making treasure trails f2p was pretty good update. Helps out the members for making a market, and helps out f2p for adding a new variety of armours to get.

yeah, me and darkdude are some of the only old-school left...its getting thinner(by some of the only, I mean in the 100,000's :D)... also, my old scapeboard account name was Imortal_ell ...I was making a pure at the time, and well, decided to use his name for my scapeboard instead of N64Jive due to the fact that I tought it was cooler.

At the time everyone tought it ruined the economy(to say the least, I was extremely mad, because they day before I had just bought a mask set value of 1m at the time) If I had not bought that set the day before it happened, I woulda had 1m cash to buy party hats for 50k ea. anyway, back to my point. This didn't actually ruin the economy. In fact, it just prolonged this rapid rise that happened all at once. If this wouldn't of happened, P hat prices just would have skyrocketed sooner.

this got me really curious... i know that operated differantly back then but jagex would never offer a monetary reward for information like that would they? My question is to anyone who happened to be around back then: What exactly WAS the reward they were offering? was it in game money? items? real money? im just really curious... Something that also caught my attention was this page bank to bank trading? i wonder why they never did that? sounds like a splendid idea to me... B2B as it was called in rsc (man I love being old-school) was ditched because Jagex decided having hundreds of ppl trying to trade in the bank would be very crowded...Instead they introduced notes. The reward was a lie also. I can't remember it was either lifetime members or year supply of free members. Tbh, you could do that on 1 screen...but if you wanted to...2 screens would be alright...so in retrospect...you only need 1 computer but maybe 2 monitors.

Print screen button, paste into somethin like "paint" save it. then use a upload site such as imageshack.us. Find your file upload it and copy the link into a post :shock: Dude...That makes no sense...I think my IQ hs dropped 4 points upon entering, then a further 132 due to reading that...That brings a total -7... Well, I really doubt your Iq is 129 if you don't understand that. It's quite simple. 1.Press the Prnt Scr|Sys Rq button next to f12 on your keyboard. 2. Open up paint, and paste what you just took a picture of(it will be your whole computer screen) 3. Crop the picture down to either runescape screen size or if you just want a certain part, take that. 4. Save the picture. 5. Goto Imageshack.us (<--website) and click the browse button on the page. 6. Find the file that you saved and then hit upload. 7. if you're going to be a member, you don't wanna make a pker, but rather a staker. keep prayer at what it is..don't raise it...it's useless. keep your def at what it is... get 80-90 attack and strength and go ahead and raise mage and range just for a hp bonus. Look through many of the quests and find which one best helps you out. Make sure none of them raise prayer or def.

with the price of lobsters stable at 200 ea, you can easily fish 2 lobsters to 1 shark. Not to mention the market for lobsters is so much broader then the market for sharks.

I don't get where you get 33 hp...They go off the second number which highest it goes is 29(or if they round up 30)... eithre way, diamonds cost 3k ea where sharks cost 500 ea..It's much cheaper, not to mention more convenient, to just use sharks.

if it's true that they alch for 2k reguardless of ammount of charge, then it may be profitable. Of course, I forsee Jagex changing this next week. But if they don't, I may use it. I currently have about 50 diamonds in my bank and 1k gold bars. 200 trips without a skull, thats 8,600 nats at 300 ea is 2.58M...plus the 100k you get for alching the 1 charged ones you have left=2.68M. Diamonds are currently 3kish ea. 150k...=2.53M still making. ..so in other words for every 50 trips you make with these, you lose 1 glory. Not bad.

Like I said, discuss here. Everyone seems to think prices will go down simply because there will be more crafters. The crafters arn't going to sell their runes for less because it now cost about 750gp per trip on diamonds for the ammy(1 ammy uses 5 charges, diamonds are 3k, gold bar 300-400 gp, cosmic rune 200-300 gp).. If anything I think prices will either stay the same or go up. Sadly not many ppl will realize this at first, and their may be a sudden price drop. (this doesn't take into account that diamonds prices may rise.)
