See my post in the topic "Mining Sucks" for MY opinion on this matter. Besides...how on earth am I supposed to take a person seriously when they spell the world "Stuff" as "Shtuff?" Uh...where in that post did I say "shtuff?" Anyway...if you have all this mining experince, why don't you get coal in the Mining Guild? To your first question: You said it right in the title. To your second question: Sometimes I may like to go mine OTHER ores such as adamantite, mithril, gold, or iron. Since the little area RIGHT outside the guild has all of these...I may rather mine there instead. Also...if this hasn't occured to you yet, then I'll tell you: I made it past 60 and can use the guild. Whoo...hoo. Does this mean I automatically HAVE to use the Mining Guild? No way! It's my experience, my character, my membership, my pickaxe, and my time...I'll use it however, and wherever I so please. You think it's rude? Fine. Think it's rude...but that's not going to stop me from mining there if I need to.

Fletching comming to NON-MEMBERS??!!
Outsanity replied to brabbithex's topic in RuneScape Suggestions
You have absolutely no proof that this is true at all. Sorry...but I want factual evidence put in front of me before I'm going to believe such a farfetched, insanely ridiculous story. P.S. We do not care that you love to skateboard, and learn to write correctly. I had trouble reading your post, because of your lack of commas, periods, and capitals. You made no sense of where a thought begins and where one ends. -
Best. Suggestion: Skeleton Greatar
Outsanity replied to Blaze The Movie Fan's topic in RuneScape Suggestions
Just tell me, Zonorhc...are ANY of Blaziken's ideas EVER good at all? If I had it my way, I'd disable him from being able to post any more useless junk. All he is doing is cluttering the forums. -
Crim, the ONLY reason you believe this to be a legitimate post here on the DISCUSSION forums, is because A.) Many of your ideas are extremely flawed, and you get angry when others point this out, instead of changing what needs to be improved upon. and B.) Zonorhc has been one of those people that has shown you your flaws. Zonorhc is much more intelligent, witty, and insightful than you are...and this makes you bitter. My suggestion, quite honestly, is to stop trying to shelter immaturity, and move on. These boards are not for ranting...the rant boards are. And even in that instance, this type of topic wouldn't even be legitimate there, in my honest opinion.

Im guessing your p2p and dont know what its like, oh ya i ignore them, like I said half way through the day ill turn off public chat, but they still follow me for over an hour Your exagerating (i doubt they follow you for hours on end, most get fed up after 5 minutes), but try to make the best of it. I ask them to dance and shout praise to me, and I give them a little money if we arrive at my destination and they are still there. No...he/she's not exhaggerating. I had some sick freak follow me for around 1 hour and 15 minutes until I eventually led him into the Draynor Manor Woods and let the roots take care of him (he was only a level 3...obviously just trying to cause trouble)...hehe...he didn't see them coming. *signs name* Outsanity...I'm in 100% ;)

Bubsa, ONCE AGAIN, is right, Crim. If the morons can't even read a few numbers and letters, then they shouldn't be playing Runescape to begin with, let alone trading. It's not a question of "the system being faulty"...it's a question of people's brains being faulty.

differenet thoughts on the killing zamorak idea
Outsanity replied to Crim_nimora's topic in RuneScape Suggestions
No...you didn't "reference" to anything. This "type" of topic has been posted numerous times...and 3/4 of the entire member population probably already knows about Bob "stating" he is Zaros. Move on. -
I like it...minus the bombs. I know "a bomb" was included in the Regicide Quest...but I still don't favour any sort of nucleur warfare in Runescape. Doesn't seem quite...well..."fitting." Otherwise...good, solid idea. I like it. Could be implemented. ;)

I know that you're post is supposed to have some sort of humor involved in it...but I honestly don't think this topic is really appropriate for a "serious" discussion forum...just my opinion though.

I was going to post and rant up a storm at your lousy idea, but I see now you've found the error of your ways. :D Points Against it: -Say your sister has just got into a terrible, almost fatal accident and has been rushed to the hospital. You recieve this news whilst in the wilderness, and any precious time you waste could mean you may not get to the hospital in time. (Yes, this happened to me...but don't worry...my sister is fine) -Say you've just gone into the wilderness to mine Rune Ores. You would have to walk alllll the way out of the wilderness, log out...log into another world, walk allll the way back to the rocks and HOPE no one else has taken it by the time you've gotten there. -Say you've gone into the wilderness JUST to do a level 3 clue. You're on your last clue and then some pker pops onto the screen. You desperately try to log out...but alas! Jagex has taken away that feature in the wilderness! You, being unarmed...are killed, you lose your clue scroll, and a possible chance at getting rare armor.

