Waterfiends are weak to crush... Rapier time!
I acknowledged that it wasn't the best method for determining the effectivness of either weapon and recommended others to use alternative methods, i only counted crimsons as it was more of a small personal test than a quest to find a definite answer and counting crimsons was far less effort on my part. I know nothing about how defense ratings work and how accuratley they represent runescape but that sounds like a good idea.

How money comes in and out of RS
Pking people with untradables gives a large amount of coins depending on the item. But dieing with common buyable untradables, barrows gloves (100k) and korasi sword (250k) only gives 305k, so all those pkers still result in a lot of money going out of the game. I'd say one of the biggest things is people alching their longbows or platebodies though, each converts 0 coins into a large amount of coins.

chaotic rapier notes
I've heard so many different degrade times, i'm just curious if you guys know the actual answer. Because someone told me that the maximum a chaotic will degrade, even with 100s of enemies on you, is 10% an hour. Which means that single must be LESS than 10%, right?

blue charms profit.
I'm not sure. But i'd like to state that fruit bats are currently highly profitable GREEN (aka the worst) charms at the moment, so i'd advise you go make those if you're stocked up on greens and find summoning expensive.

What to do?
Theiving is a good skill that requires nothing. It's also a very fast skill so the xp rate would be satisfying. It's also an effigy skill, so getting 97 (Or 92 and use brews) means you never have to assist for 1/8th of effigies, which becomes more important once you get closer to becoming maxed or kill things that give frequent effigies such as Tormented Demons.

Champion Scroll
Lol. I was just cannoning black demons for charms/effigies and it accidently killed a skeleton... Yep. Challenge scroll. I now have 2 skeleton scrolls banked, so if there was some debate on if you can have multiples, you certainly can.

Champion Scroll
Iv hunted imp on and off for 4 years with no sucess I find a good way to do this is by killing them in zamoraks base, 1). You have a high chance of getting a frozen key piece* 2). There are 4 fast spawns that you know where to stand. 3). You could simply have fun killing kril inbetween and actually make a nice profit I've heard the rate is 1/10k for every creature that drops them. But there obviously isn't much evidence to prove this. *kinda useless since jagex stupidly lets you recharge the key for 20k a charge, and to anyone capable of fighting nex that's like a blink of an eyes work to aquire.

Killing Quest Bosses
Pest queen was very easy. First of all, do not worry about dieing. She deals very little damage and you will easily survive even at low levels. The only issue is surviving LONG ENOUGH for her healers to be a none issue and for your dps to be greater than her healing significantly so that she will die. Aggro the things that kill your guys, do not kill them. Bring your best BoB full of food. I remember doing it with sharks, but obviously rocktails or even brew/restores would be better, if unnessecary. If you're really low level and having a hard time surviving to a point where you can outdamage her healers, a spirit kyatt will help IMMESNLEY with that. Simply keep a pouch and 100 ambush scrolls in your inventory, fight until you've ate 12-18 food depending on your bob, dismiss it, summon the kyatt and spam it's special move, each attack doing upto 300 damage. Obviously keep an eye on her special attack and use yours to nullify it, but it's also a good tactic to keep your special as high as possible (even to the point of letting her special hit you to conserve your own) so when she is getting towards being weak and you outdamage her healers a bit, you can spam 6-7 specials at her at once to deal tremendous amounts of damage, making the difference between life and death for her. But really, she's easy, even without these advanced methods you should easily kill her by simply standing still, eating, and speccing when she does hers on anything above 90 combat.

95 Prayer
You do realise you can buy the items back in a week or two... right? You seem to think that if you sell bandos it's gone forever O.o IMO i'd sell everything that i wouldn't lose money on (rising items, soon to crash items) and then get the prayer. With the remaining money, buy whatever is useful to you back in the order that you need them. If you're not going to do the prayer all at once (There really is no reason not to, with ashes or dbones it's only a week or two of casual play, or a few days no lifing) then obviously keep items for whatever you will do inbetween training prayer.

do they ban P2P'ers anymore?
This is just completely incorrect and uninformed. My theory is from personal experience and fact. 27 botters reported and no action taken at all against any of them is pretty solid evidence for me. Where is your eveidence that this is not the case? I have lots of 130+ friends that i'm sure bot (Not responding to PMs, turning private off altogether and gaining several levels), but none of them have ever been banned, either. It's pretty obvious jagex don't want to ban bots from a business point of view. They pay money, a lot more money than the few legit players that quit because of the bot problem. Why would they ruin that for themselves when there are gullible players that will believe every word of 'we're trying' that they're spoonfed?

