In the UK there is no way that could be true. If you have any conviction for violence you can never be a teacher. As for the law here regarding alcohol - voluntary intoxication is no defence. Involuntary intoxication can be a defence. Voluntary intoxication involving soporific or prescribed drugs can also be a defence. As far as I can remember, it is several years since I did law.

Well no, I don't see it like that. I think it depends how you define hard drive crash. Hard drive refuses to read = difficult to get the data back, but in 90% of cases it is possible (though may require paying someone). Hard drive working/reading but the data is corrupt = no chance of getting it back unless you have some sort of parity system, which you evidently don't.

It happens for around a day at a time. It isn't our ISPs - I receive over a 10Mbit share of a 10Gbit connection in the uni computer labs. Also, it is more than a coincidence that several of us, in different countries, have had the same problem with the same topic within 24 hours.

If there's a CRC error then it means the files are corrupted. In which case you can't get them back. As far as I know.

For the record I'm not saying they won't come out in december, just that that part is of spurious origin. What I AM saying is that if you believe they are photos of it you are thicker than two short planks glued together with stupid glue. The fake pictures of the interface don't match what is in their patent!

Here's why the video iPod is fake: Look at the aliasing around the wheel. Look at the JPEG artifacts on the wheel. Look at the top left and bottom left corners of the screen, there is a very obvious transition from pure white to the white of the casing, where the picture has been pasted in. Look at the JPEG artifacts on the menu. Look how the screen border isn't the same size all round. Look how the writing on the wheel is almost impossible to read because it is simple a layer that has had its opacity reduced. Look how the wheel appears higher up in the second image. The menu is just stolen from a normal iPod with a small bit added on at the bottom. THE IPOD PICTURE DOESN'T MATCH THE INTERFACE ON THE DAMN IPOD PATENT! Put simply, if you believe the image is real you need to go to special school.

I can't be bothered explaining, why not dig up info on the fake iPod pictures that came out ages ago. The thing is, they were more realistic than these.

The iPod video photos are very VERY VERY obviously fake. The phone is also fake.

If that was directed at me, I am far from underage. What's more it won't be at the touch of a button, I've been with my fiancee for a long time and we won't be having them until we're both over 25. Besides, don't go spreading your ignorant extremist views on this topic as no one's interested in listening to someone who says people under 18 who get pregnant should have forced abortions. I don't know about where you're from but all the family weddings I've been to have been in a registry office with no religion involved. That said, all my family are atheist. It still shows that it is quite possible and quite normal to have it outside of a church.

Marriage can have nothing to do with religion. I'm not religious and I'm getting married. I'm getting married as a commitment.

I agree with the guy that darkrick agrees with. I 'acquired' this game and then saw the spyware news so I'm not even going to bother installing it.
