Take in consideration that gold value has been heavily devalued since '07, and not everybody has billions of coins to throw around in any case. I don't know about you, but I'm still on edge when making high value stakes. Of course high value depends from person to person, but if you were to stake a partyhat or two, you'd break a sweat. And remember, when you gain cash through those methods, other people lose cash. So it all evens out, flipping or not, there is no inflation or deflation of gold value.

Yes, you are correct. Zaryte bow has more ranged strength than any arrow available out there. If OP is suggesting adding that strength to the arrow strength (for a max of +205 strength), the bow would be overpowered.

Protip: Dragon arrows are +60 strength. Zaryte bow has +115 strength.

You'd be better off Maging rex and ranging Prime, that way you don't need to tank and you don't need any fancy prayer.

Weapons and armor are risked because that's their nature. You can't compare risking pots with risking weapons because they have different purposes.

96 herblore is a buyable skill too. You don't buy extreme potions from other players, but you can buy the ability to make them yourself. I think the problem with people saying that extreme potions can't be "bought" is that they actually mean "extreme potions are too expensive.", but that doesn't keep some people from using divines and elysians in a PvP environment. Plus, quest items require non-combat skills to obtain, so in practice they do require non-combat skills to wield too.

Items resulting from quests shouldn't be allowed, quests require non-combat skills. Potions shouldn't be allowed, herblore isn't a combat skill. Food shouldn't be allowed, cooking and fishing aren't combat skills. Geez, sure is good argument in here.
