I'm impressed you figured out there was an update today. I sure as hell couldn't with their new candy ass website. Guess I have to log in or some shit since all I see is "New Players Members Benefits $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$"

I can sum up this update in one word. ASSNINE. The last time they updated the website they promoted utility, convienence, and easy reading. Today, they just took all that back and replaced it with stupid flickering cartoon crap thats all dimly lit like HD. The fun part of this update is that if you go to a different computer you get to see different pictures. For instance, at work I can see a little pie chart for my quests completed in the alog but no big cartoon guy in the background. At home, I can now see the big cartoon guy in the background and no pie chart. I don't see any "?" for broken images either...

Delay on the website dicking around? C'mon it's like they take the last six months of the year off. What a joke, the preview of the website looks like the same stupid ass thing we have now. We all deserve a 50% discount in membership fees. I am growing tired of funding their beer bash/runefest thing along with 6 months vacation each year. Also, I am kinda surprised about the reaction here to removal of high scores from ftp. Everybody, [bleep]es about how the game was ruined with skill capes and nobody plays the game for fun or community anymore. Personally, I think they should remove all high scores. It will be the best thing to happen to runescape. Just think, it will help all the nutters with their inane goals of 200mil xp in every friggen thing get on with their life. Imagine a runescape as a fun place, not the place where you piss your life down the drain to be #1.

It's broken ass content that comes of looking like a cheap imitation of WOW. I'd flush that, dominion tower, mobilizing armies, summoning, and the broken ass "games played system" for castle wars vets all down the toilet if I was in charge of runescape content.

It's not that fun. Huge waste of resources and the rewards are worthless as usual. At least the quest they just released was decent. They need to do more of that and less of WOWscape.

They always advertise the clowns and not the good players. Like that guy that made all the stupid videos that weren't even funny. (Can't remember his name, Mod Mark loved him and invited him to jagex and filmed the whole thing). This clown in particular had a tantrum like 6 months ago on HLF and quit. He paid a whole bunch of noobs to trump up his leaving on RSOF to boot. Lol, Jagex must have given him some stuff. (Since he did the emo dump of his bank.)

Dull. While Runescape needs a way to go back and replay quests, just reliving the last 2 minutes of beating up rediculously easy monsters is zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I wonder what the completionist cape reqs for this will be.

Seriously, WTF. This is there big plan. Dick around with Barrows armours look... F'up the dragon armour. Hell, let's redesign the damn leperchauns for a 4th time.... Obviously, they can't wait to roll out Transformers at the expense of their aging cash cow.

What a stupid update... Make the frost dragons like mithril dragons... I can tell you why there aren't bots at the mithril dragons, IT ISN'T THAT PROFITABLE. You have like a chance in hell of dropping a dhelm. This won't stop any bots, maybe legitamate players, but not bots, because... THERE WERE NO BOTS JUST FRACKING GOLD FARMERS TO BEGIN WITH. What a stupid approach to fixing a problem that isn't really there. Paranoia FTW!

@Eternal Sunshine of the Botless Mind The answer to the problem is the simple, painful one. Get rid of the free trade and slowly gear the game towards untradeable end game material. But, hey 91% of runescape fools voted for this so why care. My playtime on runescape is unaffected by bots. I don't value gp or tradeable goods.

Also, we all know that somebody has to die in dungeoneering and it can't be you. So you call them a keyer. You glorify them, tell them they are special, but in the end they get less xp than you because it's their job to go in first and DIE. This thing again. When are they supposed to fix it? It's beyond stupid that you would skip the content, die 50,000 times, and be rewarded. There is absolutely no challenge, but plenty of reward for those mindless robots who click door, key, door, die, door, key, die, die, door. This why there are dungeoneering bots.

I'm 100% sure that you can hit higher than 406 with a Crapier. Unless it's faster than Crapier, then I'm not seeing what you are getting at.

Gerhard has the brain of a flea. Why the hell would the console makers offer up boxes of runescape on a CD with pretty manuals at your local video game store for free? They make a cut off all game sales which is why all the games are marked up 20% compared to the computer version. If I was a console maker I would be worried about why my quality sucks compared to 10 years ago. I would also worry why I can't compete cost and performace wise with graphic cards for computers. So says me, an ex-console player of the 80s and 90s when the consoles were cheaper and the games looked nicer. This is a non-story and consoles are dead because microsoft killed them.

Nice update. I'll have to play more. At least they got stats that match the levels for the armour this time.

He will probably be at Runefest. I wouldn't panic until you read about him leaving the company.

I don't think you can post links on general RSOF forums. Thats probably why he was demodded, because he doesn't even know the rules... lol. As for the video... YOU VOTED FOR IT DON'T CRY. (who really cares about f2p anyway.)

Seriously, you voted for it. But, hey there should be a reduction in bots in the coming weeks. All the [developmentally delayed]s are out rioting in England. Hopefully, a few won't be coming home for awhile, but I hear England has plush prison accomodations like that resort in Norway which will be the new home of the knight templar nutjob.

Disappointing. Highest reqs for a weapon and the stats come prenerfed. I guess they only like to put good stats on the RWT gear. Too bad they aren't smart enough to open up a microtransaction shop instead of letting the chinese get all the profits. Oh well, if you can get strange rocks while skilling there then it won't be a total loss. Knowing Jagex, it's probably a total loss in the name of stupidy err.. "game balance".

Well tomorrow I am going to get something cool. Tomorrow, another 2000 cheap, ftp players on youtube are going to point their thumbs down. Tomorrow, 100 morons on the RSOF are going to argue how this is real world trading and a moral blight upon the game and Jagex. Finally, everbody here is going to crack open their statistics textbooks and try understand what that all means...
