Jagex put the abyss in the wildy for the same reason they put an agility arena in there, moved level 3 clues into the wildy, and stuck the entrance of the KBD's lair in the wildy - to get realtively unarmed people to risk death. (Well, except for KBD killers, but they're more dressed for killing a dragon than killing players) I think abyss pking is lame, yes; but really, it is a person's decision. They have a right to do whatever they want within the rules. True, people will hate you for it, but you do have the right. I think too many people forget that fact. Anyway, for me, it doesn't matter. I don't think inside the box like most people that play RS, so I don't use the abyss. I craft laws using hot air baloons. \ And even when I do abyss, I don't bring dhides and everything; I bring a spottier cape and boots of lightness and a 1 dose prayer pot to protect the glory. I don't try to avoid death, and as a result, I save more money and get more runes made because I'm not bogged down by weighty hides. Brains people, use them.

I think it was around 89 with blood barrage at spawn room. Probably about 52-55 with melee. I don't usually get the high killcounts, since I always play defence. Average is probably 10-15.

What's so hard with getting a camulet and spending 3 minutes switching to ancients, or moving your POH to Rellaka and house teleporting to get on lunar? It doesn't even take long as is.

Let's go down the list. So somebody with 80 magic and 80 ranged will be be able to drain his ranged to 0 and get 96 magic...then takes a couple sips of a restore potion...no. Then add "meditate", and with 80 str you get up to 112 magic fro level 80? Cmon now, seriously... Even the best mage potions only raise you 4 levels. The "vanish skull" spell's downsides would be fixed by simply drinking a cheap restore potion. Bad idea. Then, you don't even need the restore potion. You have the restore spells. -.- So all you have to do to unskull, heal up to 49 hp instantly, and boost your magic by incredible amounts is cast the respective spell, then cast "restore me". Who needs food and potions? You have magic. :lol: And we already have the share food spell. It's call heal group, just instead of casting the spell on your food, you drain your health then eat the food, and it requires 95 magic instead of 87. That's basically the same thing as having multipule protection prayers. Cast shield, then pray against range or magic, and you're in the clear. Sorry, I can tell you spent a lot of time on these ideas, but they have too many flaws.

No. NO. If this prayer becomes released, there's no more avoiding pray nubs by switching forms. Trust me, that would irritate the entire pking community. And even for non-pkers, the Dchain becomes worthless, since the KQ can no longer hurt you, the fire cape means nothing, solo'ing the DKs would become sooo easy they wouldn't even be worth visiting...in a sentence, combat would just be a matter of how long you can keep your prayers running. Nothing more. That's not a prayer, that's asking for an invulnerability spell...

I hate RC pkers, but you guys seem like a bunch of morons that can't get over the fact that you got killed once RCing. Just be smart and bring 1 dose of pray pot, protect item, drop your pouches...sheesh. And kamakazing or whatever on an RC pker des nothing but give them a nice bit of cash. Can you say, dumb? I wish people would mistake me for an RC pker sometime and kamakazi me - I happen to like it when people gladly surrender their stuff over to me.

At first I wanted to be a priest, so I chose the "monk" hairdo with the stip of hair. Then someone called me "baldy" when I was still a noob in f2p, so I decided I didn't like that 'do any more. So I went long, blond hair. (This was before the graphical update when they changed the way girls look) I looked like a guy off some random sword 'n' sorcery movie. Then I was training prayer at the chaos temple, wearing monk robes, and some guy ran up and said "Do you want to be my gf?" :oops: I changed to brown hair with a beard fast, and that's what I have to this day.

No you didn't...I've tested the salve ammy out with a slayer mask on ankou, and one cancels the other out. You'd be better with a zerker and salve, or mask and fury..you can't use both. I've tested it extensively. (I wanted to hit 50 with whip :( )

Is there any difference between letting a level 20 try to score and let a level 50 try? Either case, they're dead. That doesn't change anything.

