  1. It's good to get feedback, so thanks for that. I'll reply to the ones directed at me, or with questions. :) Thanks for the positive feedback, the whole team has worked hard on this issue. :^_^: (Glad you enjoyed the article I wrote, it was also one of the most fun to write - and find old screenshots for.) Were you disappointed in the questions, or the answers? As mentioned in the beginning, almost all the questions about possible future updates, plans or possibilities were not answered, as they would not be able to give a proper answer anyway. Most of the questions were compiled by the questions that you users wanted to know the answers to. Of course, we had hoped for some more revealing information like we have received in the past, but we can't be as lucky every time.

Thanks to the Clan Chronicle staff, JaGex, and everyone who helped out. On behalf of The Clan Chronicle, Laikrob
  3. Thanks, and sadly no. :( Ordering a new power supply this weekend, but still running my 8-year old computer that can't run multiple programs simultaneously unless I'm extremely lucky. Warranty, you ask? Missed it by months. RAGE! :wall:
  4. Sick & bored. What to do, what to dooooo?
  5. Just to remind you all; see this TWR topic about daylight saving dates. Laikrob, Clan Staff
  6. Hi all, I have removed some of the personal comments and attacks, and tried to leave the relevant bits. In the future, please just report and ignore, and let the Staff deal with the posts and accounts that clearly break the rules. Replying will only make you look bad, and can even cause problems for you and your forum account if you take it to far. Thanks for understanding. :) Laikrob, Tip.It Administrator.
  7. Yes, but there are actually quite few of those. There is a wide variety of active and inactive planning forums, and some more or less active private forums, in addition to staff forums, TET forums, archives and more.
  8. Why am I up late again?

  9. One fast year indeed... Well done and happy 1st! :^_^:
  10. You don't get more replica rocks (Marius keeps them), but you can still complete the statue weekly for exp. Source: Legend777 from The Slayers Guild.
  11. G'day matesse! <3

How's life in opposite land? :) Care to trade weather?

  12. Gunnar's Ground was a quest, even though it didn't give quest points for those of us who had done Romeo and Juliet.
  13. I can live with that.

They can be expected when we get them from JaGex and we get them published. And they are probably filled with vague answers like that. :P (But seriously, we'll get them out within a few days after we get them, hopefully.)

  14. Questions collected, compiled and some are slightly rewritten. :) Thanks all!
  15. Hiya :) How's you?

  16. And I have traveled and visited friends in several Islamic countries and have never been forced to or even expected to wear one. Sorry, but "I have seen videos" isn't really a viable source in debates like these. Sure, I am subjective, but at least I have spoken to and had interaction with several women who wears veils/scarves/niqabs, are sister wives and practice several of those traditions that many chalk up to religion a bit too fast. I am not saying it's all sunshine, but the view that muslim women are weak and muslim men treat women like their property is a western stereotype which is very generalising at best. Muslims make up for the majority in countries all over the world, many of these countries are peaceful with great education systems and human rights - including woman's rights. (To the person who brought up the episode of the woman who scratched a police officer because he forced her to remove the veil... Well, if just about any woman was forced by a male police officer to show a part of their body that they preferred to keep hidden to males, they would panic - especially if they didn't fully comprehend the situation. Yes, her reaction was definitely over the line, but then again you see guys hitting, spitting at and kicking police officers daily as a reaction to what they feel is unfair treatment. Just saying that if you put it in perspective it had a very unfortunate outcome for the police officer, but the actions were not worse than what you could compare it with.)
  17. Most women wears this by choice, and not just for religious reasons (which is why comparing it with religious symbols is incorrect), but because of tradition. It is a harmless tradition as long as it is volunteer, and the women I have spoken to who wears niqabs are proud of their veils - and women who "just" wear scarves are wondering what will be next. I have traveled a lot and lived with families where both niqabs and scarves were common, and at no time was it expected of me to cover my head or face - except of course if visiting holy buildings or places. I don't buy the tourist argument, and while I agree that having your face covered on an ID or forcing or pressuring someone to into wearing anything to covering their face or even their head should be punishable, those are separate issues and do not warrant a downright ban. I worry about the consequences this will get for the rest of Europe, and fear that it will increase the unjust hatred that already is being expressed more and more openly towards muslims.
  18. Will get it tomorrow! Anything distracting for bus/train rides back and forth to work =
  19. Really sorry to see one of the true Tip.It clans go, but you survived for a long time. A lot of people got a good start in PKM, and you should be proud of what you have accomplished. RIP.
  20. Thanks for the questions so far, please keep them coming. I will compile them on Sunday, so you still have a few days to think up a few. A few more clan related ones would be good aswell.
  21. http://forum.tip.it/topic/277031-15-sep-10-z-buffering/ Sorry, Toad is always first somehow. Laikrob, Tip.It Administrator.
  22. If it helps, Val... I have been there roughly 10 times this week, and Jad got me everytime. I've got him as far as to a third or fourth HP left, and then BAM! deaded. (And I go to GWD, TD's and more without problems.) I feel your pain. :wall:
  23. Hi all, We have the possibility to ask Jagex a few questions, and once again we have thought about doing a clan themed Q & A. Then we could hog all the questions, OR we could let you suggest some of them... Feel free to post some general RS questions too, but keep in mind that we will try to have at least 50% clan and warring related questions. Please post your questions here, and we will use as many of them as possible. :^_^: Laikrob, Tip.It Clan Staff
