Only way you'd get a world would be doing a free for all. I've not seen a free LS bandos world in ages. Its one of the simplest and most rewarding GWD bosses (3 items 22m+). At least 1 of you get 70 prayer, I'd recommend both. With just the 2 of you there's more of a chance of someone dieing which means one needs to be able to bless the other.

Personally I always use CoG without I'm toying with a mass. Taking 2 sips of magic potion along with void mace, CoG and mystic might I won 4 out of 5 kills against a 3 man team of tribrids using slayer dart. They got another man and I won half of the next 4 kills. I've done this frequently when I've had duo slayer dart mages trying to crash me (37 max vs 19 max). CoG is roughly 760gp per cast, slayer dart 400gp. Sure its nearly twice as much, but the kills are a lot quicker and you get more exp. I use about 400 (~500 with guthans) casts per hour (veracs+CoG+void mace, no prayers or potions) on average which would take about double the casts with slayer dart. Double the casts=double the kill time, double the kill times = less kills per hour, less kills per hour = less gp per hour. Isn't the whole point of maging at the DK's. Charge is once every 6 or 7 minutes and a little message will popup telling you to recast so its not as much a hassle as you might think.

........ Last time they said that it was mobilizing armies....... I'm just hoping its graphical, if its RT or mobilizing armies related I'm not going to be exactly jumping for joy. -
SirHemen gave some great advise, but for godsake don't use that spot. It was the best spot, but now its horrible. This is the one I was talking about http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWJJVxNLVig Skip to 3:55. Thats the best spot, works 10/10 times if your on your own. Has a back up spot 2/3 steps north east, which if you fail using one of the 2 other spots (seaweed and theres a pre-corner spot) is a godsend.

Opps I think I worded that wrong. When I said go with hybrids I meant you be the mage in a team with hybrids. That way the hybrid(s) will take care of prime.

http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=dagannoth_kings.htm There's a youtube video of the best lure on this forums somewhere, but its hiding from me at the moment. IMO go with hybrids your first 2 or 3 trips. It avoids having to tele if you get prime on you, dying without anyone to bless as well as letting someone come with you to teach you. After that you can slip inside on a LS world then hop inside (dangerous if you manage to hop to a world with a noob inside which happened to me on Saturday, luckily he blessed). CoG>slayer dart. Far faster kills which is more exp per hour, more kills per hour and therefore more gp per hour. Your stats are fine, bunyip or fruit bat (bunyip would be easier on your first trip, but fruit bat is better in the long run) as you shouldn' t need more then bunyip/fruitbat and guthans. O and if you want motivation last full trip 2 zerkers and 1 warrior (3 hours), last trip (1 hour) 1 d axe and 200k in various items.

2 screens for RS? Without your boss hunting or something click intensive tabs are your best friend. The g5 is massive overkill for RS, trust me I own one. Best thing would be a gaming pad (keyboard, not console like controller).

Penguin points, cirus, quest rewards and wildy course. I did upto 65 with penguins, circus, wildy and the odd quest reward then 65 to 70 using WGS rewards (3 points then 2 laps of wildy course if I remember rightly).

Wow more posts then I was expecting which is great. The bacon one is a bit nasty as I've seen a lot turkey, chicken and beef bacon in Muslim countries. The results are a lot better then I was expecting but the few which are wrong are still amusing me. If only you could do a full 10 question general knowledge poll using the forum polls.

I ticker in a few at a time, but I don't really prefer one of the other, its more of a case which is best for the job. I enjoy the openness and yet the ease of php, the speedy and quick coding of vb.net and then there's my pet hate/love C++. Every 3 steps forward I go 1 back, but I love the idea of making something large scale with C++.

TD's would be more fun IMO. I've killed over 45 of them and they still feel fresh, in truth it feels like I've killed 10. Only 200 left until I can moan about not getting a drop (in truth all the blue charms are amazing to see build up in the bank).

I'm not sure if this has been posted if it has please delete this topic. [hide=answer the questions first]LONDON, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- A survey of British youngsters suggests 26 percent of the country's under-16 population erroneously believe bacon comes from sheep. The survey of 800 children and adults, conducted for the Home Grown Cereals Authority and the National Farmers' Union, also suggests 29 percent of youngsters believe oats grow on trees and 17 percent of both children and adults are under the false impression that eggs are a necessary ingredient in bread, the Daily Mail reported Thursday. "Everyone should know where primary foods like cereals are grown and the role they play as part of a healthy, balanced diet," said Peter Kendall, president of the National Farmers' Union. "More than half the food consumed in the U.K. is produced on British farms, yet the public, and especially young people, are unable to make this connection."[/hide] Call me crazy but if you don't know where something comes from then I don't think you should really be eating it. I don't know whether its the fact I've been brought up near farms or the fact I'm a fussy eater, but I find the results of the survey extremely worrying. I mean one of the most commonly eaten cuts of meat and people don't know the animal it comes from. I'm also curious on the results tip.it gets too as I'm sure it can't be as bad as the results in the article. Anyone else worried by the results?

Nope. You only get exp from adding the final product for a potion. Of course some higher level potions use others as bases (extremes, etc)

I'm guessing its to avoid a million and one "Can someone compile me x program", "Can someone compile x to work on a Mac", "Can someone compile x to work on a PSP", etc. -
Nope you only need the helm, gloves, top and bottoms. The mace is a unique item and can be used on its own (in fact is great for most maging situations)
-
IT doesn't work like that. iPod's will only allow you to move music back and forth using iTunes or an alternative. The only other way of doing it is to install ftp software on the iPod itself. Where did the music come from? If its all from iTunes it should allow you to re-download them all again for free.

Sounds like an RC'ing revision on one hand on the other hand it could just be the new random event. -
Tank maging avis is one option. I've used it at rock lobsters and its only slightly worse then ahrims. In truth get the void mace first as its a lot more useful.
-
You did something which could/would get you banned all the time knowing getting you banned would result in temp/perm loss of your account. Moral of this, don't do something which can get you banned. Now if you had made 5m in the time you'd been banned I'm sure you would not be complaining. Just roll with the punches.
-
Either meet the competition and beat them or hop. I always take extra precautions if I'm doing something which can be competitive. I take a few mage pots to the DK's (funny as hell when 2 magers fail to beat you to a kill) and rock lobsters, a few air strikes to single combat monsters and make sure I have enough prayer for piety in multi combat situations. Competition is part of the game and if they can't take the competition then they will generally step down. Nothing like being quicker then the other guy/girl.

Nope, they heal over time and the phoenix can be restored using the scrolls, but apart from that no.