You forget that members pay $5.00 (Some pay up to $11.00 from what I am told) a month to earn the items and money they get. So, in a way, it isn't REALLY legal for Jagex to "hack" peoples' accounts. Now, also needed to say. Jagex, whether any of you are willing to believe it or not...is a company. They could care less about the Runescape economy if it meant they were making an extra $5.00 a month. If what you say IS true (Which, by God I'll shoot myself cold in the eye if it is) and people found out that Jagex is a cold-hearted "thieving company" then they may quit...quitting would continue until BOOM...Jagex just lost about 1 million dollars every month...possible more. My point is, that as clever and "entertaining" as your idea is, it's not legitimate. You've got literally not one shred of proof to back up anything you said. I for one, will continue to stay away from hackers, auto-loggers, ect ect. Hell, I've been staying away from them for 7 YEARS of online gaming and not even ONCE have I been "hacked."

First off, Zamorak IS known as the God of Chaos, and Saradomin is the God of LAW. Therefor, classifying either of them as good or evil would be false. Many many people look at the three gods and automatically assume this: Saradomin: Good. Equivalent to most religions' highest "God" Guthix: Balanced. Both "good" and "evil." Equivalent to "mother nature" blah-dee-blah. Zamorak: Evil. Equivalent to what many religions consider "The Devil" Well people, I'd hate to break it to you...but this is wrong. Zamorak is the god of chaos and unorganization. He symbolizes the lack of unity between forces of monster and mankind alike, and the unorderly fashion of the world. Saradomin, is Zamorak's opposite. He is the god of Law and Order (Ha ha...don't even point out that that's the name of a nation-wide television series) He keeps peace and order to the world of Runescape and symbolizes the unity between monster and man alike. Guthix: He is meant to keep the other two gods from taking over entirely. Though many think a world filled with "peace and harmony" would be good, it actually wouldn't. The reason mankind has survived so long is because the properties of chaos and law have been balanced. Therefor, just enough "diversity" and "rebelism" (zamorak trait) and "moral" and "harmony" (saradomin) exist that the world can be balanced. If Guthix were to cease existing and one of the gods (either one) took over completely, the world would either trive on utter chaos (zamorak) or decay under unoriginality sameness (saradomin) This is the way I see it, at least. And since Jagex has actually said Zamorak was the God of Chaos and Saradomin was the God of Law, I'm almost positive their idea is similar to mine. If not...oh well. =-\ Now, to comment on your post: I think that is entirely untrue. Many many quests that Jagex have made allow you to side with zamorak, or, at least, chaos in general. For example, during the Hazeel Cult quest, you can either be "morally correct" and continue to help the man in the mansion (his name escapes me) or you can choose to "backstab" him and help the "evildoers" bring Hazeel back from the dead to wreck havoc upon the world. Since Hazeel himself CLEARLY states that he and Zamorak shall rule the world side-by-side, you are, in fact, choosing the path of "Zamorak" Another example is at the end of the Horror From the Deep quest. Now, though it doesn't ENTIRELY effect any plot line, you are still allowed to choose any god you worship. The SAME principle goes for the Mage Arena. Temple of Ikov is yet another fine example of a quest where you get to choose between what is "morally right" and what is "morally wrong" by choosing to either side with Lucien and give him the staff of armaydel which will help him conquer the world, or kill him, and stop him from reigning chaos upon the world. There might be more I am forgetting...but my point is this: Even if you're being forced to "side" with "Saradomin" in a quest, doesn't mean you need to believe you're actually siding with them. In Priest in Peril, though you're being told you're helping a disciple of Saradomin, think of it more as you "were just using him to gain access to a land of evil, where you'll be able to plant your seeds of chaos"...(treachery AND chaotic seeds...sounds promising to me. ;)) Unfortunely, people who don't look as in depth as I do are expecting Zamorak to be some "evil, hellish, demon of all that is damned, God"...which he isn't. People also wish to percieve Saradomin as a "kind, good, caring, and understand God"...which, he isn't. ;)

Troll's right. Just do the Fishing Contest Quest. -
I feel your pain. I honestly, truly do. Basically, in a nutshell, anything that is abbreviated down to 4 letters and then having a "y" or an "ie" at end of it is something that quite honestly just gets me steamed. I mean, why on earth do people do this? It saves almost NO time, and makes you appear to be an incoherrant, illiterate moron. Besides...look at it from THIS direction: If at a meeting with your fellow co-workers and boss at work, pick which one of the following phrases you believe to be more appropriate: "An n (pronounced just like the letter) today'z (with a sharp z at the end) meetn I belive we sud (pronounced like "cud" but with an s instead of a c) speek about da probs wit da stokmarket." or "And in today's meeting, I believe we should speak about the problems with the stockmarket." Which one sounds more professional to you, eh? My point is, to all you people who abbreviate things just to "save time"...don't. Quit being a moron, and go back to school.

