  1. None of the Butlers will un-note bones, they say something about the bones being holy and for the Gods or something along those lines.
  2. Best way is to do either the Werewolf or Wilderness Course until at least level 70 where you can switch to Ape Atol, however you will still fail occasionally at Ape Atol until level 75.
  3. Yep it's definitely worth purchasing, you will save so much money with it that it makes it well worthwhile. You can get by with a Whip still until you get a chaotic weapon :)
  4. The highest amount of GP you can have in one cash pile in the game is 2,147,483,647gp, but you can have more than that invested in items.
  5. We have the main release dates for B&W now: Europe: March 4th, 2011 America: March 6th, 2011 Australia/New Zealand: March 10th, 2011 Apparently the first time a main series pokemon game is to be released in Europe before it's released in America.
  6. Nothing you can do really, you usually come across a handful of spiders if you do a large dungeon but even then the drops are rare. I didn't get mine until around level 83 and many others have gone even longer without getting one so you're not alone.
  7. Either Blackjacking or Pyramid Plunder to 80, then if you have completed Do No Evil thieve from Monkey Guards on Ape Atol if not then stick with Pyramid Plunder to 99 or do the quest. Hope this helps!
  8. I'm pretty certain they can un-note pretty much anything except bones, could be wrong though.
  9. Cooking and Fletching are both quick and cheap. Only a few million gp loss getting to 99. I'd suggest picking a skill you enjoy though rather than just getting a 99 for the sake of it :)

Personally I would suggest using at least dragon bones because the time you save not doing big bones can be spent on making the money to buy more dragon bones. Doing 150k big bones rather than 31k dragon or 11k frost dragon bones would be pretty soul destroying too :P
  11. I'd suggest blocking Jungle and Desert Strykes, Kalphites, possibly Mages as they're out of the way and terrible xp though most of the time I do them. You'll make around 400k a task doing Tortoises and they aren't that slow, with extremes and a rapier you can kill around 40-50 every 10 minutes in a decent world. My block list getting to 99 Slayer only had Kalphites and Desert Wyrms and I skipped Mages, Black Demons, Fiends, Terror Dogs and Wyverns when I couldn't be bothered to do them. Really it's down to personal preference and what you're looking for in a task as to what you block.
  12. I'm guessing those are the new decorative robes? Maybe they come with a decorative helm, maybe it's one of the torva helms. Do any of them have horns from the video. From the RuneSlayer pictures it looks like that helm is the Torva Mage helm, assuming they're wearing Torva armour. That Ranged armour and bow looks really good. Not so much of a fan of the melee stuff but there are worse looking armours in the game.
  13. Hmm whenever I think of a none quest boss in RS I always imagine them to be quite big, quite nice to see a change. Looks like having magic/ranged will be quite useful as I suspect he/she doesn't stand still for too long given the room looks quite big. Also what helm is that player wearing? I don't recognise it.
  14. Is this a problem that's exclusive to Runescape or do you experience it elsewhere? I did have a few problems a couple of months ago on my Mac where the "clicking action" would actually happen 0.5-1cm away from where I actually clicked but my inventory wasn't affected by this. If it is just Runescape, make sure all your software is up to date which you can do by clicking on the Apple Logo in the top left corner of the screen and selecting "software update". Hope this helps!
  15. Mining isn't a particularly great way of making money as it is very slow so while the 40m at the end might seem good, in the time it takes you to get to 99 you could have probably earned a lot more doing other things. You probably wont be able to do 80-99 mining in one go either. If you do want 99 mining and the money for farming, do like Bedman suggested and do several Torstol runs daily and make use of MTK as well and if you can be bothered do dailies like buying battle-staves and the like.
  16. From the King of The Dwarves quest guide: For me this doesn't read too well, I think it would make more sense if it said: Just moved a few commas and added in a few words so it read a bit better. Keep up the great work! |^_^| [Crew Edit: I've gone ahead and fixed that, it did sound a little weird. Thanks! ~Bows]
  17. It means essence. Crafting multiple runes doesn't give multiple xp unfortunately :-(
  18. Way back when I used to PK, back near when I started playing, it seemed an unwritten rule that when PKing you shouldn't pray or else it wasn't an honourable fight so it really depended on how much you cared about people's opinions of you as to wether you prayed or not, although the chances were if you prayed your opponent would run. Nowadays some players see other players using protection prayers/curses as a sign of weakness and because they didn't think to do it first they of course have to result to insulting the person praying in order to protect their ego. I don't see the problem with the idea that if you've got it, use it. It's like calling someone a noob because they're using a whip when you've only got a D Scim.
  19. The fastest way it to burst/barrage Rock Lobsters or Waterfiends in the Chaos Tunnels. Cannoning Black Demons in Taverly Dungeon is a pretty fast and somewhat cheaper method. Meleeing Ancient Cavern Waterfiends is ok, fairly decent if you have the right gear but I don't think it really compares to bursting/barraging.
  20. I believe having 10 on herbs and 5 on Maples is still the most profitable set up you can have for MTK making you around 1m gp a week.
  21. The Void Quest series is worth doing if you haven't done so already, not only are they enjoyable but you get some fairly decent rewards out of it :)
  22. I think the highest xp/hr for PP is around 200k whereas at Monkeys you can get well over 300k xp/hr at higher levels so probably not :P You might want to alternate between the two methods though to avoid getting bored since the novelty of beating up monkeys for petty cash does tend to wear off after a while :P
  23. At your level Monkeys work out at around 150k xp/hr and Pyramid Plunder is around 90k - 100k xp/hr and monkeys are better money. Just take an EE(E) and the lobsters you get as loot should cover you for food, if not you can use the money you get in loot to buy some from Ape Atol or pay a visit to the nearby banana trees. It is pretty click intensive though and more monotonous than PP. Hope this helps!
  24. I pretty much only use Canadian servers and this topic was the first thing I have heard about this lag :P 119 and 151 seem to be ok as well.
  25. With a cannon they're semi-afkable and well worth doing, if you haven't got money to throw around mine the remains too or else you'll lose a few hundred k gp on task since they don't really drop much. They aren't particularly accurate either and have really low defence so not really very challenging.