Question about degrading equipment (Chaotics, mainly.)
Oh. So what is the default, 1 enemy, degrade rate? I always assumed it was 10%/hr, making multiple enemies much more. But if 200k/hr is the max cost then i guess i'll be fine using a chaotic, i was just worried i'd only last an hour or two between recharges.
-
Question about degrading equipment (Chaotics, mainly.)
Right. That's what i feared. "if you were truly serious about cannoning, I doubt that using a chaotic would break your bank." not neccessarily true, i'm guessing the recharge cost would be almost as much as the cannonballs if it truly is per attack, and i can't see the 10% more DPS that a rapier would provide over a whip being worth double or whatever it is the cost unless i made something like 10m/hour... I don't. :P It bothers me that the degrade rate isn't common knowledge and i have to look hard to find it O.o It seems like a fairly important thing. Also: With your theory, would attacking and running behind a safespot before they attack back... Result in twice as long before needing to recharge? (Obviously not practical, just curiousity.)

Final Terms [Community Clan] Clan Houses!
Do you do clan citadals? I've been looking to join a clan to get access to the summoning boost battlefield, and i'd love to join a good community and have people to go bossing with ect :)

Question about degrading equipment (Chaotics, mainly.)
I believe it was Grimy who did the research showing that chaotics degrade faster in multi. Vex's research on the site which must not be named says 8% rapier charge is used in 60 minutes. 8% used in 1 hour... 80% used in 10 hours. Isn't it 100% used in 10 hours normally? I can't imagine multi combat being a SLOWER degrade.

do they ban P2P'ers anymore?
The whole virus thing is just incorrect. The big public bots are perfectly safe, the only people that get keylogged are the ones that google 'roonscape ddosin' and download everything, spamming through the virus alerts.

Very cheap bandos setup?
The reason i didn't tank (Other than it being my first ever time and having awful defense) is because i probably had higher DPS than the 134 anyway. He was using a whip and i'm pretty sure he was also using supers, i'm 99 strength and 90 attack, the maul quite easily makes up for those 9 attack levels and turmoil. (Or at least it certainly looked like it) I most likely will swap out of the torags body and bandos boots for bandos d'hide and dragon boots in future. By the way, when tanking, what type of gear is best? High magic defense and pray melee... Or high melee and pray magic? @94 mage 80 defense, also @ 99mage 99 defense if theres a difference

Ivandis Flail vs Blisterwood Weapons
Vampyre-kryptonite seems to be the explanation the quest gives (One vyre speculates that the tree was blessed in some way). It probably blocks the vyre's mind-reading ability, and burning vyre corpses probably improves whatever divine power it has. Or something like that. I read somewhere it's because the wood is still alive and growing, making it's attack unpredictable (wut.) I don't really see how it growing half an inch a month makes it unpredictable and hard to dodge, but whatever. VIDEOGAMELOGIC

Question about degrading equipment (Chaotics, mainly.)
/But i'll constantly be in combat with 10+ cavecrawlers... Why would i use rapier? Wouldn't that waste like 1k/second?! You consider maul in your first post, but question the rapier? wut. Use a whip if you dont want degrading fees. :) Well the maul was only an option if it didn't degrade fast, and i decided maul over rapier because cannon accuracy is absed on your weapons, and i figured the cannon would do most of the work, beating the dps difference between the weapons. I'll be using rune crossbow if it really does degrade fast. (I'm mainly doing it for effigies but range xp is a large plus) I'd really like a solid answer though.

CLS or CR?
My pure is 80 dg and my teams average 25 - 30 minutes a dungeon. That is WITH the handicap of having me on their team with only 50 defense and low non-combat stats. On top of this, i average 5k tokens a dungeon. Which can mean up to 10 - 12k tokens an hour if we do a row of floors. 4k tokens an hour is what DG bots get, or people on 117 doing 1 hour dungeons with 5 deaths each. Well yes. But not everyone can leech good teams. Fine then, if you get 10k tokens an hour only do it if you make less than 900k/hour (Unless you value dungeoneering xp over whatever you get doing that money making method.) I honestly thought 4k/hour was the average, i solo'd a lot of mine because i couldn't get a half decent team at lower levels.

