Pray against him based on his weapon (bow/club/no weapon) Just hit him with a whip or godsword. Also he lowers your stats, so drink a dose of super restore every now and then. That's a little too complicated for this fight. He uses three weapons, a club, a bow, and some staff looking wavy bottom thing. Just pray based on his weapon. I'll upload a video if you really want. I used like 2 sharks and 1 dose of super restore I think. That's probably your problem: Ava's Accumulator won't pick up projectiles if you are firing from behind something; whether it be a fence, rock, or a table.

My whip drop rate from 85-99 slayer is ~1/472; I used a ring of slaying most of the time, sometimes a berserker ring.

It's not difficult to buy them as they are commonly used to level up smithing. However, you are limited to the amount you can buy (10k per 4 hours).

This is incorrect, you can still pickpocket twice per knock out. If it helps any, I get around 180k-200k blackjacking memphanite thugs at 80 thieving.
