Question: how can I look at item stats individually? If possible at all... I've seen some pics showing certain item stats, but for some reason I'm not able to do it myself...

How to win a melee vs melee fight in beta. Get the best gear possible for your level and a shield. Spam defense abilities to get adrenaline bar full (specially the one that makes hits heal you instead of damage you). Protip: when using taunt/provocation, use it before spamming other abilites that don't involve hitting, since it will also reduce your own damage, but since you will be casting rather than hitting, works just like another buff. Activate rejuv. ultimate ability. Start spamming defensive abilities again. Halfway to full bar start spamming 1h strength/attack threshold abilites. 3/4 way to full bar switch to a 2h weapon and start spamming 2h treshold abilites. Finish with either of 2h ultimate abilites. If done alright, you will still have the healing effect by the time you get to 3/4 bar, and after that is just using ultimate 2h abilities. No seriously, it seems everyone is just spamming skills mindlessly, I only lost fights when people used this same strategy against me, and only then it was a really close fight.

Icwutudidther Anyways, isn't funnyjunk like, almost at the bottom when it comes to stealing and misusing content that was once original? (9gag being rock bottom, unless you speak spanish, then nothing gets as bad as cuantocabron).

Spanish is my native language, fluent in Spanish and English, semi-fluent in Italian and Portuguese (can easily understand it, but got a few problems when trying to speak it myself). Know a bit of Latin (mostly from rhetoric and argumentation classes), can understand Catalan to some extent (more of a family thing).

This! I was expecting one of the heavy tittles, hell, I was sure they would bring more light to the new smash, specially now that Sony decided to jump on the crossovers bandwagon with insignia characters. Edit: More info about zombiu: No check points, saving, etc... It's basically a "survive-as-long-as-you-can" thing. When you die, you get to hunt down your previous character. Sounds pretty good actually, must have a shtload of scenarios.

They emulated the ergonomic design and contours the Xbox had - this is a fact. It's completely irrelevant if the Xbox emulated the old nintendo controller (that never caught on commercially and did [bleep] all for ergonomics and comfort.) Different opinions I guess, it obviously looks a lot like it, but I didn't think of "omg they ripped it off xbox!", I rather thought "hey, that's like the Nes Max with wii classic buttons, cool"; similar? hell yes; rip off? hell no. Didn't think of the worst, most dramatic thing... But then again, that's prob because I'm more used to "old" controllers, altho I do remember couple of microsoft joysticks from the 90s, but none of them introduced the whole winged design, that's nintendo all over it. As for dual shock and the wing concept, Nes Max is from 1988 (half of this forum wasn't even alive back then...), Sony wasn't even thinking on consoles back then (least not by itself, that came up in 1994 and the control itself on 1996-7 if I'm not mistaken). I guess it's no surprise that people relate it to more recent consoles, but seriously, don't go around saying who ripped off who when that concept was used DECADES ago by nintendo and they are simply using it again... Besides, they did say it is meant to be inspired on the Nes Max. Edit: For those who don't know what a Nes Max is: Yes, that's a 1988 controller... d-pad + stick + 4 action buttons in cross (albeit those turbo buttons didn't really do much) was a concept used by nintendo back then already. Anyways, back on topic, just mere hours till nintendo conference. I also wanted to know more about the whole EVO 2 thing, but haven't really heard many news about it latelly.

Oh, you're for real? First off, they inspired on the old Nes Max Controller from 1988, way before XBOX EVEN EXISTED, let alone the xbox controller. Second off, almost every single feature on today's controllers was originally created by nintendo at some point, STARTING with the winged shaped controllers. I guess this is the sort of stuff that makes one realize if they are "old gamers" or not. Dunno about you, but as soon as I saw that controller I thought of the Nes Max (and I was actually excited about it, because, damn, that was THE controller back then), I actually didn't even think of xbox controller until people started talking about it, and then I wondered if any of them even realized nintendo is free to re-emulate whatever the [bleep] they want since they pretty much created most of the features available on today's controllers. tl;dr: nintendo is not ripping off from anyone, they are taking the winged design from the Nes Max plus adding a mix of several of their other controllers features to it to make it more appealing to "hardcore" gamers. Anyways, so far I've liked Ubisoft the most. Was expecting way more from microsoft but that's ok I guess. Crossing fingers hoping Nintendo reveals more about the new smash, goes without saying that they will release official info about Wii U specs, so I'm just waiting for the games.

