Guide to Extremely Fast Melee XP
That's about right. I'm talking about melee XP, not total XP. if you used an addy minotaur you'd be getting nearly 90k def xp/hour which is about what you should be getting w/ your stats Oh ok, thanks for clearing that up. I love this spot compared to armoured zombies because since they don't drop anything, I don't feel compelled to pick up charms and drops, so it's much easier and relaxing. Thanks for the great guide, it's excellent for easy and quick experience.

Guide to Extremely Fast Melee XP
When you say 70-80k exp per hour, is that total exp or attack/strength/defence exp separately? With my stats (90 attack and 90 strength), and 10% strength prayer, I can only manage at most 80k defence exp per hour, and around 8k magic exp from my fire titan. It seems a lot lower than what it should be. Can you think of anything that I'm doing wrong? I have the exact same set up you show, except I'm using whip and rune defender, and 10% strength prayer.

When do you pot?
I always bring one super set per bunyip, so I pot up every 11 minutes, using the bunyip's timer. Works out well for me, and it's easy, though sometimes I don't pay attention to the timer.

Meleeing In Saradomin God Wars
But what would be a good inventory? A teletab, spare pouches, spear, 10 restores, rest brews? And what about the first two questions?

Meleeing In Saradomin God Wars
Before, I thought that the best method for a team was to use range. But whenever I look for a team, they always want to melee. I haven't found any guides for what to do while meleeing, but I think I know what. So my questions are: 1.) Would the strategy be something like this? Just pray mage, and then attack the boss. If she starts to melee you, run away whilst your teamates attack her, until she switches her target? 2.) Also, what order should the minions be killed in? 3.) And lastly, what equipment/inventory set up would you recommend? I have a zamorak godsword, fire cape, fury, barrow gloves, dragon boots, and berserker ring. But I have no idea what to use for the helm, body, and leg slots. Should I use brews, or fish? I also have 80 summoning, so would you recommend I use a tortoise and a titan, or fruit bat? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Is there any non-expensive way to train Prayer?
Wouldn't killing green dragons, picking up the hides and bones, and then selling the hides for more bones be a lot quicker? I seriously doubt a prayer tutor will give any good exp. And around 200 bones on a gilded altar would give 50k experience, at a way quicker pace. It just seems like a really slow method to train prayer through a low level prayer tutor.

Where to Kill Rats?
Killing rats in Evil Dave's basement is very quick, and you could save the spices for spicy stews, in case you want to boost up a stat to do one of the tasks. Shouldn't take more than an hour, if you have a cat. To choose the colour of your cat, you need a ring of charos (a), which is from a quest (I forget which one). You have to wait until your (hell)cat becomes overgrown or you could trade it for 100 death runes in west Ardougne, until you could buy a new kitten. You're only allowed 1 kitten or 1 cat at any given time.

Ranging Amulet
Would it be worth keeping if I have a fury? I just did a task of 144 of these, and got a ranging amulet. God, it's horrible there, full of kill stealers. Took me over 2 hours. But luckily I got an amulet, though not sure whether I should keep or sell? What do you guys think?

Iron Drags Question
For mage/range, use an anti-fire breath shield and an anti-fire potion to recieve no damage at all, provided that you are not in melee range. With a halberd, since it is two handed, you have to use an anti-fire potion, and mage prayer.

Achievement Diary Questions
Ok, thanks for the help.

Achievement Diary Questions
For the hard task on the Karamja achievement diaries, "become the champion of the fight pits," do I have to be on an official world? Or is it possible to find a random person, and just do a 1 vs 1 and win? Also, for the Seer's achievement diary, I need 80 fletching, and 76 fishing. Would yew longbows, and monkfish be the best to get these levels? I'm going to get 77 fletching, because I could pot up, and 71 fishing so I could use an admiral pie. I already used a chef's delight (m) for cooking the sharks, and I believe maple logs would be best to get 75 firemaking. But what do you recommend for fletching/fishing?

Best training area for Green Dragons?
It's not a training area where you get 300/400k exp per hour, but money making area. Maybe you just mixed up the words, but it sounded weird to me.

Tormented Demon's Titan and Uni
Yeah, after a while, a titan is enough healing for you to survive without food. I'm guessing with unicorns there's more room for error, and healing is easier, so if you do get hit a lot, or screw up, it's easier to get back on track.

Welfare TDS
Welfare gears do fine at TDs. I can use a whole titan with scrolls without needing to eat, using void, which has low defense. You just need experience with them, which you'll get by killing them. So yeah, black d'hide is fine for TDs.

How nerdy is Runescape
Is halo nerdy? It's just a form of entertainment, maybe I don't like going outside 24/7 like some of my friends, I just enjoy playing runescape or something else more. I'd say no, it's just another game, but since it's on a computer people automatically think it's nerdy.

Tormented Demon Guide
viewtopic.php?f=180&t=790682 This guide helped me get started with tormented demons, and it works pretty well. There is another guide by artemis in the archive of wisdom, but you need to know the basics before you attempt his guide. His guide can be found at viewtopic.php?f=103&t=772934&hilit=tormented. Good luck.

How much does it cost to train melee here per hour?

Which boss to hunt?
Why better prayer? Would 80 or 85 prayer really help me that much? And I'd need around 6000 crimsons to get 88 summoning from my current level, excluding other charms. So even if it's 5000 crimsons, that's at least 50 hours at waterfiends. And then I'd have to raise money to fund 88 summoning. Is a unicorn really that good? I could just do my nub ways of TD's until I get a claws drop, and then try bursting I guess. I think it was 200 crimsons/1 mill cash. So 1 claws drop would be enough to get the charms. So if I wanted 88 summoning now, should I hope for a claws drop, or go straight to waterfiends?

Which boss to hunt?
My favourite thing about runescape now is hunting bosses. I just completed while guthix sleeps a couple of days ago, so I'm still getting used to killing Tormented Demons. I like to solo bosses, as my friends are too low level, and I don't like RSOF teams because they're all godsword lovers, which I don't have. I can kill around 6-8 tormented demons per trip, and each trip is around half an hour. I use a whip and crossbow to kill them, along with a fire titan. For GWD, I don't want to try bandos or sara. I can never get a kill at bandos, and I don't like solo sara (failed miserably my first try, and the kill count takes so long). The GWD bosses that I do like soloing are zamorak and armadyl. I can get a kill per trip at zamorak with monks and a terrorbird of food, and each trip is around 12 minutes. With armadyl, I've only done it once, but it took me 9 sara brews and 4 super restores to get one kill, and each trip is around 25 minutes. So I was just wondering, what boss do you recommend I kill out of zamorak boss, armadyl boss, and tormented demons? The main thing is making money, as I enjoy all three of these bosses.

jorney to jad tips!!!
I always use broad bolts, except for 50 diamond bolts for Jad himself. Broads are fine for Jad though, but I prefer that little bit of extra power against Jad. Broads are nearly the same in my opinion, just slightly less accurate/powerful. Your levels are fine for Jad, I had 70 range, 75 defence, and 57 prayer during my first attempt, and I made it to Jad with plenty of supplies left over. Experience with the Fight Caves is much more valuable than levels, though levels do help. Also, SirHemen, for your high budget alternative gear, you said that with torag's helm you should use unholy book, but granite shield with verac's helm. Why's this? If I remember correctly, all barrow melee helms have the same stats, except for dharok's helm, which is weaker. Verac's helm is best because it has a pray bonus. Every melee brother has a weaker piece of gear, except for torag. Verac's chestplate, guthan's skirt, and dharok's helm are weaker than the other melee brother's gear. Torag's is recommended because of it's cheap cost, and it has no weaker piece of gear. But otherwise, verac's plateskirt and helm are better for their pray bonus over torag's respective pieces. Also, it's recommended to bring 3 range pots by muggiwhplar, instead of 2. But otherwise, SirHemen's information is excellent.

Dag Task...
Which is why you use range prayer in the chaos tunnels. But yeah, go cannon in the lighthouse, it's much quicker for a bit over 1k cannonballs.

Mourning's End Part 2 - Question, need help.
When I did MEPII, I was confused at that part too. I just ignored it and experimented, and found that if I did the opposite of their east/west thing (ex. if it says east/west make it vertical instead of horizontal), it worked. Just experiment with it, it'll only take a couple of minutes.

FIRST 95 STAT, BoB, STATS (as of 7/10/09)
herby excluded, I don't train the newer skills. I'm "old school" and don't see a need for the new skills, but I do plan on getting most of the other ones 70+. I have 70 fm/fletch/rc banked, and will be able to afford 70 cook soon. I can also afford 70 smith, waiting for gold to fall atm. I have such a high mining and low other stats because I don't have time to train the others what with training mining but I will have time after 99 Why play on HD then? Doesn't seem old school to me to play with the latest graphics in a game. Most "old school" players could easily see the usefullness of newer skills, especially summoning. But whatever, to each his own.

10th July 2009 - The Jagex Anti-Hijack System and DevBlog
They are a company, their main goal is make money. What's wrong with adding incentives to sell something? We only pay around $6 a month, you want extra security along with all the other features as well for such a low price? They're just increasing their services for an added cost, if the customer is interested in it. It's not a requirement, and it wouldn't enchance one's gameplay really, unless you get hacked every other month or something.

Barrage or Burst
I don't have the thread, but Compfreak calculated that barraging is more efficient than bursting at rock lobsters. Maybe somebody has the link, I've lost it.
