If you have burned vyrewatches they are incredibly fast defense exp and very AFK, you should get at least 200k exp/hr if you've burned 500. If you haven't burned any it will be slower, but since it is a comp cape objective you might as well start burning.

99% of your increase in performance from this is from setting java to be a higher priority.

Based on my experience; getting 99 slayer requires just under 300,000 cannonballs which is 133 mil at current prices.

For us with 400$ income, 2$ here 2$ there ... 2$ is kind of a lot. Considering that most of the said 400$ are used for things you kind of need like rent, clothings and food .. you aren't left with a lot to spend. If you live off a $400 income I'd question why you have RS membership even before the price increase, heck I'd question why you have the internet and probably some form of cable tv. Having the internet is an unavoidable necessity for most people. What concerns me most about the price increase is that it is a 33% increase not too long after a 20% increase in the price. The only memorable "update" of the past year as compared to the years before was the removal of bots, hardly deserving of this large an increase in price. It looks to me like instead of the botters paying jacmob's salary that we now are. For comparison xbox live has only increased in price once, by 20%. A service that went from a simple friends list and game matchmaking service to a full blown entertainment and social media platform.

This. I don't really understand how you can drop it fast enough but not pick it up. As long as you have the add note or any other interface open while you are standing on the square you won't walk off it. Its just that add note allows you to switch tabs and access your inventory.

Interestingly this doesn't involve pvp at all. The person will claim to have a method for duplicating items and instruct you to follow them from lumbridge. They will tell you to stand at this spot: The person will then instruct you to perform a few more actions before having you run to another spot and drop your item you wish to have duplicated. What really happens is as soon as you drop your item the game forces to walk off the square the item is on, and any attempts to grab your dropped item forces you to the square one south of the item. The lurer then waits until your item appears and telegrabs it. I wasn't dumb enough to drop anything of value, but the other people weren't so lucky.

The fire runes alone to charge the staff are 600k, then another 90k for the spores, and at least 100k for the stick for a minimum of around 790k, but more realistically around 850k.
