Did you even take the time to read what he wrote? He rarely does, just usually reads the titles and spams. Not really worth commenting on because he rarely answers any comments people make. Shouldnt the price of rune even out eventually? I think it dropped like a bomb because a lot of smiths and PKers and mercs had massive stock piles. I sold a heap of rune on here just after the G.E opened, and nobody wanted to touch it, I was selling it at far less than G.E prices of the time. It's only after it was on here for a while that I realised it would make more money alching it all. I would in any normal case say ohh well the prices will even out. supply demand and all that. But I can only see demand dropping, well it will be in demand on f2p. But p2p rune is a rarer and rarer site now. people want non-smithable armour, like barrows, dragon etc etc.. They are becoming more affordable everyday. No one really wears rune in f2p Bounty Hunter, because of the risk of being teamed, not compared to the numbers that did previously in the wild. Demand I should imagine will only keep dropping for rune armour in the short term, it may have a saving grace if rune prices keep dropping tho is that a lot of rune items have dropped below their alch prices on G.E occasionally, when they do I have personally alched heaps.

Sometimes half the posts on a page seem to be locked. If you want to keep them for records purposes or site post count (surely locked posts shouldnt add to peoples post count anyway), then make a trash can to store locked posts. I rarely speak, and I'm not AFKing or rarely watching TV, I usually just listen to music. But I've often wanted to tell people to shut up. Some of the rubbish people talk about is just annoying. I can thiink of plenty of conversations I wouldnt want to hear. if I'm having a conversation with a friend, even if they are right next to me, I would more often than not PM them. A: because my conversations are nothing to do with whoever else is standing there B: because, I dont want to hear your conversation with a friend, I wouldnt be rude enough to stand on the same square as you and tell my friend what kind of day I'd had at work or what I did today etc.. etc.. If a conversation is open to everyone to join in, which from what you have said, this sounds like it was, then he had absolutely no reason to ask you to shut up. But if you're having a conversation that someone was to join in and not be welcome, ie: talking about life / work / school / what your plans are tomorrow / how pretty your gf is / how your mom annoys you.. keep it to PM. Other circumstances I can think of: People asking eachother every level they have- look at h/s People boasting to eachother about their mains People standing for ages talking about how bad their life/day/being hacked/ friends stealing stuff they lent them etc.. etc.. I'm not saying you were doing any of these things, but a "nice friendly conversation" might not be everybody elses nice conversation. To me a conversation between friends is just that, keep it between friends, use the PM function, I dont want to hear it. But I wouldnt be so rude in most cases to ask or tell people to shut up. He probably had no reason whatsoever to ask you to shut up from what you've said it just sounds like some random idiot. but RS is full of idiots. Personally if I find peoples convs annoying they go on iggy for a while.

The few times I've been in PC people use it on the portals all the time, in case they try and run away :-/

Very well written and well thought out. Some great examples, I can definately see a few times I might use these ideas. You should add a few extras, like explain a little more about how u get caviar (personally never barbarian fished) where to catch sturgeon?. Maybe give an idea of how often you get them, if they are worth buying & if they are easy to get hold of if buying. You should add a little and submit this to go in guides or something, because there's some great info here that a lot of people would find helpful, would be a shame if it just dissapeared in the tide of spam on the general forum.

Meh the first time has annoyed me enough to not want to play again today. It's no better than an average player, There are lots of better players and computers you can play online. I've got it dominated, but to go for the kill had to leave my king open to a check. Problem is the program's just putting me in perpetual check, there is no other move he can make without losing the game. Fair enough stalemate under the threefold rule... He cant do any other move without losing the game, but I've been moving my king back and forth on the only 2 squares it can move for about 45 moves now. If it's not written well enough to know the rules of chess, and be in such a poor position to someone who hasnt played in a fair while..not really worth playing. The lines are just destracting lol.

if not thousands i've met my fair share of immature players i could label under 13 but i have no way of knowing. 2 sentences, 1 question. not much to discuss. I say yes! er no.. yes.. no.. um maybe. Yup I'm sticking with maybe.. or maybe not.. It was such a detailed question I find it difficult to answer. maybe you should elaborate your point less? Far too many points in the question to get my head around.

First day I played on RSC... I couldnt be bothered finding out how to play, just wanted to see if the game was any good. asked some guy how to train HP. He said the more you get hit, the more your xp goes up. So for 3 days I trained on stuff way higher than my level, used every penny i earnt on buying food and new stuff 'cos I kept dying, but I didnt care 'cos my HP was going up. So for 3 days I watched all these noobs in their armour, thinking what idiots, why wear armour when training! So in the end I asked someone. after they all stopped laughing and calling me noob.. (about 15 mins)... They explained how you did level HP. OK I know how dumb I was, and everyone feel free to call me a noob as much as you like. but I don't care what your claim to noobyness is.. if this was noob poker I have a a royal flush.

Nice and neat. Not enough random newbie junk tho. My banks nearly full of random junk :P I wish I could get mine so tidy, sometimes I'm in the bank ages looking for stuff, I do tidy it every now and again, but it doesnt last.

I agree with a lot of your post. But after 6 years playing RS, my skill total before this update was a very low 1330. I never really trained any skills unless they were needed to do quests for new weapons etc.. My fishing and cooking levels were entirely from fishing for food and cooking it for use in the wild. My mellee stats were trained almost exclusively fighting other players in the wild. I spent I'd guess since I started playing RS 95% of my time either in the wild or fishing/cooking food for PKing. I think that qualifies me to say that I am a serious PKer, and I hate BH, the majority of my friends list are "serious" PK'ers and none like it. The only people I know that like it are people who always PK'ed in groups in multi.. although strictly PKing it involves little personal skill at all. I know a few 99's that love it for obvious reasons but they were never PK'ers mainly people I met fishing. I'm not saying BH is bad, it obviously has people who like it. But personally it doesnt represent PKing that I like.. obviously they are bringing out a new solo PKing format, might be good, it might not, I don't expect Jagex to change the game for what was at the time a minority anyway. Probably my PKing days are over, not exactly the worst thing that could happen in life, so altho I've had a few rants. That's life. But I'm sorry such a sweeping statement as "serious PKers love bounty hunter".. is wrong, maybe some do, but I'd be sure it'd be the minority. Or maybe having spent most of my RS time in the wild, I do not know what non-PKers qualify as a serious PKer.

as a few people have said I rarely put people on for long, I clear it every few days, only put spammers on in general. More often than not if someones annoying, I say to them that I put them on ignore and they shut up assuming that I have.

I know you only wanted the 1st.. but oh well.. 1st KoA: Then quit for a year due to no time after work. 2nd TF: Was still busy with work but started to play again. Wanted to PK, and boy did TF provide, they literally wanted to control the wild on their homeworld, you could walk in the wild know there were other TF'ers there based at hobs but PKing all over the map, always guarunteed a fight.. ok mainly it was Lycon Slayer but a fights a fight. Sadly I think 'The' got fed up with having to come to help (even tho many of us were happy defending ourselves). They got rid of of the whole hobs thing and due to work and not having the same fun in wild anymore I went inactive and stopped playing RS again. TF fo lyfe :-( 3rd Monkeighs: Great mature clan, but I've always been a PKer at heart and while I was there, there were a lot of problems with PKing so didnt stick around that long. 4th: KoA: Finally I'm lucky enough that my job gives me time to work, socialise and play Runescape. Now back home again!
