  1. They aren't living in SA, but in America. So that's a pretty weird thing you're saying there. If you like the way things are handled in SA, why don't you live there. I prefer a more civilised surrounding. These men/women have done something horrible, I won't deny that. They have been punished for it. I don't see why we can't 'forgive' them, give 'm another chance and help them getting back in society. Where they can do something else than 'sit there doing nothing'. What's the point of jail anyway, if you give them an extra punishment like this when they get out. But I'm out of this topic, I've seen some truely sickening replies. And I don't think it's got a point in talking to you people, as you won't see anything else than your own emotions. [edit] <--- I realize that is a bad attitude, but I just don't feel like putting all that time and energy in it. Entirely agreed. It's unfair to claim they will reoffend when you are unwilling to let them assimilate into society. NOT ALL THE OFFENCES WERE AGAINST CHILDREN. The offenders were sexual predators, not paedophiles. They didn't discriminate against age. Also, to those people here who hate paedophiles more than murderers, I think it's fair to say that you would rather be raped as a young child than be killed, or have a member of your family killed. Think with you heads people. D:
  2. I had a $600 pair of skates taken, whilst I was in the midst of drinking some water. Stupid Guidos who hang out at skateparks. :(
  3. Well, um, the question is flawed. The treadmill might theoretically be able to match the plane's speed with its belt, but the problem is that you don't travel whilst on a treadmill, so no speed is involved, save the wheels of the plane spinning. How about referring to counter-acting the force the plane creates with its engines? If a normal plane (no VTOLs) were to be placed on a treadmill that matched the force created by its engines, the plane would not travel so it would not takeoff. Duh. I hate this question. D:
  4. You have to understand, that you will not improve by doing things like drawing the outline and not making alterations to it once it has been made. You also rely on the outlines too heavily. Not good. D:
  5. I agree with Terley, using linework in that manner almost forces one to leave problems with it. D: Also, use Shift with the pencil tool for making straight lines.
  6. Well, one things I noticed when you were pixelling, is that your a bit loose with it. Perhaps too loose. I don't think you fully know what you're doing when you pixelling something, until it's at a certain point at least. D:
  7. Barihawk, few people are actually "bent on killing" as you put it. Most are driven temporarily by rage, fear, etc. Without guns less death and crime would occur.
  8. So many Aussies on tip.it :D Born Sydney, Australia here.
  9. Y'know green, it's only about two centimetres of a finger stretch to reach the enter key. What is with all this defending of firearms. Sure, people kill with guns, but if you'd all pay attention, you'd realise that no-one gets a gun and kills people immediately, in most circumstances, the connection has never been so simple. The situations and events happening in someone's life usually dictate whether or not they will be using a gun to kill people. Guns make it far too easy to fulfill desires. People are the culprits, yes, but guns are a tool designed for them to act out their purpose. Sorry I'm so inarticulate. Sleepiness. D:
  10. I have to agree with Mercifull, sure they committed a very serious crime, but you cannot dismiss them from society, and their rights because of that. Goddess, this has nothing to do with those who they victimised, it regards the sex offenders' living conditions, it's a bit unfair to bring up their crimes, seems a tad spiteful. Also, why do you refer to the children victims only? Would have have as much compassion for an older man sexually abused by one of these offenders? Regardless of what they have done, there should be a facility to support these people. I can only see worse things happening if they continue to live under a bridge. D: Gar.
  11. rawr overkill :D Nah C++ would work fine for that  No such things as overkill in coding :D
  12. Dude, it's an internet forum, let me interpret your opinions how I want. I've been serious enough on this thread already to express several reasons why what his neighbour did was stupid, read them before you make an outlandish comment. Let me take a stab at ye. @_@
  13. I can't think past the fact that he shares a name with Franky Morales. D:
  14. Very lucky! Car crashes can be a nightmare. Just pray if you get in a car accident that the driver you collide with is a member of the Senate . :D Happened to me before on my bike
  15. I think you're too excited at the thought of a sweaty man-brawl.
  16. :D Mexico has its own condiment related tragedy day! I'm so jealous! D:
  17. I'm not saying it's bad, it's just unfair to mislead someone into the belief that their work is better than what it actually is. You need to spend more time on the pixel, it's very messy and the technique needs improvement. There is plenty else to be said Runemetsa. :?
  18. Time is irrelevant in art. There are sculptors who takes years to create their best pieces, and painters who paint masterpieces in a single sitting. Some problems have already been outlined, but I see your the biggest flaws as the linework and anatomy. What you've done so far seems almost carelessly done, I would go so far to say that this borders on Oekaki. Spend the time to refine your work. Grargh.
  19. I think you need a reality check.
  20. My gods. You're like a ten year old. "How cool would it be if a guy totally killed someone in front of us, then dumped the body in a river! The dead guy did try to mug him!"
  21. It's Tom Bombadil. Also, no-one can kill Tom Bombadil cannot be killed, because he doesn't live in a mortal state of being, plus he sings. So Jedis lose out, Lucas-Buttkissers.
  22. You fool.... #-o Each jedi could take out roughly 3500 people or orcs or whatevers. There are lots of jedi. Therefore, with basic maths, half the jedi population in the world could destroy the entire of middle earth. Thus, proving Star Wars beats LOTR. :P i would like to see a jedi kill a balrog or nazgul Im guessing you've never seen a Star wars movie? Jedi have this thing called, "The force", which kinda owns every other things. And Wizards have this thing called "magic", which kinda owns every other thing. You forget we got the Death Star! Death Star!Death Star!Death Star!Death Star! You forgot about Tom Bombadil! Hey dol! merry dol! ring a dong dillo!/ Ring a dong! hop along! fal lal the willow!/ Tom Bom, jolly Tom, Tom Bombadillo! Runesmithie Win.
  23. Yar, Um.. Back? You've only been a member since January. The sig is too noisy, I can't even tell what's going on.
  24. http://www.be-mag.com
  25. Wrong prince, idiot. If you're going to continue with your feeble attempts at humour, at least try and be accurate. I'm sorry that my comment seems to have made you feel offended : That was not my intention. My perception of Prince Harry is that he indeed has big ears; just because my perception is not in line with your perception does not mean that I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m neither right, nor wrong. I understand that you thought I was thinking of Prince William and felt the need to point out the mistake you thought I had made. I appreciate your attempt to correct me, that was quite thoughtful of you :D Just because Bob thinks something is humerous does not mean Julie is going to find it humerous. I think from that example, you just may understand the concept of perception. Clearly I am not an idiot; I'm an academic psych student so if you're going to continue with your feeble attempts to make generalisations, please do so accurately  Thank you I never knew you could formulate so much bullcrap to say: "Oops, sorry, you were right" Dont try and get one over on bubsa, he will eat you for breakfast and btw goddess you have crap sense of homour...I am guessing your american That's a very unfair and prejudice generalization, and worsens since one can clearly tell she's from Australia. D: Though I will also deem her unfunny and a buttkisser. I find it pretty funny that she hides behind her studies and a psych student. As for the Prince, I say let him go. It's a war, if you train with the military, you have to be expected to go, regardless of you status. There are celebrities have gone to war and returned safely. I hope he doesn't get injured or die over there though. They dramatize the deaths of every soldier there so much. D:
