Use prayer wise, kill the prayer wasters first (Ket-Zek) and the the 22's of course. Kill the 180's and 45's last, since you don't need prayer for them.

It will turn into a Crystal Seed after you've shot all ''arrows''. You can get more Cbows by buying a Crystal Seed. I don't know how to get more Crystal Seeds yourself. (anyone knows?)

I think you can try the Pyramid Plunder minigame, and if you are bored go thieve the Master Farmer outside Ardougne.

The shrine is west of Witchaven down in the dungeon, if you are in the dungeon go past the wall, look for a red dot on your minimap.
