For example, I know I am a horrible speller, but realy, there is a difference between a mispelling and liek omg dis is wht hpned! actually, keeping something like that next to your bed isnt a bad idea. well, unless the robber has a gun, then if he saw you pick up the bat he would probably shoot you. personally, i keep a katana next to my bed, but if a robber came in and pointed a gun at me id probably either freeze or start crying like a little girl.

i have a really big urge to post some funny pictures pertaining to certain points in this topic. to make this not spam, i will share my opinion at the end. please feel free to completely ignore me if you wish :P . about the topic starter: your post is really hard to read. i know my posts may not be all that readable to some, but at least i go back and change mistakes i make. if anything is misspelled, it is because i am a horrible speller. anyways, put a little effort into it, and the thread wont go off topic as much. to astralinre (concerning you wanting to correct everyones errors, im not attacking you, i just thought of this picture when you said it. :lol: and actually i just re-read you post, and you said spelling errors not grammar errors, so this picture really doesnt mean anything :D ) this post has been by the discussion of making cohearant posts. just remember, ok, so i didnt have nearly as many funny pictures pertaining to this topic as i first thought. i did want to try and work this last one in somewhere, but it would have been even a longer stretch than the others. anyways, to make my post on topic, i believe that even if that story is real (pretty sure it has been embelished, my dad is the master at this so i can tell when others are) its nothing different than you hear about day to day. this time, it just happened to happen to someone you know. there are always going to be people who rob people, people who kill other people, people who generally dont respect another persons rights. the police are supposed to be the ones who stop this, but they are generally to busy giving people speeding tickets to worry about anything else.

looking at the hdtv section of any store is amazingly confusing. finally decided that for me a tv using dlp technology would be best, since it is cheaper for good quality. make sure its 1080p, hd dvds and blu ray are both going to be at that quality.

a lot of the free ipod sites work. they are all pyramid schemes though, you have to sign up for a service, and get 10 or so other people to sign up for a service using you as a referer.

@mr putter: oldboy is number 3 on my list, so i thought it was pretty good :D . and i dont think the requiem for a dream soundtrack was also used in the two towers, they are just similar types of music. i cant be positive, though. a whole week and i only got to watch three movies :( . Walk the Line - im really not a fan of this sort of movie. small time guy makes it big and then plunders only to regain everything at the end. not a big fan of the music either, so this movie didnt have much going for me. it was good though, i was very suprised by phoenix and witherspoons performance. not one i would watch again because it doesnt interest me. Elizabethtown - i hate kirsten dunst. if she never talked, and had a bag over her head the whole time i would be ok with her. i never really watched the previews for this movie when it came out. i saw kirsten dunst and orlando bloom in a love story, and then immediatly ignored it. a friend really liked it, and wanted to watch it so i watched it too. it was actually better than i thought it would be, but still kirsten dunst ruined it for me. im so biased against her that i wont even really say either way if its good or not. at the end when the credits said directed by cameron crowe i was very suprised, but then everything did fall into place. it did have that sort of feel to the movie, not some hollywood movie they pass of as romances nowadays. Rounders - i played poker last night, and i had time to watch a movie before i went. decided this would be fitting. reviewed it before, it is an enjoyable movie, if you like poker. 1998, so it was about 5 years before the fad hit mainstream. not that that really makes a difference, but yeah. oh, and dont watch this movie right before you play, i was first out :lol: . the worst ive ever done before this was 7th out of 18 players. (in texas holdem, flopped a straight and never bet on it, just like in the movie. ended up not getting anything :lol: . next hand i lost with 3 aces vs somebodies full house, i was all in :lol: )

snow in march isnt all that uncommon here, got a few good blizards in march over the years. i guess if you dont get snow to often then it might be a little wierd :D

that was pretty cool. i remember this one video of a guy playing 6 or six pianos. he was really, really fast. it was awesome.

this was huge, i mean huuuuge last summer. i found it mildy amusing (only saw it once), but i was kind of lost having never played WoW.

i am glad to hear that you work to get your money, many are just handed it by their parents and get mad if they have to pay for anything. it will give you good life experience for after school :D . sounds to me like at your dads house you would be treated a little better, even if there are a few more restrictions.

well, v for vendetta is a comic book movie. it was from a 1980s comic strip by alan moore and david lloyd. does have a very good plot though, really think its going to be good. ultraviolet is probably just going to be another mindless action film, but those are usually enertaining the first time you watch it.

so how much do you make at this job where you get the money to pay for all this stuff? i hope you dont consider paying for all this stuff with allowance to be actually paying for it.

i wrote this in another topic (dont remember which one), but ive been waiting for this forever. when i first saw an advert for it it was still scheduled to come out november 2005, but then the london bombings pushed back filming (v does it in the movie apperantly). glad it is finally coming out march 17th, definently seeing it that day or the next.

Anchorman - its pretty funny, lots of funny people in it. will farrell did the lead pretty good, so it was a funny movie.

Sin City - ive reviewed this one before (twice possibly), so ill just say its awesome. 1984 - finally got around to watching this, and i was kind of dissapointed. having read the book twice i knew what was going on, but if you hadnt read the book you would probably miss a lot of what things meant. they didnt really do anything to well in it, didn't explain anything. i guess it was filmed ok, but thats about all it had going for it. the girl in the movie was ugly as crap, but they put her nude in the movie. made me want to throw up, at least she could shave her underarms.

my mother board only has pci slots, so i cant even upgrade my video card anymore :lol: . im going to have to buy a new computer to play this game *still worth it*.

san andres was awesome when i played it, didnt play it till it was out for a while though. the only other gta game i played was 2, so the feel of SA was great. morrowind won gamespy, rpgdot, and ign's "rpg of the year". i guess it might have only won rpg of the year there, but right on the back of the box it says: The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowin Winner of more than 60 awards, including RPG and Game of the Year so i dont know exactly what it won :lol: . and by the way this came off of the game of the year edition collection box.

elder scrolls 3: morrowind came out in 2002 (won game of the year). the first two (arena and daggerfall) came out in the 90s. a few portable games that also take place in tamriel have come out, but they are not numbered, and i dont think bethseda made them. after going to class ive calmed down a little bit, still probably not going to be able to sleep tonight though :D . when i first saw the release date you should have saw me :lol: . i stared for about 2 seconds, then my brain for some reason pumped adrenaline into my system (or whatever happens when you get a rush) so hard that i grabed onto my chest, i thought i was having a heart attack. strangley enough (well, not really i guess) i wasn't worried about dying as much as the fact that i would die before i got to play the game :D . i think i have problems. (17 days, 1 hour 53 minutes and i will be purchasing the game)

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion was announced for March 20! Homepage (its at the top) Forum Topic ive been waiting for forever for this! 17days, 7 hours and 40 minutes and ill be purchasing it :D . maybe ill be buying a new computer too... anyone else ecstatic that it is finally here? :D
