Blue Charms
You have already asked this question http://forum.tip.it/index.php?app=forums&module=forums§ion=findpost&pid=4685623 and it has been answered to not exist in Runescape. Please do not create multiple threads.

Blue Crest
I have moved this to help and advice as it is a question. Although the items you want don't sound very runescapey.

what to do from here
Moved your thread to the H&A area of the graveyard, you should get some better advice here.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
Does green have a high chance of staying above yellow? I'm not sure whether to trade up to green now and re-sell to buy yellow after the update or not.

Wilderness and Free Trade Interview!!! - Answers On First Post!
How long has the thought of returning free trade been around? Along with that, has work been done on it before the vote? How will the grand exchange be integrated into free trade?

Things Related to PKing
This thread is Pking oriented so has been moved to the graveyard section for that reason. The forum is split into sections for reasons. If you have a problem with any moderator action taken, you are free to PM another moderator or an Administrator. However, do not discuss it in the thread. Thanks Danqazmlp Tip.it Moderator

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
Agreed. The economy in Runescape is so volatile it only takes a few words from Jagex to make an item plummet in price. With the economy being probably more unstable now than it has ever been with the update in a few weeks and nobody really knowing anything, I'd personally not do any trades over 30m , and that is at a push. I think it's better to be safe than sorry.

What happens to rares (halloween masks)
I have moved your thread to the help & advice section of our forums. You are asking a question and advice more than looking for a discussion on the prices from other forum members. If you do want to dsicuss the state of rares and other high value items such as rares, the following is a very good thread to use: http://forum.tip.it/topic/259136-3rd-agespirit-shieldsphats-discussion/

Wilderness and Free Trade will return - 17 January 2011
Yeah I can see that I'm going to be re-buying members in a week. Mainly because I don't want to miss out on a holiday item, but also because I want to see the updates with my own eyes. They have definitely been preparing this, but for how long I wonder. Just like any other update (but much more so), I'd recommend nobody even tries buying any items for about 3 weeks after the update. The prices really will need time to balance back out again.

What ever happened with that BP thing?
Why? because we want recent proof? At the time BP certainly wanted to save face which means doing all they could to prevent reporters getting in and around their workings. If they didn't they would be idiots. The quote in the middle of your post at the top of this page is laughable. You think it's unreasonable that they didn't allow independent scientists and engineers access to the rupture? Having them there would have been a huge safety risk and would also have hampered any attempts BP had been trying to plug it. You have also totally gone off from your original topic which is the medical issues. You don't seem to be able to show us any proof of a blackout.

What can't you wait to do in the new Golden Age of Runescape?
Was this before or after Macky14 and Monkey933? Anywho... This argument has split the RS community for years...pkers and skillers always seem to be at each others' throats... If I remember correctly, when Runescape was first created, there was a sort of PK system already implemented where you were either a skiller, aka unable to pvp, or a Pker, able to pvp. But, my memory may have deceived me yet again... The old wilderness was beautiful. You're able to pit yourself against ferocious players from around the world on any server and those players who went into the wilderness for monster farming, treasure trails, etc., understood the risks without the need of a silly ditch. Everyone understood the risks of the wilderness and if they didn't, they soon learned from their mistakes...hopefully. Now I admit, I used to be an avid pker. I used to casually fight other players in the wilderness on my main and soon began creating pure pker accounts specifically for the thrill of pking. Those thrills begin to fade and luring become quite popular. Even with all the warnings, people still fall for lures and scams and dropped like flies. No common sense... When Jagex began to pamper children rather than let common sense rule is when the downfall of Runescape began. Soon Jagex introduced more and more updates aimed more for newbs and fools lacking common sense, hindering illegal activities such as luring or other illegitimate tactics. Bots and goldfarmers ran rampant because of the free trade and easy real world money exchanges. On one side, you'd have a cult following of PKers and so-called 'Elites' and on the other the newbs and whiners with no common sense. Obviously the wilderness and dueling was a means of transferring large quantities of items and sums of wealth legitimately as opposed to free trading but Jagex still kept track of large transactions. It was all a medium for gold farmers to make an easy buck. The best part was the guilt trips people bled all over the forums of those poor asian gold farming, sweat shop workers. (Frankly, I just didn't give a damn about that and still played the game.) Anywho, short story even shorter. Jagex removed the all of this:; free trade limit, real wilderness, dueling, in an effort to save their game and, not 100% certain, their behinds legal wise. However, the effects of the previous system were rather detrimental. The community as a whole suffered. Players were often rude, arrogant or just plain stupid. It often seemed as if the servers were inhabited by 12 year olds flexing their internet egos where everything had to be settled in the wildy by their glorious 126 mains  as they stole their parents credit cards to pay for this game. Pking etiquette rarely, if ever, existed. The idea of honor was a ridiculous notion of pix3l loving  . Fair fights were often unheard of and taking down one man meant you had to deal with his 3 friends. That is if they weren't tagging out half of the time. The good pkers were baptized by fire and those who had skill were rewarded greatly. If you faced someone willing to fight to the death, you often found a new friend. It was a mess out there but still was fun. Now I see the new features to replace the classic wilderness. Bounty hunters was amazing at first. The cheap tactics still remained but it allowed those who wanted to pk to pk and those who wanted to benefit from the wilderness without pkers do so as well. They scrapped that and introduced PvP worlds with odd...rules and limitations. I found it odd but often more rewarding for casual pking as you could gain much, much more than you could normally pking. The idea was similar to before: Pkers and Skillers were separate. It seemed to work but with the same lack of honor and respect I have grown up with dealing with the everyday 'Scaper. Instead of the old, 1item, dds spec tele/leave, we now had full bandos, turmoil, claw spec and leave. Not that much of a change but a lot more deadly with a lot more risks. I've never delved too deeply into this new system in p2p. I can't ever seem to get a decent kill or am immensely overpowered because my lack of gear and stats. 'Scapers seem to have a knack adapting to new situations though. Those who don't PK still won't PK. Those who do, will still do. The only dramatic change I can foresee is with free trade and skillers. Merchant clans will have a major shift in power...if they lose or gain, I cannot say. Skillers and casual players will suffer either way. If the wilderness is changed to its former glory, it will be open season on green dragon killers, abyss crafters, and clue hunters. Now, I won't say that the pkers shouldn't kill the crafters or hunters. Its in the wilderness, it is apart of the risk. You cannot complain about taking losses in a dangerous area. Its your own damn fault. Only trolls, children, and low-lives will recognize the works of those who kill the defenseless and use illegitimate tactics but if you lose your valuables in the wilderness, no one is to blame but yourself. Jagex has done everything in their power to make the risks apparent to the uninformed. The wilderness is lined with skulls, dead trees and dangerous creatures for a reason. Use common sense and you won't get killed... In previous years, I would yearn for return of the old system however, its return may be more detrimental to the game that it may not be worth it. At this point in my RS career, I couldn't care either way. Most of my friends are either retired or unable to play. It has been years since I've seriously played this game and I've matured and grown up since then. Petty arguments over semantics and childish issues gets us no where. I haven't played much in these recent years, my memory fails me and I grow weary of this age old argument... As a whole, I cannot see either being implemented without some sort of set back to prevent gold farming and real life trading. My rant and ramblings may just be irrelevant in the grand schemes of things. tl;dr return of old may hurt the new; restriction on free trade/pking maybe possible. Very very well said.

