Mod Mmg's Cc, 5th May.
Seems like we still have to wait for quite a while until we get to mobilise our own armies...And I who thought that would come out soon :P. But I'm sure that when it once comes out it will be worth the long wait.

YOU vs. Mediocrity
I train skills more than Joe, and I focus on getting them all to around the same level. I also enjoy quests and puzzles very much, I love trying to solove these with logical thinking. Of my top 3 favourite skills just one is combat; Summoning. The top is Runecrafting, then Hunter and finally Summoning. I also really like minigames and I make most of my money from selling items I have done myself or from merchanting. I prefer peaceful places in RS, even though combat is nice at sometimes. Plus a lot, lot more that makes me very different from this Mr. averge Joe. Simply said, I'm far away from the averge player.

What has happened to Tip.it!?
I recognise myself a bit there  . But well, I will say what I have said in a couple of other threads on the same topic as this one: I don't think Tip.it has changed much since I joined. It is still a very good community and there's loads of nice people on here. Sure, there are some people who irritates me, but those are much fewer here than on RSOF. I have been on here for 3 and a half years now and I don't plan leaving anytime soon. Tip.It FTW!

How fast can you reach a million?
A rather hard challenge. Certainly fun, but I'm to lazy for doing something like this. Good luck to all those who want try this out though :)

My special runescape Idea for the summer =)
Good luck. I would never be able to do this, I love cash to much for it :

What would it take to kill the Runescape Economy?
The only way for the economy to get killed is to kill RS.

Music in RS
I have always loved the RS music. But I agree, it has become better :).

Help for quests. Should you use them?
Always try to find out the solution yourself first, then go with the quest help here on TIF, on RS or where ever you could find it. But the game becomes more fun if you solove it yourself. I only use some kind of quest help if I REALLY get stuck.

Easter Eggs

RuneScape Economics Survey
I just finished the survey. It was a bit strange and I really didn't like the background colour, but the rest was nice.

Musings of a long-forgotten minigame
Sounds like you have a got great plan to me. Jagex really should use your ideas to make this old minigame better.

F2P/Member Players
Members takes the game much more serious than F2P and play a lot more. Very logical, isn't it?
-
farming record?
None, I have never done farming except when training construction.
-
Rejecting Censorship
No. The RS censor should be worked on and fixed, but it shouldn't be rejected or optional. There are way to many that would abuse that.

How is a typical high lvl supposed to be like?
Typical? No. Expected? Yes. Most people assume lvl 130s+ always know better than everyone else does, even if that other person might know far more about the subject. Either way, the basic idea is: the higher the lvl, the higher the knowledge. Agree. The reality is never like you excpect it to be. And this works for RS too. A high lvl played is supposed to have a lot of cash and have got a lot of knowledge about the game. Well, that's what I think of when I see one anyway :P.

Fletching, firemaking and cooking - Skillcapes of dirt?
A 99 is a 99, and that's a great achievement. Then of course some skill capes are worth than more since they're harder to get. But I think that you should always feel proud of a skillcape, and other should feel respect for the one wearing it, no matter what skillcape it is.

ComicScape
i lol'd Me too. This is a great thread, I love comics and I love RS. I might even do my own RS comic and post it here :)

Runescape's Strengths
I agree with almost everything you said. I love the quests of RS and all the logic and puzzeling that is needed for soloving them. It's one of my favourite parts of the game, and the second biggest reason to why I play this game. The quests require so much more than just "go kill that and that", "bring me that and that" or "Make that and that". In RS you need to think logically and there's something for everyone. If you like to cook you can do one quest, if you like to kill you can do another one and if you like firemaking you can do a third one. This is the main reason to why I play this game; All the different options. The true sandbox. I have only one account in RS, still I can do so many different things with it! I can do quests that range from helping a cook to slaying a dragon. I can fish in rivers as well as shooting down ducks with my bow and arrows, as well as using magic to defeat demons. But one of the biggest strenght of RS you forgot to mention. A big part of it is free. All these strenghts together make more than up for the not-that-bad-after-all-IMO combat system.

Being a High Level-Really That Great?
Being a high-level is as I see it much more fun than a low level, since you get more and more options in the game. Of course the game gets more repetive, since you have to get more xp to level up. But as long as you don't do the same thing over and over and keep varaite your gameplay, being a higher level is much better. At least I think so since I like RS for all the different opportunities within it.

Tip.It Times: 3 May 2009
This week's Time's first article was a good one. Way to much higher-lvl players ignore low-lvl players. Often I see how players ignore other, lower level players, just because they're lower level and asking for help. I try to help noobs as often as I can, since I remember how some players helped me when I was new to the game. It's just a very small thing, which often means a lot to someone else. We should all try to help out each other more, not only IRL, but also in RuneScape.

MechScape Research Summary
Seems like a very good game to me. I like science-fiction quite much so I might very well try this game out, at least for a little while, when it comes out. However, I won't quit RS just to play Mechscape. I would never do that for any game :P.

CHATLOG - pathetic hacking attempt
How can people actually believe that someone, who is not an cabbage, would fall for something like that and give their password to them?
