  1. Imagine what it would've been at 40% :P. Account would have been instabanned. Jagex would have sent hitmen to kill my family.
  2. Except people are still complaining that it is too expensive, even when it is so easy to get. I just hate how no one wants to put any work into anything. I went from nothing, literally nothing, to max cash twice. I'm not saying it was easy, just you can't just expect to be lucky or to have things handed to you.
  3. Another thing I don't understand is why are people complaining about not being able to use lvl 80 gear? Most of these people are doing slayer. You don't need lvl 80 gear to slay. For the longest, Pernix was only used mainly for Nex and occasionally Arma, but people who had the armor usually only Nexed with it. I got 99 slayer using Bandos, not Torva. People really need to stop diluting themselves, and with the armor updates they don't even need lvl 80 armor. They just want the highest armor to feel good about themselves, not because it's necessary.
  4. You could probably get all three in 200 hours, considering all you need is void and about 5m to start with
  5. Right now from my observations all of the hook voyages I've gotten have been highly manageable with my current crew. I'm not concerned with buying better crew yet, but it'll come soon after. The difficulty for my voyages went way up, 6.5k single stat requirements etc. which you definitely can't get more than ~60% on with Skull crew and ship parts. And I just had to pay ~500 gunpowder for repairs because I failed a mission at 73% (which is not in the 'heavy consequences' zone), so that 60% is a pretty big risk. In other news, 80 more slate and I got myself a nice new hull ^^. One of my crew died and the ship got destroyed at 85%. Heavy consequences zone is irrelevant sometimes.
  6. ^ I'm starting to believe percentage rates mean nothing, considering I keep failing 95%+ missions and a few people I know failed 100%
  7. Do people actually attempt these? Because I figure I would just fail them so I don't bother
  8. All that effort to say "You can do it manually"? Some people might die if you ask too many questions, so they start raging.
  9. ^ Agreed. He just blue balled the entire thread.
  10. Does percentage also take into effect the outcome if there is a failure? There must be a reason why the percentage is green for anything higher than ~50%, considering those aren't good odds.
  11. So they make all these stupid changes that only hurt the community, yet they are torn over making another skill total world? Seriously?
  12. Crew dies if fail, don't know how many, shit damaged if fail but you can pay the black market guy to fix it instead of waiting. You can lose a captain.
  13. Not a positive, just it hasn't done as much bad as everyone thought it would do.
  14. You can play the minigame. You just have to wait a bit for all the content to be available. You're acting like multi-staged release of new content is somehow weird in the video games industry, and I'm not sure why. Except you can't. I can't play this for another ~3 hours because I ran out of missions. I know I can't play all the content, but I can't even play the content that is unlocked. Stop putting words in my mouth and getting people to like you for doing it. I really don't appreciate it.
  15. They can still make the armor rare, I just want to do the voyages and upgrade the port and see the storyline unfold. Making something rare only because you can't play is really lame.
  16. Otherwise people would probably grind for a week and get to the good stuff ... I really don't see the problem in that.
  17. Would have rather had a shield slot book, like mentioned above. Maybe with a right click emote that gives a thumbs up overhead or something.
  18. I don't really feel secure knowing a zoophile is working on a game meant for all ages. I can see the word "interface" twice there. They might be changing the HUD soon.
  19. Can Jagex actually take legal action against him? Someone brought that up earlier and I am not entirely sure they can.
  20. 0:32 mentions slave trade. Really interesting side story in this. We mostly saw slaves in the desert areas, but now there is an economy around trading them. I wonder if this will lead to new quests.
  21. He really doesn't deserve that, or any acknowledgement. That was the point http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poe%27s_law
  22. He really doesn't deserve that, or any acknowledgement.
  23. If there was sarcasm in my post, it's because I've been building up a grudge against the elitist/HLF crowd for a few years now. I just don't see much of a point to it, other than giving 2400+ players a break from a lot of the things you just listed and making a few of those guys the chance to compete with one another for the good training spots rather than with the rest of the community. It's probably a good idea (Or at the very least, not a bad idea), and if I don't like it, it probably has more to do with the previously mentioned spite than it does with the merits of the idea itself. So did a HLF member kill your parents or something? Just wondering why the unwarrented spite.
  24. To separate the elitists from the ones that want a community? You have my full support  I don't appreciate sarcasm. I figured two because they would be packed quickly and perhaps meant for different parts of the world, just in case one world would have crazy high ping. Also it would open up some training areas, get rid of a lot of beggars/spammers/scammers/flower game people at GE.