200M in all Skills
Is he not? I don't keep tabs on the others so if they aren't on the frontpage then I didn't compare his exp to them.
-
200M in all Skills
I didn't realise Drumgun was #2 for exp now. Not very far off #1 either. It really would be nice to see him get rank 1, partly because it's great advertising for our forums having the rank 1 player actively using it, but also because it will be the first time I can remember where the rank 1 player actively seeks out community where previous ones have all seemed to shy away from it.

What ever happened with that BP thing?
A media blackout? There was constant news at the time. If anything, there was too much coverage. It was on every news program for weeks, more than anything else I can remember. There is a difference between a blackout and something not being newsworthy. Ongoing medical research and illness' are very rarely newsworthy unless they are either a massively contagious disease such as bird flu or a large medical breakthrough. Even then, it is very rarely on the news for long as there aren't often any major changes. I really think you need to take a step back and stop with the conspiracies.

will number of players ever outgrow the amount of coins in the game..??
The topic is basically asking whether or not deflation will happen with free trade. One thing is for certain, one major inflating method could be removed. This is ancient statuettes. Adding in many new deflation methods with degrading weapons and armour. Deflation would be a nice thing as it's inflation which drives the gap between skilling and Mh'ing money apart.

[Dev Blog] History of RuneScape: The Next Six Years
I try not to mention the extreme phobia of ventriloquist dummies I had as a kid. Went on for about two years as well, but it still doesn't make it conversation-worthy. Neither did the rest of the news bulletin... But if they're going to mention one new CEO, why not another? Because that CEO is still there to stand over his shoulder and make sure he's mentioned. Notice the conspicuous lack of anything said ABOUT the new CEO. If you don't have anything nice to say... I'd say it's probably because Iddison seemed to do nothing good for the company and was probably not very well liked, whereas MMG has been trying his hardest to involve the community and make wanted updates. Iddison = bad guy, MMG = good guy.

Confusion over Grarr and 'Magical ranged'
A good thing to do is to check place other than Runeqiki when gathering information. It is ranged based, but the magic minion can do a fair amount of damage as it attacks constantly unlike his ranged attack. I found it best to mix karil's top with tassets to counter both.

Nah it's impossible to kill your hero. BGut once at 1hp he's vulnerable to wild monsters.

Obama Eyeing Internet ID for Americans
Maybe I need a bigger font.... I said anti-establishment not anti-government there is a huge difference between the two. No pun intended. Ah, it was aimed at Oldjoe's post but you must have posted while I was writing it. Sorry for the confusion.

Obama Eyeing Internet ID for Americans
But as you yourself said, some people only have one or two passwords. So it's either force somebody to hack one very hard thing, or a couple of incredibly easy things? If somebody wanted your information, shopping habits, even some of your bank details, they could very easily do it at the moment. Many people link everything with a single e-mail address. That is protected by a single, often simple password. Once that goes, they would have access to anything you have linked to it via password recoveries and knowing which sites you use to crack those passwords. A more centralised and linked system would then also be easier to reset, stop or change than many smaller things.

Obama Eyeing Internet ID for Americans
I see one huge problem with this. This can be hacked and will be hacked. Especially if a weak password is used. If you read a page back, it has been suggested passwords will not be used. EDIT: Rach, I'm forced into using that argument because all people seem to come up with for an argument against the system seems to be that you can write things down already. Problems with this include losing/forgetting said piece of paper, taking up space and paper being easily stolen. A system which gets rid of passwords and stops the need to remember them seems like logical evolution to me. Everything else seems to be non-fact based paranoia against corporations and governments. The proposal doesn't even sound as if it is anywhere near ready. It sounds as if it is in it's planning and brainstorming phase anyway. there are little to no details about how it would end up or who would eventually be involved.
