  1. 85 smithing  and maybe for the Christmas event in Runescape to involve a grandmother getting run over by a reindeer :-w
  2. According to the wiki site where it says 98% of Thai's are lactose intolerant, I think it says they only examined 134 Thais for the test, and only 24 American Indians. That's not a very inclusive examination if they tested less than 1% of the groups (assuming I interpreted the chart correctly)
  3. It didn't begin as a player mod meeting. It was a large meeting of many clans to ask Jagex for clan support, and one of them showed up.
  4. This topic reminds me a a movie that came out in the mid 90s called "Outbreak". .... Some primates get infected with a disease, one bites a human, and it spreads rapidly causing hundreds to die. Sounds like what could have theoretically happened here, or what could happen :|
  5. T V B isn't the highest combat f2per, or the one with the highest skill total. :shame:
  6. I like wearing a sara skirt in-game even though my character is a male.... You should see some of the crap people call/ask me
  7. No one made the people who were given one last appeal re-buy members on those accounts. Plus I'm sure many of the unbanned accounts were banned for very good reasons, so they should stay banned.
  8. happy birthday you two!
  9. Most of them pop-up when its holiday season. I saw a decent amount of scythes during Halloween, and I'll probably see some bunny ears this spring. But yeah, they're quite rare nowadays.
  10. RC'ing is great cash if you have the patience to train it. If you don't use runners, with 44 rc, you make about 1500 profit per trip to the air altar. For every 11 rc levels after that, you make an additional 420gp profit per run. Spread that out over a week or so, and you have a decent wad of cash from selling those air runes. Using runners doesn't become profitable until you're like 66rc, assuming you pay runners 2k per trade. The profit per ess load is much less, but you get many more loads crafted per hour, so you make nearly as much cash. For example, I went to the w16 air altar for a few hours yesterday and made 300k profit from rc'ing. It cost me 1mil to pay all the runners, but I'll end up getting 1.3m back after selling the airs.
  11. I not sure if Cowchicken has been mentioned, but he sticks out in my mind when I think back to RS1, as well as many other aforementioned names. (and what happened to Pirahna? what was he banned for?)
  12. Is there really any need to have 10m cash in f2p? It's not like any items cost that much. I do quite well for myself, and I never keep that much cash on hand. I always put it into skills or materials to use later. But to answer the question, yes it's possible to make 10m in f2p. (and there actually are Runecrafting autoers out there, since someone brought it up)
  13. F2p is nice and simple.... fewer skills means I can focus more on those available to me. Plus money goes much further in f2p. I can afford p2p, I just don't want to be a member.

Once you hit college, age doesn't really matter regarding alcohol. You go to a party, you can't really tell anyone's age except those who are buying the beer. I think they should keep it @ 21. I realize people will argue that you can get drafted into war at 18, but can't relax with a beer unless you wait a full 3 extra years, but drinking beer doesn't help support your country in times of need. Beer is a privilege, fighting for your country is a responsibility. (I didn't really mean this to be a war post, please don't quote me to argue about wars  )
  15. To my knowledge, the richest person in RS in a f2per.... he has 80+ phats, but he's retired.
  16. Favorite words: Free food.
  17. who takes raw food into the wild? I have once, accidentally.... It didn't end well
  18. I don't see why violent WWII video games are somehow insulting the lives of those who fought during the actual war. Yes the game is violent and yes characters will die in it. However, I think these games made about past wars comemmorate the lives of the soldiers of WWII. It shows what the soldiers actually had to go through in war, and what they did and died for in order to protect their homeland. It may or may not glorify war, that's up to someone's opinion. However, it does glorify the actions of the men and women who fought in the wars.
  19. It was cool at first, then it got annoying when people freaked out when I talked :| Now I rarely talk in-game because of it. I only really respond to HYT's.
  20. na na na na na na na na hey hey hey goodbye. (good riddance)
  21. Jwrm, I can give you my word that he has never been p2p. I spent quite a bit of time cooking in edge a few months ago, and he would always be there burying bones. About having to get so many big bones, Franz was quite rich to begin with, so he sold off a lot of stuff to buy the bones. Plus he was given a good amount of bones from his friends. It's also impossible to prove that he did use dragon bones, so you can't use that arguement. and btw, he was given all the bones to get him from 98-99 prayer. I can swear to that.
  22. You could've filled out an absentee ballot in the time it took you to type up that post  I sent in my absentee ballot last week, looks like the people I voted for are winning :D
