There's too many variables that are causing the decrease in activity in my own opinion: 1. School, I know I'm only getting on for like an hour, or two if lucky, and its my first year in High School, so going further into the year, more work I'm sure will mean less time on the computer, let alone RuneScape. Those who have University are either living in residence, or living on their own, and possibly a part time job, where some are still at home, but unable to go on cause of the work, I presume. Like before, once the groove kicks in, possibly the tip.It Chat will gain a few more users. 2. Spammers, its bad, I don't even go on because there's spammers, even if I do go on the chat and if i get in a good discussion in 5 minutes its destroyed by spammers. So good chats aren't easy to do, which leads to unpopularity. 3. Lightning left, the owner of Tip.It Chat, thus she cannot add more mods to the Chat(unless the admins have done something?), and more mods are needed, and since Lightning has already pressed concern on who she chooses it just makes it even harder. 4. The large size of the forums, or users of Tip.It attracts spammers, and those who are insecure and want to be centered out for good or bad reasons, and so they find spamming that irritates the users. Its not because we're a fansite, and not a clan, thats totally wrong, its just the sheer size of Tip.It.

I like it, you could possibly add in 'Prayer: 'No Over Heads []' 'No stat boosting Prayers' Though would be hard to find out who cheats using prayer(stat boosting ones). It would save a lot of time for users who make up a form, since I know if you forget to include one or two rules, you'll probably lose, and there's nothing you can do about it. Probably would stop certain people from being lead on, then unfairly killed(and don't go on 'its the wilderness, anything goes', this is an organized fight). I don't quite remember if a topic was made, but some sort of Black List needs to be added, whether to warn users, or to completely frown upon that certain player/user. If there was a topic about that, link me please And coding it, is just wonderful. :)

I think I remember another big reason why post count requirements weren't going to be done. It would cause spam, and wouldn't help the community progress, because users would spam, or post useless posts to achieve the certain post count requirement to post their topic. :-#

I can tell you now, that will never happen at Tip.It, or so what I've read from past topics that suggest this. I think it had something to do with Quality>Quantity. Possibly if the topic still exists about post counts, keeping them, or getting rid of them, you should read that as well for a reason. I don't have a link for it. I haven't said anything about the guide itself, since I have not read it. I'm merely saying posting about an example that was used to explain someones argument further isn't really getting a solution going, or an outcome. It just causes a circulation of spam, possibly flaming. I mean, those posts are spam since they do not help or give any guided direction in a solution, or outcome. They aren't needed, since 5+ other people have said the exact same thing. The topic is about a flooded forum with useless topics, not about one individual topic that was or wasn't used as a poor example-that guide might be a fine guide, but its not what this topic is about, indirectly it is yes, but just posting about it because the examples insult cabbage is spam, or should be.

I don't think you were getting flamed mate, I think they were trying to correct the price. Whoever said about crystal, you can't pick up those arrows can you? In speed yes it is better, in overall exp no crystal isn't, these would be better...

I know...? Addies are what 160-200ea? so for 80 ea you are potentially getting 2.5 broads to 1 addy arrow. Which isn't quite bad if you pick up your arrows.

That's really cool. I once found a strange looking rock, I picked it up, it was hard and all, then like a day later it was all dust, like it had just melted and turned into dust. It was extremely odd. :-k -- Anyways, you really need to tell us what the University tells you, and keep us up to date. : I would definitely sell it if it was more then 10k+

This month(August) was a a bad one. I had two dogs, that lived with my Aunt cause I am allergic to dogs badly. The oldest dog is 14 years old human years, she was starting to choke on food, and would vomit if she did. The vet told us that she had tumors through-out her entire body, some as large as a tennis ball. We put her down that same day. :cry: Our other dog, who was 10 years old human years was bumping into walls, and was moaning all the time. We just knew the moaning and the sobs were from losing Bagel(the 14 year old dog), but we didn't know why she was bumping into the walls. The vet told us she was losing her memory slowly, and eventually would forget who anyone was and would become aggressive and violent. We put her down a few days later. :( This month, this summer actually seems so pitiful for dogs. :?

I have no idea how you reported 500 of them, since for the past 5-6 months I haven't seen a single bad ad. :) There are different ad systems, but usually the ad is generated from a search engine that finds keywords on the page the ad is on, and it puts that ad on. Blocking the bad ads basically is blocking the url, which is what the 'report bad ad' link under the ads will tell you. This means Tip.It cannot check the ads that will be put on the site. So adult sites, or cheat sites will get through occasionally. Tip.It asks you to report these ads to prevent them appearing again, to keep the site(s) rated G, and to keep Tip.It legal against Jagex, and avoid legal battles..possibly others. So be a kind person and report them.

The replies about the Cabbage guide are really depressing. :? --- I like mrmyk idea, there's only 1 or 2 guides being posted every day roughly, so it wouldn't be too bad to sort through the guides. It's probably the best solution.