Getting 99 in a skill is a great achievement ofcourse. But with all these skills people hate like hunter, construction, farming, etc leave them low because they don't like them. The point to the cape is to force people to train every skill. A 99 cape proves you got a 99 in that skill but a total level cape would show that you like to train all skills. If I wanted any cape i'd train for it. But i'd rather have a cape that shows that I train every skill, not just focusing on one. If I want to train all skills I will train for it but what do I get from it?..If they accutally did this idea i'd be after a 2000 cape so fast. So would other because humans love to show off. This is just something to shoot for, a different way of training, a different way of playing the game. Ever hear of Jack of all trades, master of none? You don't get ahead in life doing a whole bunch of things, you get a degree and specialize in something. Same thing in RS. If you want a cape, specialize for a while. I don't get all these suggestions with people trying to change the various, temporary things that irk them such as having a low combat and having no 99 skills. If people point out your combat level, perhaps the most crucial factor of a character, is low, raise it more or ignore the people complaining. This is like telling the government "I have a $100,000 loan. I want to start my own business. I can go into either marketing processed foods or computers. I want to do processed foods, even though the profits made from that type of business are marginal, and since I won't make as much and get as much benefit, I want you, Uncle Sam, to tax all the big food corperations so they have to raise prices so as a small company I can make more profit." In the above example you'd simply tell the person "Go into another business". That applies here. Like I said earlier, if you want something, work for it, don't ask for something new so you don't have to go out of your comfort zone and change your habits. IF YOU WANT A CAPE, EARN ONE.

Bad idea, sorry. It will do nothing but encourage people to RC pk, PJ, T trail pk, agility training pk, and just about anything that involves killing another player so people can get more names on the log. Who cares if people hate RC pkers? You might get a great pker's name on your list when he was Rcing and look 1337... People will literally start hiring themselves out as "PKs", taking money to allow others to kill them and put them on their lists. And if this reaches out to the Dueling Arena, nobody will want to fun ever again. Sure, some pkers might not mind (It would be awesome to have a list of all the people I've killed) but it would mess too much up to be logical.

Since this is like a god war, are prayerbooks allowed? I was thinking, the fight pits might be a better option than the wilderness. Just find a quiet world and settle in. We'd get to keep our stuff, allowing people to keep valuable amulets, pots, ect. with them without worrying they will have their name called or something, and it prevents looters. Plus, it's more war-like, because when you die, you're out. No returning.

Honestly, I don't see how the CW picture proves a thing. I've fought games with one person on my team and nobody on the other. All you have to do is get other people to exit the game...

I remember reading somewhere in the KB that the reason the KQ drops d2hs is becaue she ate adventurers using them. :-s So, I suppose that explains the drops different monsters drop. They eat noobs.

I'm 99 str, and I don't think I've ever hit above a 33 with a dds, and even then I was shocked. Melee isn't overpowered.

Range < Melee 90% of Rs is melee. 9/10 fights ranger gets owned. Rangers thinks he's underpowered. No you're not. -.- You just picked a class that stinks against most of the players in the game. Your choice.

I don't support. It's just like the people that complain about combat levels showing; if you want to look powerful in a game centered around combat, train combat, if you want a skillcape, don't try to raise all your stats and specialize in a single for a while. Whatever happened to the simple fact that if you want something, train for it, instead of changing the surroundings so you have to do nothing? If you don't hit high enough, don't ask for a super super str pot, train your str. If you can't mine addy, don't ask for a pickaxe that raises your mining level temporarily. If you can't wear a skillcape, don't ask for a "total level" cape, earn a 99. If you want a skillcape, then get one. It's a simple reality.

Good luck lol Aw, Torag isn't hard. I never use prayer on him. My first trip, I used Ice burst the entire time, along with prayer. Got lost in the tunnels, and ended teleporting out with 14 hp. Came back and got runes! Wewt. :XD:
