reminds me of my first charge :-k i was 94 magic and some lvl 125 combat with ice barrage is near my exit, i was charging my zamm staff for the first time and im frozen by ice so i attack him and he cant attack mee since he didnt max out magic, and since i was 94 magic too i always hit him and i took his stuffs.

lunar is only for people with 96+ magic, anything under and your wasting your time. if you can get to 96 magic alone you should have money to be able to use skillbook swap anyway. and teleporting anywhere on all 3 books is good enough for me.

ill have to agree, i was going to post saying its random but, i just got another random event. not the first one in the past week either, i get at least 20 of these per day now. it is 100% random and still is but, i can say the rate is increased, theres 3 people in the drill demon right now, and at least 5 whenever i go to scaperune, 3 in mazes, 3 in mimes. etc

the only people who have a right to call you a safer, is someone from rs1, in that, you cant even eat, teleport or break any of the honor rules that rs2 has that were brought down from the rs1 gods. thats why people say rs1 pking is better, there is always more rules to it. its not like in rs2 where you teleport all day long and safe and farcast. in rs1, it took skill to pk aswell.

i never celebrated any of my levels really. besides 94 magic since i was top 1000 at 94, there was only 100 people with 99 at the time. anything i have at a low level i can easily get up, so im never offended.
