I don't think that's true. The GPU is more important, this is particularly evident when overclocking the GPU.

If it was people leaving as a reaction to post counts being removed, Bauke, then that is not the case. Post counts have been removed before and no one made a point of leaving because of it.

The rules here are awkward, spam is often subjective and it takes a fair amount before someone can be banned. You get people who remain on the brink of banishment but *just* manage to stay. Again, this is after they have already created work for moderators. That isn't so. Yes, there are people who will spam regardless. However, there are also people who will just spam because they want a higher post count or rank - the same people wouldn't be doing it if there was no post counts or ranks.

You forgot the closing sarcasm tag. Why bother posting something like that? Of course you won't know if someone is spamming to get their post count up or spamming for another reason. That is, unless you can read their mind. :roll:

Once they have posted it and before you've reported it it has already wasted your time, added some more clogging to the database and is about to waste the time of a moderator who is already stretched enough.

All post counts do is encourage people to spam because they are working towards some kind of rank achievement or trying to gain recognition. They encourage prejudice against people with lower post counts, too. Remove the post counts & ranks (for the users) and let people be judged on the quality of their posts; not the quantity. There was a period of this a while ago and I honestly don't know why you reverted back to having them. I did not add the poll. An admin did.

What do you call the Wii wand then? Copied from someone else? Well you can't have seen the previews of the games they have had then such as Red Steel. Whats more it is blindingly obvious how the Wii wand will vastly improve the control systems for FPS on consoles. You need to know something about the control system before you start commenting on it, because you clearly don't know about it as it stands. The joystick goes in the left hand and then the wand goes in the right, both are used at once. Simply untrue. Sony had the banana shaped controllers initially and then pulled them to introduce the old-style controller with added tilt sensor. Fortunately everyone I know/encounter has grown out of vocally accusing people of being . I do have 2 piercings in my eyebrow but no one has ever called me a stereotype because of them. Indeed, they will be selling handsets as HTC soon - but I'm not sure if it will be all of them. As for using it as a phone - that is secondary to me; I don't make many calls. I needed something that would fit in my pocket and have wireless network access to browse the net on my university's connection. On to the Razr - both of my parents have them and I think they are both abysmal. My dad has the first and my mother has the V3i. They have a horriffic UI.

They are DX10 COMPATIBLE, not mandatory - so no upgrade necessary. It means that you CAN upgrade when you want to, though. I will be getting an 8-series after christmas.