Just a note, that really sounds like a scam to me. If I were a phisher, that is exactly the sort of email I would be pumping out like mad. It's not often they get a chance to send a message that can't be declared a fake instantly by an educated user, so when they get something new like this, they are going to take advantage of it. Actually, they are indeed sending mails to sign up IF you meet the requirements to be chosen, albeit, that doesn't take out the fact some of those might be phishers. I read that somewhere on forums where they confirmed this, and I actually got a sign up mail on the e-mail address that's related to my character (that only myself and jagex know of). They also send mails once a month regarding loyalty points and how many you've gotten and your new total (again, something only myself and jagex know), so it's safe to say they are legit. Nevertheless, I would just go to the main page and sign up from there.

Looks like they basically gathered moves from several other mmos, which is not a bad thing, I'm actually glad they added dashes and aoe abilities. It will be another great while since we see rs being more wasd based, but that's too much to ask for. From all the mmos I've played, I think the one they look more alike right now is requiem. The warrior abilites set is like a mix of sro warrior + requiem zerker & warlord + b&s destroyer. Mostly because of the 3 swings move that you do with 2h weapons, plus the whole rage, daredevil & hit the ground aoes. Sorta like this: The ranger abilities set looks almost exactly like requiem's rangers and avengers, I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure I saw that ranger lay explosive traps. The mage abilities set makes it almost identical to requiem's druids / pretty much any shapeshifter class on any other mmo. I'm 100% sure they will work like this: each shape got inmunity to one feature, but is completely weak to another. For example, how much you wanna bet that earth shape is inmune to stuns, but weak to water-related attacks, water will prob be inmune to poison, but weak to crush attacks, and so on...

They are made in bunches of 50's rather than 10's, the ore mines superfast, it's relatively close to a bank (fairy ring), the anvil is the only thing "far away" despite being close to a fairy ring, but since they are made in bigger bunches, doesn't really matter, and the tune ore spell works on a whole inventory, you can easily make 8k ish in one hour.

Given their source and the dragon-like skeletons inside the QBD I'd assume these worms are some form of pre-dragon form quite possibly. Parasite / Carrion worms actually. If you read the notes from one of the dead knights there's a lot of info about it. They basically say that these things are feeding off qbd's dead skin, that there MUST be some sort of treasure deeper in the cave and the worms are feeding on that too (hence the loot with all the rune stuff and such).

Nice to see wc'ers will also benefit from this, considering almost everyone will stock up on magic logs for a quick 5 log burn before doing any type of pvm lol.

What are some good trance albums that have come out this year? I've been curious to try the genre but I don't really know anything about it aside from a couple of psytrance acts (basically just Infected Mushroom, Hallucinogen, and Shpongle). WKND by Ferry Corsten, #musiclife by Dash Berlin, etc... More than looking for complete albums, you should check the lastest ASOT episodes for all the new stuff. There's also A LOT of trance radio shows by pretty much any trance dj, you should listen to the trance channel of di.fm during wednesdays-fridays for the best shows: ASOT, Corsten's countdown, global dj broadcast, TATW, etc...

The game runs flawless to me (50 fps on max settings + fullscreen, anywhere), except for one tiny thing. Once in a while (2-3 times per session) the client gets stuck for a few seconds and the game freezes (showing "does not respond" on the client if you look at the task manager), this could happen maybe once a week before fps fix update, but after it has gotten way more common. Am I the only one with this issue? Don't really wanna boss till they fix this tbh lol... It's sorta like if the game was about to crash, but it doesn't and gets back.

2012 has been a VERY good year for trance so far (and to some extenct, to house and prog house). So many new hits, plus march being the ASOT 550 month, which btw, has been the best asot celebration so far, Armin closing at the UMF, etc... I feel overwhelmed with music this year, so much material coming out on a daily basis. Also been a massive year for trance vocalists and new talets, such as Christina Novelli. Overall, this has been the best year for trance so far, and is not even half way there. Summary of ASOT 550 events:
