Neither is making a boss that randomly picks somebody once every combat round and insta-zaps them to death in 1 hit and spreads all their items on the floor. Thats just stupid. P.S. Jagex made Nex the way it is because you all cried about the difficulty level and solability of current bosses. You all cried about how easy they are and that a new boss was needed which requires a bunch of people, is hard, and has amazing drops. The problem is that Nex was everything that you wanted....

This is very true. The first person to get 200mil hunter did red chins day after day after day. There is a person gettting 200mil agility on 5 accounts and he already has 1.5 accounts done. All those people with 200mil in alot of skills. Some people just don't get bored doing the same thing over and over. I think alot of people do the same combat routine with certain bosses over and over and over again. Thats grinding too and it seems like everybody but me does that. I find that type of grinding the most boring. :-P I would definitely like to see more untradeable resources for all the gathering skills that can be crafting into untradeble items that will be very useful. Herblore habitat is a good example of this working.

Stick to tradeable pots. If you do untradable then you will eat the entire cost. Get that dungeoneering reward scroll that lets you retain a percentage of seconds. I did super attack, strength and defense pots plus range pots. Do small numbers at a time so you can gauge what they are going for. Also, always buy grimy herbs, you can save some serious dough for a minor inconvenience with herblore. I never did serums because there was never an option to let you mix all and they sit in your bank.

I don't go there because there is nothing to do there. Gnome cruisine was a flop.

What happens if you give a mouse a cookie? I know they like cheese... Questions like looking for "The best" way to do something annoy me. There are many answers to most questions like that, yet your guaranteed to have some know it all post some garbage all over the thread. Please don't ask for the best way to do something, ask for some ideas on how to do it, then figure out what works best for you through playing the game. You'll enjoy it more than a spreadsheet and some bs....

There is nothing wrong with 60 minute dungeons and this a pathetic attempt to disguise an advertisement for your dung rush/exploit clan as a discussion.

Different people play different levels of DIY. There are a few purists out there, ITAM on this site and another more accomplished one on Zybez (name escapes me). They won't ever trade. Some people just DIY certain things or to a certain point. If your a new player, I certainly recommend you try it. You'll learn the game better and it keeps it new when your constantly figuring out new ways to get things done. I DIY when I'm unhappy with the gp/xp & willing to sacrifice to some level the xp/hr. I have never cared for making gp in rs, so the time spent doing something I like is greater than gp production. I DIY'ed alot pre 07 pre-godwars pre-coinshare inflation fest that trashed stand alone skilling. In that bigone era you could have high ranks in skills as a DIY and be respected. Now the cheaters, misfits (stakers/pkers), nonplayers (merchants), and efficiency trolls just harass you with their sad sack way of "playing" (if you want to call it that).

Whos trollling who? Trading face to face might be dead for you, but its still kicking down the road at edgeville bank on world 18. And thats about as close as you can get to the GE without being there.
