Mage void is never worth using over mystic. I never understood why they didn't just make it improve your damage like range does, I mean it makes you so inaccurate that it's rarely worth using anyway especially for PVP, but for stuff like barrows DKs and demons it would have a good niche purpose, which is I think the intended point of void.

Advertising 101: It doesn't matter how awful your product is, make it look great. By the time they've bought it and realized it's awful you have their money. Anti-hype is not a wise business move.

1. There is no acceptable way to detect 0day OR private bots. 2. You can in no way disguise a full HDD scan. It only comes to mind because steam scanned my computer recently and I saw all my programs run down the list as it scanned. I think it might have only checked the desktop and a few folders but it got pretty much every program I use on the list.

No it seems to render quite a lot more which is why I wanted more in the first place. As for obtaining it, I don't think it'd be that difficult, you'd just find where it's temporarily saved on your computer and see the raw data before any filters such as the minimap GUI are put on... Not worth discussing as it's against the rules though.

Would it be against any rules to grab the minimap data so you could see more of it? As I'm pretty sure more of it exists at any given time, and annoyingly you can actually click to move past more than you can see through some of the border. So... Against rules? I like where you're going with this but for the best edge pker IMO (in terms of wins/losses and money earned/money spent)... 85+ HP - This is the stage where you're not likely forced into eating constantly because your enemy is a serious risk to your HP at all times 60 attack - Duh 99 strength - While 87 would be a good point to stop to get an additional advantage, 99 just gives you the stopping power required to out damage enemy healing, as enemies of all levels can and will use sharks/brews regardless of your strength. Lower strength will result in less fights ending in death, more in teleporting (waste of supplies regardless of who does the teleporting) 40 defense - as stated earlier it's not currently practical to risk zerk helm as the advantage isn't worth the cost. 99 mage - Veng and +5 just because you can. 1+ Range - Just because you don't have to :P 31 prayer - It'd be wiser to convince others not to smite and hold a solid advantage having the same offensive boost as them, at lower cb.

Even if you dont want to use a zerker helm - 1 or 2 combat levels, even in edge, really isn't as important as jagex's RNG dicerolls... Just because luck is involved doesn't mean you shouldn't try maximize your odds. I've seen a guy argue they don't wear strength amulets in the wilderness because their max is still high enough to kill people and if they hit high or not is all "random" anyway... Holy grail is only needed for obtaining piety which you need 65+ def to get anyway. Olaf's isn't useful at all. Defender of varrock (pre-quest for TDs and Curses) obviously no longer needed, though it does give a decent training area. Between a rock isn't useful at all. Honestly, the only ones that are very useful are Monkey Madness, Dragon Slayer, Nature Spirit, In search of the myreque, Heroes Quest... Not doing the others doesn't disadvantage you in any significant way, just removes some easy quest points you'll have to get elsewhere for B gloves. edit: Crap I just realized the essentials I listed give you 41 defense, lol. My point on zerk having an impractical cost still stands though so I intend on staying 41 defense and pking with a rune full helm. Edit edit: By my own reasoning Barrows gloves are not worth using over rune gloves, so you could not claim the MM reward and just stick to rune gloves at 40 defense... I'm so confused as to what to do.

Naa. The extra combat isn't worth a +3 strength hat that costs 50k more than rune helm, which is a significant cost considering there are no high risk worlds or expensive spec weps, so every fight will be <200k risk/profit. 45 def puts you at a disadvantage for profitable PKing at the moment.

Screw it I've begun questing, did natures grotto which makes me 13 defense. If I ever want a pure I can always make a new account. "Mr frogger" is my main in EOC so it makes sense to have it as my main in Old school. I could technically be a 13 defense pure and be able to do some of the stuff i wanted (fast barrows + magic secateurs and fairy rings) but god no... It's 40 defense or nothing. Dat vengeance.

I've had several high level pures but I always had a main to fund them... I never really realized pures can't do stuff like farming or barrows or fairy rings, as my pures stayed in edgeville 24/7 and didn't concern themselves with that stuff. It's more a commentary on how pures suffer for none combat related things. And I'm genuinely trying to decide to remain pure or not. (I don't have the time or willpower to have a main and pures on this server.)

Don't count on that lol. What i mean is some opponents will have less than optimal stats, whilst i have truly optimal stats, so overall I have an advantage over the average enemy at my combat level. Something that isn't true if I'm 99/99/99 fighting others that are also 99/99/99. Even those that do safe to the correct amount vs a 99 strength opponent are disadvantaged as they can't complain when i do the same thing.

It's a mndgame when it comes to predicting prayer switches. Sometimes by switching to mage randomly stops your enemy from protecting against melee giving you the opportunity to spec them out next hit. It's impractical to change attack styles AFTER they switch prayers if they're good as they can just change back. I intend on becoming 70/99/70 eventually and dharoks pking 24/7. The reason I don't obtain these stats ASAP is because I'd be one of the few people that had that level and wanted to pk for dharoks in the wildy. I'd have to wait months as more slowly reached my level. PVM has nothing to offer my in Old School so it's only logical I'd build my 1 account into an optimal PK account. 70/99/70 is best because you'll end up fighting people that are 80/85/80, who expect you to be similar, and don't heal as much as they should on a 99 strength opponent. Just FYI... Pures are very effective. A maxed 60 attack pure can destroy anything at it's combat level with ease, including low lever rune pures or range tanks. It's just that they don't really get to fight anything other than pures.

I guess I just wanted to PVP at lower levels without having to spend months questing and training to have the essentials like b gloves and veng for optimal pking. But I actually don't want to pure PVP anyway because without high risk wildy it's full of 1 item scrubs that drop nothing of value. ...Yeah I think I'm just going to become 40 defense now. (quested of course.) :)

I can't do anything cool. :( Fairy rings - Requires quest that gives defense. Enjoy walking everywhere. Magic secateurs - Requires quest that gives defense. Farming skill essentially none-profit without them. Significantly faster barrows trips - Requires quest that gives defense. Barely worth doing such a long travel. Chicken shrine black dragons - Requires quest that gives defense. Those are just the none PVP things. Pures can't use veng and miss out on about +13 strength +12 accuracy worth of offensive melee equipment. Plus our supplies cost more than our loots in the wildy. ...I'm struggling to stay motivated and remain a pure. Comments?

Discussing PC parts seems a little too far from the original topic of PS4s... All I'll say is the sandy/ivy bridge series of CPUs are fantastic for gaming rigs, as are high tier AMD, in either case you're almost certainly going to be bottlenecked by the GPU for gaming, especially in a budget build, so the distinction between CPUs is literally meaningless. It's a budget PC, 320gb is more than enough for a start, you can cloud or buy more storage in future if necessary. I personally have a 250gb SSD (1gb 7200 for storage) and haven't filled the SSD or needed storage in about 6 months of owning it. PC is great like that, finish or taking a long break from a game? Uninstall it. It'll be ready to download again whenever you want, you can keep the small save files too so you don't lose any progress. Gosh SSDs are fantastic, too. Dat 2 second start up. Does anyone have PS4 exclusives they're looking forward to?