Crim_nimora, as with all your other posts and threads, this one shows you have absolutely no common sense what-so-ever. This is a GAME! Last time I checked you couldn't shoots fire, water, earth, and air blasts at people in real life. You couldn't eat an entire shark or swordfish in a single bite. Cakes don't always come in just 3 pieces. Teleportation isn't possible, or at least hasn't been discovered yet. Abyssal Demons from a dark chasm didn't escape and find their way into a solitudous space on the third floor of a "slayer" tower in the middle of a town infested by werewolves. There aren't dragons; especially not ones with three heads that are called "kings." There aren't 30 foot gigantic beetles with magical powers that can summon their legions of tiny little insect warriors to murder you from behind. And most certainly, you cannot speak with monkeys or cats. (Unless you ARE a monkey or a cat, of course...in which case you most likely would not be able to read an entire word I have written, nor would you have been able to work this computer) Have I made my point, yet? I think I have. This is a game. Nothing is logical. GET OVER IT.
-
Look, Crim_nimora, apparently you're still living in that little world where you believe everything needs to be put in YOUR favour...but quite simply, Jagex made these certain penalties and these certain pieces of armor for a REASON. Without weaknesses, there would be absolutely no point in having the Combat Triangle. People would go back to using Melee armor, as Zonorhc said, because it would not only have the highest defense bonuses in the game, but it also would not be weak to magical attacks. Can anyone say unstoppable? I can. Listen kid, Zonorhc is far more intelligent, witty, and humorous than you are. He/She is knowledgable of what he/she is talking about, and you don't even know how to spell a word the same way more than once. By adding this so called "Neutralizing Amulet" into the game, there would be almost no need for rangers or mages...melee would dominate all...which would NOT be a good thing. I feel your pain, Zonorhc...I feel your pain. ~Outsanity out.

Listen, TheBlazikenMaster, I am going to say to you what I should have said to you when I saw your VERY FIRST useless post, and what I'm sure many others are itching to say also: You are NOT a game programmer. You aren't now, and you never will be. Want to know why? Because all of your ideas SUCK so horribly it makes me want to regergitate last year's Thanksgiving dinner. Listen to me kid, and listen well...this isn't Pokemon. This isn't a little kiddy game where we need useless quests relating to pizzas, amulets that allow others to attack innocent bystandards out of the wilderness, or useless crap monsters that have no real purpose what-so-ever. You seem to me like you just have WAY to much time on your hands. I honestly believe you think you are some master genius game theorist, who has some god-given talent of creativity. Well let me tell you something...you don't. All of these ideas remind me of either rip-offs from other games (Such as Pokemon, which you definetly apparently like) or are so horribly useless that I think to myself why anyone would waste hours upon hours writing this when they could be actually PLAYING Runescape. Bottom line: You have no game-conceptionalistic talents. Stick with actually PLAYING Runescape, rather than trying smuggle in ideas that shouldn't even be wasting other people's time. Imagine...if you spent half the time you do writing these ideas, to actually PLAY the game, you might have a dragon medium helm right now, or at least have some stats worth bragging over. Sorry if you think I sound harsh, but I'm telling you like it is. I never lie; only deliver the truth I think needs to be delivered. P.S. Kingkonk never lied. He/She was being sarcastic. They, like me, also think your ideas are like rancid meat: old and needing to be disposed of immediately.

No. Not two lines...MAYBE just one...we don't need all that extra space. Runecrafting would become too easy and being able to carry EIGHT more cooked manta rays when in the wilderness would be TOO insane.
-
1. Hehehe...you're funny. But NO. If you want more quests, PAY for more quests. 2. No way! Members are already short of bankspace with the newly added seeds and tiaras, why should free players get more? 3. Fine. I can live with this. I personally have never been in the crafting guild...I find no need for it. 4. NO WAY! Bring back powermining? You've GOT to be kidding me.] 5. Yes...I have heard someone else suggest this idea, and I am 100% for it. Perfect for when I am done playing for the night and want my account safe and sound while I sleep.

*snaps out of drool infested coma* Oh...sorry, what did you say? I lost you at the Samuri Sword. STOP trying to sneak ninjas into Runescape. This is RUNEscape...NOT NINJAscape. lol Besides that, I DO think the god gloves and books would rock. Perhaps we could have god hats or hoods (other than castle wars, where you can't even get Guthix stuff) Well have to see if they add more...if not, I won't die. This isn't ENTIRELY necessary...would be ok if they did it though.

Quest Suggetion: The Stolen Pizza
Outsanity replied to Blaze The Movie Fan's topic in RuneScape Suggestions
Just like your last post, I think this stinks...bad. Yeah yeah, sure...it's thought out and well-written...but it has NO plot. I mean, why on earth would one go through sooo much trouble just to get a pizza? Besides...the rewards are WAY too good, and the idea of a quest based solely around pizza is just weird, not creative. Sorry...but you still don't have me convinced. -
::How emotionally involved are you while staking/pking?::
Outsanity replied to Nibor's topic in General Discussion
Grow up. This is a topic about REAL people and REAL situations. Though they are just pixels, people work hard and spend tons of time and dedication getting them. Just like when you graduate from college with a Doctorate's degree in whatever you majored in...What would you do if somehow that piece of paper got torched or torn? Would it still be "just a piece of paper" to you, or much, much more? My point proven. -
I like the idea...but blood? I sure would hate to be wearing those robes...talk about disease city. (Or plague city, none-the-less)
