I always use Ankous (lvl 75) for dharoking, because they don't hit too high, they have a max hit of 8,according to monster examine guide made by Jard Y Dooku :) . But the biggest reason why I personally use them for training is their drops - lots of bloods, deaths, pure ess (noted) and mithril ores too (noted). And lvl3 clues. They have 60 hp, so you'll have a chance to 1 hit them. Just take your super set with you, so you don't get hit too often. I'm not sure about the xp/hour there. And they have one big con: they tend to be VERY crowded, so you'll end up most likely hopping servers a lot. E: Oh, and you don't need pray pots there, just grab some pineapple pizzas(awesome food for dharoking, heals 11/half) with you and keep your hp at about 20 or so.

I'd rather be the richest. Why? Being the richest player in game I could just buy my way to lvl 99 in many skills, and that would be cooler imo, than just having those levels straight away :-w . And with that money, I could also buy lots of cool items :) And donate some of the money to my friends, so they could also get high levels and cool stuff!

If you're p2p, I would recommend using the caged ogres at king Lathas camp and some cheap arrows(iron or bronze) and not pick them up. The equipment that you would be wearing would be full red d'hide, archer helm, snakeskin boots, Ava's accumulator, msb and glory amulet. That would give you a decent range attack bonus with decent cost. And if you're f2p(as you seem to be according to your stats) I would recommend the hobgoblins near crafting guild. Same thing here as with caged ogres, no arrows back, so use iron or bronze arrows if you don't feel like using much money on ranged. Another place to train, which I used back when I was training my range up to 70, is lessers in Karamja. Though I don't recommend them as they're really crowded and a bit tricky to safespot. The equipment in fp2 would be full green d'hide, maple shortbow and coif.

I have accounts here and on RSC, where I mainly just download loads and loads of PK videos :twisted: . I also sometimes use one Finnish RS fansite forum, but mainly I use these forums for reading general discussion, guides, blogs etc. Though I rarely post on any of these forums.

That's strange about the worlds... Although I'm doing barrows at world 99 atm, happy about the new prayers which seem to be rewards from the new quest (no, I haven't done the quest yet :lol: , you can see them from your prayer book). The prayers look awesome! Lvl 60 pray, Chivalry, that requires also 55 def + the new quest, and it boosts your defence 20%, strenght 18% and attack 15% and the Piety, lvl 70 pray that requires also 70 def+ that new quest and boosts your defence by 25%, strength by 23% and attack by 20%! That's something I would call a quest reward :thumbsup:

I agree with this. Although I'm p2p, I remember what it was like to be f2p with a full bank account, they should seriously add more space for it.

Looks like we have an awesome month ahead of us, dragon arrows & darts and a new bow... Hmm... I suddenly have this urge to start training my ranged again :P

Ikraz is right about the oaks. I trained my wc from 60 to 63 with oaks (helping my bro to get his construction up to 64) and I got like 15 birdsnests or something close to that. But when I trained on willows before that, I got very few nests, same with yews. So I guess the drop rate of b nests depends on trees...

It's missing from the picture, I checked that one too. It should be east from number 13. And another thing: guthans warspear is more like 6m, not 3,9m(perhaps that's just a misclick :) ), at least I sold mine for 6,1m.

I think that the game itself isn't that much easier than it was before, though combat training IS easier, but the rest of the skills and making money, hasn't really changed. I think the main reason why people have those remarkable items and really high levels, is that people are more and more devoted to the game, they play more efficiently and spend more time with the game, thus gaining levels faster and making more and more money (if making money is what they're aiming at).

Great helm indeed, but there's one thing that bugs me: as it is a quest reward, is it untradeable? And if so,it's yet another PKing item that your opponent won't get from you(since PKers will most likely use a helm that good) :roll:

A great idea! It's really frustrating to trade in such world as world 2, where you have to keep your public on HIDE, and you can't see what the other player is saying... This would really fix that. (oh, and I support :thumbsup: )

Currently I use glory, but I've had fury int he past. In my opinion, fury is WAY too valuable(when bought from other players) compared to the stats bonuses that it gives. However, when you buy the onyx from the store, the prize will be more reasonalbe, and the fury is then worth keeping it.

When you examine red chinchompas: "Fluffy and cute; probably deadly" makes me rofl irl everytime :D
