In that case, take a few more pray pots and an extra super set. I saw one guy actually safe-spotting them with range, but this only works if they turn non-aggressive. If you can borrow a GodSword, that would be nice, especially Bandos or Saradomin.

Bounty worlds are like PvP, only you are restricted to PKing only in the Wilderness. Also, you can only go to the monastery, Edgeville, the Grand Exchange(all safezones) and the Wilderness. Everywhere else is blocked, and all teleports(except for Ancient Wilderness Teleports) take you to Edgeville.

How hard was it to realize, wearing your best items into high lvl wilderness will not make Dragon Armor spawn? I was a bit young when I started, but not as stupid as this.
