I have nothing against America, its the leader of the country who i dislike. I consider America to be as much of a threat to world peace as I consider Russia, largely due to Bush. It is partly that reason that I consider America as dangerous as almost anyone else. If America chooses to attack Iran or Syria, chances are Russia and perhaps even China will support Iran. If that happens, Kim Jong Il will probably side with China against Israel. On the other side much of western Europe along with Japan, Australia and New Zealand will support America and it is there that we have a global war. This is all speculation but it is far from impossible and given that it all hinges on America's decisions to get involved, I consider Americas choices the most important and therefore dangerous of the lot. It is only that kind of scenario that would unite N. Korea and China. Therefore I think it's crucial that America does not directly involve her forces, but I don't have much faith in Mr Bush

I think its high time the american nation realises she is no longer the worlds super power. China has far more influence over this sort of thing. If America doesn't like the Korean issue, she might impose trade sanctions or whatever, to which the North Koreans will effectively raise 2 fingers. However if China decides that Kim Jong Il has had his fun and want to make him stop, he will have no choice. Economic Sanctions from China would devastate North Korea. basically if america decide to work with china on this sort of thing, i will sleep happier and safer at night.

the fact that britain currently has a low pressure weather system over it and has had for the last 2 years means that the south east has a hosepipe ban. That doesnt mean we need to go to war for water. there is so much water its unbelievable. britain is surrounded by water and has some of the lushest most well watered forests in europe. water is not scarce here

:shame: actually its been worked out that a total meltdown of all the ice at both poles would result in a global increase of sea levels of something quite small like 25-30 feet or something. So while alot of major cities eg London, and some countries (sorry Netherlands) will be swamped, many people would survive.
