You should be spawning wiith a rapier in your inventory for C1's if you want to use one that badly. I told you exactly what to bind, how is that not specific enough? If you won't get 70 rc for csb then bind laws. Then bind the highest plate you can and the highest 2h you can.

Tears of guthix, peng points, lamps until 50. This is to get your two binds to make dging much nicer. +1 to farming to 85 for torstol. Grenwalls are still over a mil an hour, with perfection they hit 1.7 but this is really only at 99 with scentless potions, a fruitbat, bonecrusher, and if you feel like it herbicide. Without the last two its around 1.5. 91 rc isn't worth it anymore, men in edgeville are over only 100 k less/hr. Farming and grenwalls are really the only good money makers for skilling. Herblore with a scroll of cleansing making unf pots is good as well but gives no exp.

Use full void, dragon defender, korasi's sword, firecape/SW cape, berserker ring, fury, and dragon boots. For inventory go with 2-3 prayer potions, 2 spec restores, the rest rocktails. Bring a tort of rocktails as well. Always keep your spec bar above 50%. Don't start specing like mad until you have enough allys to handle the healers. When the defilers spawn attack them once to aggro them and trap them on the queen. Don't miss a spec when she charges. If you die, talk to sir tiffy in fally to tele straight to your gravestone.

Use your best money making method, once you have enough $ for 882 dragon bones (if you have a war tortoise, 528 bones if you dont) buy the bones and offer them on a gilded altar after burning two marrentill in the incense burners. Wash rinse repeat. Doing it all in one shot is a lot of money and easy to burn out on. For melee training you're going about it right. Once you hit 70 attack use a saradomin sword for 70 str, then your whip for 70 defense. Then go back to your whip for 80 attack and get a chaotic rapier. Use this to max strength, then max attack, then max defense, preferably all with slayer. If you can't be bothered to get a rapier then after you hit 70 attack switch to your sarasword til 99 strength and then max attack with your whip and then max defense.

From my calculations, it only actually saves 11 and one-ninth percent. Its not math, its testing, it should only be 11.111111111 repeating of course% . I've personally cleaned and made into unf pots over 10 k lants in the last 2 days and its produced 12.5% more potions. Meaning once again the KB is wrong. Inb4jagexpatchesitandruinsmyprofits. It is, and always has been, a 1 in 8 chance of saving a secondary, and a 1 in 10 chance of making the potion extra quick (in one tick). You sir, are incorrect.

Name one. dag kings If you have access to dag kings efficiently (yak, ovlds, turmoil) you also have soul split and EEE which is much better than an SGS. Not to mention you should be using brews to heal because you have ovlds. If you don't have that your time is better spent elsewhere.

Don't get ccbow first. It only has niche uses (arma and nex come to mind). Rigour has far more uses, costs less tokens, and boosts range for all the weapons you could use now that already outclass ccbow (handcannon and karils xbow).

At my current level (71) I get ~15 k exp per med and can get 3-4 in an hour so that's about 50-55 k exp/hr not including the time to do my c1s. Larges with DGS are about 40-45 k exp, and I can get 2-3 in an hour which is 100 k/hr+. Groups will do more than one floor in a row often so waiting is a non issue as I always have my ring of kinship on to tele if a call for a group goes out while I do my other stuff. So in short no, solo still sucks.

About the berserker ring, why would you not use it when you can still get the benefits of a RoW by switching to it for the killing blow? Especially when you were willing to pay more than 5x as much for the same str bonus in a bcp...

FLAK!!! Superheating gold ore with gauntlets is the most efficient way to do smithing until 88 if you still value magic exp. For money farm herbs every 1.5 hours. Invest into MTK and place 9 on maples 6 on coal. Do your dailies. 20 mil profit a week for almost no effort. If you want money besides that do anything else after you've done your dailies and in between farming runs.
