Well I had a bunch of time over the weekend so I decided to make dinner with a friend. Makes it easier if you have some help and plus it can be a lot of fun. I made mac and cheese, mozarella mushroom chicken, and lasagna. Tasted pretty good :) Start with chicken or pasta because they're easy and cheap. Look through recipes at allrecipes.com and find one that you like -- and that's within your skill level -- and make it. Then practice!

No. I recently completed my OpenGL university module with no maths A level. All of the maths in it was very simple. What's more, the lecturer said he'd be happy to take any of us on as researchers too, so you can go places without A level maths. Really? All the computer programmers that I know have to take quite a bit of math.

WinXP Home for me. I don't know why you guys are complaining so much. I don't crash every 5 seconds, I don't have 5000 viruses, and I don't have pop up ads all over the place. Works just fine for me.

I would try another keyboard, like Parabola said. I had a problem with my old ps2 keyboard -- I found out that the port was fried. And remember, your computer needs to be off before you plug/unplug a ps2 device. :)
