If you have a combat familiar the moment it attacks the attention comes onto you. That means either a high hitting range attack or a mage/melee attack. Either way you'll take some damage which could have been avoided. Its like taking a titan to bandos or sara sure its nice for healing, but you can easily end up taking more damage from its offensive side then the extra healing you get over a bunyip.

I've never had trouble getting into a 120+ team on RSOF with full veracs + SGS. The only teams which require AGS/ZGS are the 130+ teams or 3 man teams. Use full veracs then any GS to spec. In truth as long as you have 2 people (due to her defence the specs will miss enough) per team with ZGS you don't spend much, if any, time running. Veracs hits a lot better (with my stats atleast I can't vouch for yours) then a GS, as she has extremely high defence and you tend to hit the rare 40 with a GS, but frequent 30's with full veracs. I use full veracs, zammy cloak, fury, dragon boots, barrows gloves and either ring of life or zerker. I use SGS for specing the mini's and getting KC. For the inventory SGS, teletabs, uni scrolls, 4/5 uni pouches, 4 - super restores, sara brews, super attacks, super strengths and the rest sharks (in truth I've been using pies for the KC). With a 4+ man team I can piety the whole kill (with protect item) and never run out of prayer from the altar. SGS and unicorn keeps me healed (I very really use the whole uni bar). I use the brews and supers when I hit 5 or so off my base and the brews make for an emergency food source. Its very easy to live off the uni and SGS alone, but the a lot of the drops are food ones with if you all share allow you to last as long as you want (she drops all the supplies I listed excluding uni pouches and scrolls).

Every few thousand years there's a period of enlightenment (so to speak) where by technology advances to extreme levels. This lasts for a few hundred years then it gets completely lost. We've had that for about 400 years which leaves us only a few more hundred until we wipe ourselves out or nature does. Harralander tars are pretty damn fast and they are extremely lazy, which is why they cost a bit more then other methods. Remember you do 26 at a time, only click once and only have to clean the harralander at the most. Personally I do it with all the harralanders I get from MTK (100+ per 5 days). This is the trouble with monitors, 2 monitors from the same manufacture can look slightly different display wise when set to the exact same settings. I have 2 dell monitors right now which look idential, but one displays slightly brighter then the other. Without there the exact same model there will always be a slight tint to one of the screens. mmm I think your a little confused. The best method for AZ's is to use only piety (rapid heal if your low defense) with a decent prayer bonus (10+), tank the hits and let bunyip heal you. You use next to no food (for emergencies) and only need to bank when you run out of bunyip pouches. Protect melee is worthless as you have to recharge prayer a lot more and there are ranger ones so you would have to keep switching prayers as well as healing the first hit they do anyway. Bunyip is about 2.1k for 360 hp (8*45) which is about as cheap as you can possibly get on gp/hp ratio.
