No one steals jobs. They are willing to work just as hard for less money. If you had a choice of hiring one person who does X amount of work in 1 hour and gets payed $Y/hour and another who does X amount of work in 1 hour and gets payed $Y/hour - which would you choose? Ignorance.

Van Cleef is IN the Deadmines, at the end of them. Turns out I was wrong about him, he's 21 elite. His drops can be seen here: http://www.thottbot.com/?n=654519 the most important ones are the blackened defias armour and cruel barb. You won't be able to do the deadmines with just you and your friend. A hunter can't keep you healed. To solo it, depending on class, you'd probably want to be at least level 40 - but I never bothered trying until I was 60 because soloing it is rather pointless.

That's the Deadmines. VC is Van Cleef - the boss there. As far as I remember he's 24 elite. You'll need 5 people there, depending on levels, and you want everyone there to be at least level 20 if you're doing the whole thing.

Having one poll to say "Keep the post counts the way they are/Change them in some way" then having another once the latter option won to say "Remove them entirely/Show only in profiles" would have the same effect - aside from letting those whose choice didn't prevail in the first poll to vote in the second. People who want no change vote for no change. People who want a change vote for the change that they support, this way it can be done in one poll and the distribution of people who want a change and those who don't want a change is exactly the same. Tell me how it is biased. I've just explained how it isn't, now you tell me how it is.

First of all I think you'll find the poll was added by an admin. Not me. After that you'll find that doing it the way I said will be just as fair as having two polls.

As mentioned before, this poll is not fair at face value. For it to be fair... Only if 'no change' has more votes than both the other two put together should the post count have no changes made to it. If 'no change' doesn't outnumber both of the others put together then pick the highest rating option of the other two choices.

I don't think there's enough talk to warrant its own forum as it stands. However, there's the possibility that adding a forum would encourage more talk. That said, it's just more work for moderators.
