    Well, most likely yes. Most stats minimum highscore levels are above 30 now.. Mining is around 52-53.

    He is saying that the 15% increase spells don't work well, but they do. Protect spells aren't quite as effective as against NPCs.

    That would be horrible unless specials were nullified. At level 10 strength you could dual-wield DDS? That would just make everyhting awful in dueling...

    It depends on whether or not this spot could be applied to every item in the game. If so then definitely no! Else, you could just put as many yew longs as you have to high alch onto the "X" spot, and alch one time. Magic levels would be far to easy to get. Same goes with fletching. ~Foolgool

    As with all skills/Moneymaking schemes, this will take a while. Get 75+woodcut, 55 mage, and at least 85 fletching. Make and string mage longbows, then high alch. OR Runecrafting to 91 and use abyss to make double nats.

    Are you kidding me? Just go to world 1,3,4, or 5 and to Aubury's. A steady stream of level 3s and 4s can be seeing strolling through often and repeatedly.

    One of my friends i dont know irl was buying a whip... I lent him around 200k and he payed it back in less than a day lol.. fastest payback ever.
