This cannot be the whole story. You must have received blackmarks for some other reason... perhaps choosing the incorrect reporting option. Nobody receives blackmarks for reporting suspected macro'ers - period.

I got mine (Dragon Full Helm) after killing 500-600, somewhere in that range. Still haven't got a visage...

Sorry, tip.it has never allowed it in the past and I'm sure it won't be allowed now either. You can get confirmation of this by PM'ing an Administrator (as stated already).

Just take your rat-pole and kitty cat somewhere you find rats - like down the man-hole in Varrock. Right-click on the rat-pole while it's in your inventory and select "wield". (if you just regular click on it, it will remove a rat from the pole if there are any on it. Remove is the 1st option, wield is the 2nd). Interact with your cat and tell it to catch a rat. When it catches one, a window pops up and asks if you want to add the rat to the pole. Of course you do :) You need 6 rats for a complete pole.

Yep, I got quite a lot from managing my kingdom, though it will cost you (in time and money). The plus side is you'll get lots of other good seeds too.

You sure you're not trying to use the wrong kind of crystal seed? (like the one for the crystal bow/crystal shield).

You have to be wearing your Karamja achievement gloves, at the Charter Ship pier in - Karamja (to get the good prices).

Also, for general info: Ground Floor, Cleaning - You receive 50 Kudo's total for completing it, but, if you keep on cleaning rocks you will eventually find the Ruby Necklace (if you haven't found it already) that unlocks the enchantment spell in your spellbook. Show it to one of the examiners. (I must have cleaned hundreds and hundreds before finally getting it).

I never got the random Goatweed Tuber (or gem rock either) unless I was hacking "Dense" forest. Probably just a slightly higher chance of getting it there. My hours were also spread out over days... lots of trading sticks. :)

hehe, no kidding! What made it even more heart-wrenching for me was when, after 3+ hours of hack, hack, hacking, I finally get one and dig it up. Then, for some stupid reason while examining it, I misclicked and ended up eating it! -DOH! Took another 5-6 hours to get another... and you can bet I was super careful with that one. :)

I Burthorpe Crocodiles and Terror Dogs. Pretty much everything else is fair game, especially if I can take advantage of 'Bones to Peaches' for food :) ...can stay at those places almost indefinitely.

I think the Moderator who made the call may have been a bit hasty on this particular call... and I'm going to over-rule him and re-open the topic (for all the reasons already mentioned, as it actually was still contributing to the original thread). But there are other rules about questioning a staffmember's actions, and I see this as a subtle attempt to do so, regardless of the "overall" encompassing of the "bumping old threads" rule. Everyone seems to comprehend the spirit of the way the rule is written now. No need to nitpick it apart. Judgement calls will be made and most times will be correct. We're only human. Occasionally something slips by or gets interpretted incorrectly, etc. Our Moderators do a fantastic job considering the responsibilities placed with them. They bust their butts and get very little in return. Please try to work with them (privately) if you feel something just isn't right, and if you still feel the need after that, contact an Administrator and we'll also try to fairly resolve your issue(s). Now, this topic will be locked.
