Pretty much, the only time you should get charged is when your not on wifi.

If you phone can connect and use the Wifi it should auto switch over to only using said Wifi. However if your on Wifi start downloading something then walk out of the range I'd guess its chargeable.

If your phone is set to use wifi and its connected via wifi, then it should be free. I've got an unlocked iphone on Orange Pay as You go and I've never been charged for internet usage as there is 9/10 somones wifi you can borrow.

arma is negative melee and karils instantly degrades should you die. Void is far better then arma from a melee point of view. -13 vs +10%. Ranging wise, my range sucks, but I did notice its slightly quicker then black hide. The bandos is for melee only (duo or trio) and since you'll be taking more damage from melee higher melee defense is better. Sure its bad magic defense, but higher hits=faster kills and you're protecting magic more then melee/range (both bandos is superior in defensive stats)

I'd love to join in. Dragon gauntlets give negative magic attack and since your maging its silly. Combat bracelet/RfD black gloves or higher. Make sure you always put your spell back onto auto cast before every kill. Its one of the most common mistakes and is one of the most deadly. Glory is better since your using guthans (massive magic negative) and once you learn the lure(s) you'll never use much prayer at all. I just stocked up on DK's gear today so if you want to duo with me tomorrow (I'll try and get on about 6pm GMT+0) 'd be happy to show you the lure locations and help you out. flames of zamarok don't use deaths...

South Park is hit and miss, but when you get a good episode you'll never forget it. Family guy and America Day are ok, but they repeat the same gags over and over and over. Half the them are seen in one shape or another on both programs which kills the edge. Futurama is great, but the lack of episodes means you've likely seen each one half a dozen times. Simpsons is interesting and strangely has vanished on a lot of channels.

People use sounds outside of TD's? Seriously though its faster the closer you are to the bank, doing it elsewhere is silly especially if your doing bank skills (fletching, alching, crafting, etc) while you wait for the bar to fill.

I wouldn't get a new gpu alone. It sounds like theres a chance its your psu which is causing the trouble, so I would get a new psu before you get a new gpu.

I've never played WoW, but have you checked to see if there are any keyboard configuration options in the in game options? You can change the keybinds using the registry or other programs but you'd always have to be switching the settings.

I've yet to find a worthy use for ramdisk though. Only programs which will work are portable and hence low requirements anyway. Any files well they would change so often and commonly it would be a pointless exercise.

I'm all for the mute its the police call after the mute thats the trouble. The mute adds fuel to the fire with the police being more fuel, if Jagex truly believe they are going to kill themselves yes ring the police. However by muting then calling the police its like egging the person on. O your having a bad time, lets make it a little worse before we check if your ok. You make sure the person is fine before you do anything which may make the situation worse. Its like watching someone stood at the edge of a building and giving them words of encouragement to jump then calling the police after you've encouraged them.

I find this very disturbing. Player says suicide related message Jagex replies by muting them, causing the player to get more frustrated. Player tries to relax. Police knock on the door. IMO that's extremely bad. Think of it this way. I have had a **** day, I play RS get a little frustrated for whatever reason and type something silly. Something like "[curse words] I could just die right now and be happy". I get muted which makes me more frustrated. So I decided I'll go for a walk, the pub or a bath. I just start to get relaxed. If I'm in the bath and don't hear the door, I'm naked with police officers in my house and no door lock. Or I get back to find my front doors lock broken, a police search out for me and the possibility some kids have looted my house. Now I feel I can't relax, can't sleep in my house and I'm now extremely frustrated, angry and annoyed. Which of those events is more likely going to make someone really hurt themselves? Companies and the police are hyperactive at the moment about comments online. There's a large line between saying something and doing something.

If you know how ram works you'll know that what your asking is silly. Ram is short term memory, when every an application is opened it runs in ram. Ram is wiped every time you power off your PC. By putting the game files onto the ram you would essentially have to download the entire game every time you want to play it. Your harddrive is the long term memory, when the power is off it keeps the data. Its slower then ram by a long way, but its semi-permanent data. When you load the game for the first time all the files go to the harddrive, the files needed at the time are then loaded into the ram (same happens each time you load the same) which is used until you close the window.

Bull ant is underrated its a good alternative to terrorbird and essential if you 40> and <52 summoning for the mole. For the cape ardy or god cloak is better as they are 2+ to 6+/3+ prayer. The best tip can give you is emerald (e) bolts. Buy 50 of them (they'll last a long time if you pick them up) and use a rune cbow to start. Once the animation kicks in (green puff of smoke) switch to melee. Its faster poisoning, hits more often and you can see when its poisoned straight away to avoid missing attack turns. Using this d hally is far superior to DDS. Only use the specs when the mole is less then half hp as its a guaranteed 2 attacks (they can still be 0 0, but its better to get 2 hits as opposed to 1). Take an extra pouch as the mole hits hard on bull ant and terror bird. Reduce the number of prayer pots to 5 or less and use house tele -> altar -> portal to fally. It saves a lot of gp in the long run (the mole takes a long time to spawn).

T birds are great for questing, penguins and my personal favorite cheap space. For example if I'm going to KQ (not worth it at all, but still fun) or maging DK's you lose 1 inventory space due to rope/axe (and shanty pass in the case of KQ). So I put 3 items in the bird (1 to replace the rope/axe, 1 to replace the scrolls and 1 to replace the pouch I summon the moment I kill the t bird), take some scrolls in the inventory and fill the rest up with supplies. Not only does your primary familiar last longer, but you don't have to walk at all and you get 1 extra item.

I guessed as much as the full lootshare list its the other drops I'm really interested. So so far granite mauls is the lowest slayer drop anyone's noticed. I think this might be slightly interesting so I'll update the first post with confirmed items. Thanks for the 2 posters above, nice to have feedback.

Doesn't/Wouldn't this make the remote view option on familiars even more useless?

At first I thought it was anything which gets lootshared however I'm pretty sure I've seen mauls and a few other none ls drops in the log. Does anyone have a list (however full) as I can't find one anywhere? I mentioned waterbirth as a lot of pures will give a burster/barrager x amount of gp/hour as a reward as well as holding extra prayer potions. It seems everytime I was in burstinglobs there was a pure either getting help or asking for help.

Making it harder to get makes it more attractive. People like what they have to work for which is why people take pride in the harder skill capes. About 4 months ago I never bothered looking into the idea of getting over 250 qp let alone the quest cape, but as the rewards get better and the cape more respectable I'm beginning to long for it. The quest cape is being more of an achievement cape like it should always have been.

I'd much rather they perfected skills then added new ones. Say they now added a brand new skill with the same content as hunter had on its release with the same amount of impact on other skills. Within a few weeks people would get bored and forget about it and carry on doing whatever they normally do. Add extra features, content and enhancements to something exsisting and it changes the whole game in a small but noticeable way. Summoning is a lot more popular as is using prayer (even before adding curses) more often all due to quick buttons and added options. Agility is becoming so useful I feel a fool for never leveling it past 70. The weather conditions in the UK have made it unfit to work for the first few weeks of the for most of the country. The fact that there wasn't any massive bugs with the last 2 updates shows that they've been working damn hard.

Lets just say I try not to get too drunk as there's some very incriminating videos on people phones and memories.

Whip is the most commonly used weapon in the game in general. To colour guthan's spear, zammy spear or dragon spear (the weapons commonly used in BA last time I went there) would be pointless as not many people would bother and even fewer would use it enough to "show it off". If they had picked any other weapon apart from whip people would complain and get whip added to the options.
