Shade, there are sculptors who have spent months on pieces that could potentially be done in days or weeks, and painters who can spend 45 minutes and create some very well known paintings. The point is that the time you spend is not relevant, it's the finished work that matters.

Seems like you just stuck a render in, used every filter and effect known to man, blend tool'ed and added some strange lighting. Doesn't work in harmony. D:

Ok, well here's a dream I had last year. I still remember it. It's really strange. So, me and two friends (I won't mention their names) were flying in a jet (belonging to the taller of the two friends) when a giant dinosaur lady (who's flying) attacks us. I somehow know that she wants here baby, but we can't communicate, so she continues to throw trash at the plane. My dream view kinda' changes and I can see the teeny little dinosaur on our plane walking just behind us (we can't actually see it). One of my friends jumps from the plane, falls a long way into the ocean, unharmed. Me and my other friend go to the airport, run out of the plane and head to his apartment (which is for some reason next door) and hide in the closet (all the while the baby dinosaur is right at our feet). After a short time we get out of the closet for some reason and go outside, where the dinosaur lady starts shooting rubbish at us. At this point for some reason, my friend who fell into the ocean is with us again, and we hide amongst the "garden". That's all I remember. Best and most elaborate dream I've ever had. :D Since when do apartments have gardens, I know. I don't understand this dream either. ;P

Haha, I ran a 15km race on Wednesday, representing my regional area and I screwed up my ankles pretty bad today skating. Moral of the story. Never skate with lactic acid for legs. :D

I go to a Steiner school. Let's be friends. My parents are well off too, however they are wise enough to know that buying everything your child desires is a bad idea. Even my parents only spend money on things I need or am commited to, and they're pretty lenient. :?

It's not a competition. I've seen pieces that are awesome, yet the techniques involved are far below the skill level of many older and better artists. Awesome is an opinion.

You may think they are primitive, but at least their jails actually make those psychopaths think more than twice about renewing their crime once they get out of jail. I don't think it's fair for a parent to pass judgement on someone who mistreated their child, and who they don't even know. It's for someone unrelated to the incident (and qualified) to decide what should happen to a criminal. Just because some people in the world starve doesn't mean that criminals should starve. For someone who is a moderator, you seem to be lacking heathly compassion. A lot of people seem to spare forgiveness for criminals, but when it comes to sexual offenders they turn into monsters themselves. D: How is listening to music, reading books, playing games and watching television outweighing the fact that they are in jail. People in jail are surrounded by dangerous people who could decide to endanger their lives at any time, they have little or no contact with the outside world or those they love and every move they make is scrutinised by government employed staff, and the list goes on. Seriously, have some [cabbagin'] compassion. They are real people y'know.

@ Destro Copying is ripping if you copy pa, unless you do it differently. Which you haven't. Observe. Also, we can't really continue this contest, since no-one can win when a handful of people vote. You can't win with two votes. Especially when only three people vote.

I'd just like to say that without the things in society that make English much easier, getting full understand of the language would be more challenging. Also, words would be far more confusing. Example. A word could turn from: close (proximity) to close (as in shut) to clothes to cloves etc. Hard when you're trying to learn words without complete grasp of the language. English is everywhere so you pick it up much faster.
