I think that upgraded skills is better most of the time, but sometimes, like once in two years or so, it could be nice to get a new skill :)

Nah green is obviously guthix: easy to make out from the text + green is "always' the colour of guthix (look at castle wars, it's red, blue and... green!) Yes, it is certainly Guthix. I believe that this new quest has quite a lot to do with what this spirit says. It seems like the new quest will be about the gods in RS and the history of the game. You sure could make a long and hard quest out of that. Can't wait to try to beat it :)

Completly true. Jagex have controlled the market in different ways from the day RS was released. And since the GE was released they have controlled it even more.

I'm quite good at mathematics, but I can honestly say that I just get confused by all of this. Great work though :)

It's just to keep going. If you're unlucky, well then there is not much to do about it than just to keep trying. You can't do much more than that. And eventually you will get lucku and get one of those scrolls.

Yes, those zamorak spears are quite good for this thing. I will try it out when I do the quest :)

I don't think the GE has made the game more boring. It has perhaps not made it funnier either, but it has certainly made you have more time for the things which are fun in the game! For example you can now spend less time in buying materials for a skill you find fun training, and more time training it. This is instead of collecting all the stuff you need first, and then start to train. With the GE you have got more time to have fun \

Good luck, combat racing guy. You will most probably need it. Fming, fletching and cooking goes so fast to train if you buy them compared to what combat does. Even if you no-life REALLY much I doubt you will win. But I wish you good luck anyway, since my hope is that you will win anyway and show that training those skills takes a lot of effort aswell!

I don't believe you can solo this monster unless you have the best gear you can have, maximum skills and most importantly, be really lucky. Then it's perhaps possible, but not unless you got all of those three things. Because this monster is a real hard one to beat.

You're so right someone can possible be when you say that everyone should ask themselves why they really play RS. If the answer is something which points at that you might play too much, you should quit immediatelly quite. This game makes a lot of people destroy their own lives. They play too much and offer social contacts and school, just to get better at a few things in a virtual reality. Myself I have few friends, but I'm very happy with those I have. I put down a lot of time into school and study very much. This has made school go very good for me. I'm very thankful for that I don't have such a hard time not letting the game control me, which I know some people, even some of those who are on my friends list in the game, have. If you find anything that could be a sign of that you play too much RS, think about it carefully. Because RS is just a non-real world, and the real world actually pwns it.

It's a good time to sell rubys now, but I don't think you will be able to make any fantastic amounts of money by merchanting or selling your own rubys. Sure you can make some money off it though.

I always pick up all the charms I get. They don't slow you down much and when I start training summoning I don't want to spend as little of my time as possible on collecting charms.

Finally they fixed that skillcape thing :). Now they just need to fix my cape, the spotted one. Everytime I lay a trap it looks like it got a big hole in it... That quest seems interesting aswell. I will do it as soon as I can.