Very cheap bandos setup?
I went a few minutes after posting this in stuff i thought would be good: Torags helm Torags body Veracs skirt B gloves Sw cape Zerk ring (i) Bandos boots Zammy arrow Glory Chaotic maul Bat with scrolls (I didn't take a tort because it can attack graardor and make him aggressive to me, and bat is more focused healing than bunyip inbetween kills) The plan was to let the friend tank all of it but i give food when he was low if i had them (And i did) i prayed range so only really got damaged from the mage and tiny bit from the melee guy, very negliable and healed by the bat for the most part. Really enjoyable experience and i think we ever made a profit despite not getting anything 'big' just from bones and stuff like rune plates. I forgot to lend claws but it was really funny because we crashed a level 138 and a level 137 both in almost maxed gear for fun not expecting to get anything... FFA. And i got 5/6 loots just using the maul, when they had claws and ags specs and extremes and turmoil and pro gear... I started trolling and being cocky and they rage quit, was pretty funny. (I know that was very lucky and not because 'i'm pro' but i found it hilarious.) I also got well over 90% of the loots when duoing with the 134 friend, but that's probably because he was tanking and was using a whip. (Hasn't played much until before dungeoneering so he doesn't have any chaotics yet) Thanks for all the recommendations, i'll have a read through them all carefully so i can plan my next trips. I'm kinda in love with GWD now i know it's not instant death if you're not 99 defense with overloads like i always thought. Edit: Just read them, next trip i will be taking a berserker helm, as you rightly say, the defense is hardly needed and theres always room for more offense. (Unless i get off my lazy butt and unlock neiz) Dipping in the pool sounds like too much effort for an extra 4 strength from the dboots, so i'll just stick to bandos boots until i can afford tassets. I really wasn't tight on prayer and brought way too many pots, if i had a firecape i'd use one. I don't understand why people recommend dhide or karils though, the mage barely hit me, the bat easily outhealed anything it did hit.

Unfermented wine
Yep. If you do 6 hours of making unfermented wines without letting it ferment and log in on xpweekend you should get roughly 13m cooking experience instantly, and still have the full 10 hours to do whatever else you had planned... Good fight cooking cape.

Very cheap bandos setup?
I want to duo bandos with a friend for a little while for FUN. (So lets try and not make all the comments telling me it's not the most efficient thing to at the moment, i know, and i don't care.) I was wondering what equipment and inventory would be best with only 2m to spend. I own both a chaotic maul and a rapier, and a lent pair of claws. My stats are 99 strength, 90 attack, 80 defense 80 prayer Low herblore 70 summoning. I have berserker ring (i) and sw cape, i also own void but i don't want to lose anything valuable if (When <_< ) i die, so that isn't an option. My friend will be in much better gear and has higher defense, so he'll be doing most of the tanking. I'll tank the mage and range minions probably, but i have no idea what gear would be best.

CLS or CR?
I meant that he shouldn't get tier 10 rings immediatley like he may have assumed from your comments. Sure, if you have nothing else to buy and you have the tokens laying around, go for it, but don't make it a high priority. 110 dungeoneering was a mistake, what i should have said is that you shouldn't get tier 10 rings if you don't plan on training dungeoneering after you already have all the rewards you want. What? Are you saying 4k tokens is too little for 83 dungeoneering? Or that it's too much? I'd say it's pretty reasonable giving that most level 80s aren't in pro teams and solo a lot due to that fact. I pretty much agree with your rewards, except you missed ring of vigour and herbicide. (For personal reasons, but i'm sure others can get use out of them, too.)

Fastest strength exp?
Please just stop giving terrible advice. You said in your thread that you got 110k melee exp per hour at max stats. Vyrewatches are 150k melee exp per hour at max stats AND afkable AND give loot. Also please stop saying exponentially when you have no idea what it means. In my thread i was FAR from maxed, no overloads, no turmoil, far from maxed equipment. Please stop saying things without checking your facts first. 150k/hour is just not realistic over long periods of time. Please stop saying things without checking your facts first. I know what it means, as a mathmatical term, exponentially means growing very fast after reaching a certain point, i used it to say that once he reaches piety his combat effectiveness would rise immensely suddenly. Please stop saying things without checking your facts first. Seriously dude. Please stop saying things without checking your facts first.
