i just discovered the prices at baba yage's shop are now 8470 (fix price) instead of 7000. Wondered if Zaff prices were also raised or they are still (begin at) 7000. I didn't finish the varroc acheivment diary so i have no way of checking it. Anyone know?

As people said, inorder to make this guide complete you have to compare your method with the more popular, house tele method. The only advantage i see in your method is that you have to deal with only 1 house loading time instead of 2 with house tele. On the other hand, house tele is by far more easy to obtain then lyres.

wow..simply wow...your dedication never cease to amaze me. As someone who goes there only on tasks i rather use the quick & simple way rather the chalanging way so if i ever had to write a dark beast slayering guide it would have been something like: "take prayer & attack & strengh boosting gear, some prayer,strengh and attack pots and one click teleport. now go down there and smack the *[cabbage]* out of those beasts" what can i say ,you pretty much covered the subject from all angles. Few small notes: 1. My personal experience with DDS specs was quite positive 2. Thanks for reminding me the Zammy potions, i completly forgot all about those... 3. Cannon might speed your kills a little bit and,though its a single combat area there will be some moments were the beasts gets into "deadlock" situation when you're standing on a spot where none of them can attack you but you also cant attack back (without moving off the spot). In this case your cannon will start shooting all around making it even more effective. On the other hand that means 5 slots less... Anyway,Great guide =D>

Good point. Karil's speciel (agility reduction) is also worthless now (not that it was that handy before...) unless there are some agility obstacles in the Clan Wars/BH i am not aware of.

I dont understand you people. Get used to take some food,anti pot and good mage deffence while traveling the wilderness and you'll be fine. Also,look at the bright side,there are very handy for quick rides to lumbi :D

What would you get if you went there on your own? Obviously u cant get friendship points, so would there be xp reward like tears? or something else? This is a two-player mini-game. When i said i meant you can choose other friend to go there with,you wont be able to go there with the same friend more than once a week.

Intro One of the most drastic measures Jagex are about to apply inorder to deal with RWT is the unbalanced trade system, a 3k price range for all ingame trades outside of the GE. As you probably alredy know,this basically means no more free gifts,no more lucky bargains,no more drop parties,no more sharing supplies and drops between friends but also no more scams (welll..not completely) etc... A week later (17/12) Jagex stated that they gonna apply some modifications and additions to the game such as a lending system and an upgraded shareloot system inorder to ease the pain. However,all this updates seems like a lame imitation for something we took for granted not so long ago. They were a lot of suggestions in TIF and in Qelter's truthscape site but none of them dealt straightly with the aspect that was presented in Lime's bye bye membership thread,the ability to interact freely between friends. Few notes before we begin. 1. They were about approximately 1 mil ideas regarding how to save the game after the 10/12/07 "disaster" so it is more than possible you saw a similar suggestion some place else, i didn't. 2. All the figures in this thread are just an example, whats important is the idea not the numbers. 3. I doubt this feature i am suggesting below will ever be implemented by Jagex. ************************************************************* The new friendship system. A new feature will be introduced to the game,friendship points. The friendship pts will determine the extent of unbalanced trades between 2 friends. How do we get those friendship points ? In order to gain friendship pts the 2 friends will have to go to a two-players,"Tears of guthix" style minigame and like TOG, the time they will be able to spend in the game will be determined by QPs but also by sum of the two players total levels. A more "expreinced" couple will be able to gain more points per visit. How often? Each player will be able to access the minigame once a day. Each couple will be able to access the minigame once a week. Example: Michael,who has 3 friends he wishes to "unlock", will go with his friend Sara on sunday,with Lincoln on monday,and with Sucre on saterday.Only on sunday,a week after, he will be able to re-unite with Sara,the day after with Linc and so on... where do i see my friendship pts? in your friendlist,see the image above Whats the max Friendship points if any? Upon reaching 50000 pts,the 2 players will "unlock" their friendship and will be able to interact freely. How long will it take to unluck a friendship? 2 players with which their totals sums up to 3400 levels and 400 QP will be able to unlock their friendship in about 6 months. 2 players with which their totals sums up to 100 levels and 10 QP will be able to unlock their friendship in about 6 years. How can i use my friend points ? Basically,each 1k fp will allow an addition of 10k beyond the 3k rule. But(!!),each time you perform a transaction which exeeds the 3k rule you and your friend will loose some of your friend points according to the amount transfered.This is for preventing any RWT abuse. Is it RWT proof? Theoretically no,practicly i dont see any scenario were a RWT and a buyer will get together once a week for a year+ just to unlock their friendship. Jagex will also have a better monitoring on those who unlocked their friendship. Does this friendship unlocked thing apply to a friend's death and shareloot? Yes F2P/P2P/Both ? Both, though naturally F2Ps,due to their low total levels and QPs, will have hard time getting their friendship unlock (but hey! its better than nothing). This is it,those were my 2.5 cents regarding how to recover some of the freedom we lost. Ye, this requires lot of work and dedication for something we had to for free not so long ago but..mmm..well :wall: Your constructive ideas/thoughts are welcomed.

truely timeless,this is a classic speaking of Philip KD,i saw A Scanner Darkly yesterday,cant say i realy enjoyed it. Though the animation effects was quite impressive it felt like someone's else bad "trip".had the same feeling when reading PKD's "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" (the one bladerunner was based upon) back then. Also (finnaly) saw Revenge of the Sith. since its 2 predecessors were crap i didnt rush to see that one. well,actually i quite enjoyed the last hour, Obi-Wan Kenobi ftw :D

I hope it wouldn't be any of them though the spiderman movies were quite entertaining Raimi doesnt strike me as a director with a powerful vision. Most of del Toro movies have a strong fantasy elements but personally i didnt find any of them to be realy good. And Alfonso Cuaron, though i realy loved Y tu mamÃÆÃâÃâá tambiÃÆÃâÃâén i think his work on Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban(which i think was quite decent btw) showed that maybe the fantasy Genere isn't his natural playground. but who knows,we'll have to wait and see
