  1. Halo 1 and 2 Terranigma Rolling I don't play that many games.
  2. Comebacks are all about timing and correct delivery. Take for example "I know you are, but what am I?" You have to time the words correctly for the full affect and to seem really audacious. Hold after the first phrase, then with a sharp "B" sound continue the second phrase. Almost all comebacks can be used affectively. Even "Your Mom!". The voice you use, and how you express you emotion during the comeback is crucial. You don't want to sound rude, but condescending. Never act aggressively when making a potentially offensive comeback, always act provocative, but stay relaxed. I would have to say the worst are the ones with poor delivery. It doesn't matter how witty your comeback is, without correct delivery it shan't be recieved well. The best comebacks would have to be "All the way to the bank", and "Like a fox", especially when used out of context.
  3. Dude, If he gets elected you'll find it out, if not then it doesn't affect anything. That'd be a huge waste of an opportunity.
  4. Howsabout? -Stay away from the plane wreckage -Avoid those who call themselves others -If you some on the island is called Kate, don't forget to SIIHB Sorry, I don't actually watch that show @_@ Seriously though, this whole trapped on an island thing needs to die for a little while. As for rules, stick to the basics but add in some clever and mildy humourous ones without being too silly. Hopefully your teacher will enjoy them, without finding them too wacky. I mean it's really up to you. I can't think of any that you would actually use, or haven't thought of. Howsabout a tolerance law, for weir.. Different people. Edit: Don't cycle between Personal pronouns and pronouns.
  5. T-Roach, I don't focus on strength and body fat, rather then muscle mass. Keep in mind I'm only fourteen, my body and muscles inparticular are still developing, so it would be unfair to expect much more, unless I were to actually train with abdominal muscle size and stuff in mind. I suppose mine would me what you would refer to as a natural six-pack, solely developed from lots of exercise and good health, not training. Granted yours would have been stronger, larger and more defined, that's cool, except when they get really bulgy, which personally I find icky. Especially when they all bunch up. D: I don't think it's nice to have really big muscles when you don't actually require them. Then again, I bet you think the opposite for the most part. @_@ Ohwells, let this thread creator get some definition. Haha. I hope I don't sound too elitist D:
  6. To be honest, you sort of fit the bill for ADHD. @_@
  7. Haha Bubsa. ;P I think I'd go with someone a little more interesting. I'd probably question someone like Stephen Hawking, he's insanely intelligent, but, as proved in his books, is capable of coversing in language that normal members of society can comprehend. @_@ I'd ask him to explain everything he finds interesting, or relevant to one's knowledge or wisdom. He was beaten by a gang at the age of twelve.
  8. Really D: Seriously, which torso is uglier: Mine. Or, His. Discuss. Seriously though, don't get abs just for the sake of having them. I know plenty of people who've worked out for a month, get abs, then lose them by the next month. Mine don't really matter to me. I've only gotten muscle definition through biking, blading, capoeira and gymnastics (though my abdominals aren't very defined). I won't be very phased if I wake up tomorrow and they aren't there. (I don't know the correct syntax and tense to use when expressing hypothetical personal future events) D: If you're just out to impress the ladies, or the guys, maybe find a better, less superficial reason for getting abs.
  9. Dude, you really need to refine your sketch before you start painting. The lips are too asymmetrical. You should learn to draw noses, just because it's a very important skill, especially with portraits. Noses are very personal and expressive.
  10. This? I think you should go with a better reference, and one that's easier to emulate. This is a good example of simple, yet pretty and detailed clouds. By Pawige:
  11. Ter, the water tiling is killing me. When I scroll, it's like death D: Why don't you add a splash tile or something. It is raining there.
  12. Could you elaborate? Scary as in Frightening is not the look I was intending, but scary, as in weird, unusual, freakish is the look I was intending. ;P
  13. Terley's hand? ;P
  14. The year. Doofus. ;P I wans to see some updates!
  15. Neither can I, haha. ;P Just thought I should mention that I just thought about this revolving restaurant I went to in Hawaii some years back, for no apparent reason. Weird.
  16. Not literally, observation would clear that up easily, unless you're lacking eyes ;P I always take mine relatively seriously, observe below. @_@ Edit: Uploaded some stuff, everything save the blue and yellow hand is over a year old. All done in about five minutes. Tripsis, you enjoy groovy blending stuff? The thumb was done a week prior. Lol. Sorry for hijacking D: Just felt like the opportune time to post this. ;P
  17. We should so create a thread where everyone can post their schooltime sketches. I like the art, but I can't really see what direction you're going in. @_@
  18. I don't want to give him anime eyes, nevermind. I call it something else. I just thought his features resembled all those weird anime people.
  19. Get to work refining the frames and snake movement. Like Terley said, this could be amazing. Keep the square eyes when you colour. ;P
  20. Lineart by Delgneith. Inspired by David Stoner. Work In Progress. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y227/b ... ehl337.png Crits, comments etc. please.
  21. I totally agree with your first statement ;P I was glad to finally get some feedback ;D I agree about her hands and arms, I think that her right arm requires a whole redo, I would appreciate and edit from anyone who thinks they could improve, because I have tried and failed ;P I'll be fixing the dress, I only spent a minute on it before I posted ;P Also, the bg will be transparent.
  22. I beg to differ Mistubishi. Though most people here would prefer 1x, 2x is more readable, and imo, nicer to look at. Go play any good snes rpg to see what I mean. Ter, why are you using the tileset for the bg? Why not put some pretty cliffs, mountains, or some kind of structure/landspace there instead. It would help resolve a lot of the issues that come with tile use. I think you should put some highlights on the protagonist. Making him slightly larger couldn't hurt either.
  23. Sorry man, but, Aesthetics > Style. If in the next updates it seems to work, cool. If not, make them smaller please.
