Chaotic longsword versus Chaotic rapier (Stab)
KBD has really low stab, and suprisingly slash defense, so he is certainly not a good example- rapier is much, much better there. As for waterfiends, you'd be stupid to use either of those there are both SS and ZS are better. As far as i can tell, the only place where there would even be a question of which is better is mithril dragons, ad that assuming you have really low accuracy boosts to begin with.

Armadyl kill/hr?
Well if you are going to have low defense anyway, why not use a hand cannon? i'm fairly sure it has higher DPS there than ccbow. Also, as kc at arma takes quite a bit of time and accuracy is a significant factor, i would guess that the normal full armadyl+ spec/ely/divine would be better than void, but again, i haven't tested this. As for the number of kills you can get in an hour, no idea, there are just too many factors to consider.

Chaotic longsword versus Chaotic rapier (Stab)
Well i'm guessing that it could be possible in a situation of mithril dragons vs. no defender, no potions, no prayer, low equipment bonuses or what ever, but yeah, in practicality, it's not possible- CLS actually has a very low stab bonus(17 less than it's slash bonus) so it's a poor stabbing weapon, likely better slashing iron dragons than stabbing.

Phat or 99 Mage
What makes you think you can get a partyhat by just having the cash to buy one at ge price? getting a partyhat is certainly harder to achieve than most 99's these days. As for advice, i think you should do whatever you find being more fun, as they are two completely different goals.
-
Are 99's really worth it...
If you play the game to get 99's then no, they aren't worth it. In due time, most everyone is bound to reach atleast one 99, and likely even go beyond them depending on how much they like that particular skill.

Troll weakness
Ignoring them and not answering to their attacks. Oh, wait, you mean the other trolls...yeah, not particularly weak to any style, but weaker to stab or magic. Troll generals are allegedly considerably weak to stab. As for melee armor, they aren't very accurate but do hit high, so melee prayer is suggested when cannoning(or range prayer on a different spot with throwers). High melee defense armor(barrows) should also do the trick.

200M in all Skills
That's the problem, some people think among the lines of ''if it isn't 100k xp in 3600 seconds, it's not 100k xp an hour'' and won't go further in trying to research or learn about a method. But this topic is about 200M xp in those skills, so it's completely irrelevant what you manage to do in 3600 seconds, it's relevant how much xp you can gain per hour on a consistent basis, week in, week out. I'm not saying it's easy, hell, i'd rather murder someone than rc at ZMI with enough dedication to get 60k xp an hour, but 100k agility/mining xp an hour is doable, wheater you personally can do it or not. Not to mention, at the absolute highest rates(0 error), you could theoretically get like 120k mining, 110k agility xp an hour.

Flaming
Or there are some ignorant people(you know who you are) around who refuse to believe anything they themselves haven't touched, thus calling others names; liers etc and posting incorrect, useless, flame'y or stupid information. Some people even develop personal agendas on trying to make other people look bad in those situations, but that's another story. The fact of the matter is, the quantity of information around these forums is huge, and more often than not, people take the liberty of posting things they know as facts, and then go on the defensive when it doesn't hold out to be true, thus resulting in alot of flame. If people only talked about what they knew(and i make this mistake from time to time aswell), there would be alot less flame on these forums. As for telling other people what to do, firstly, it's not offensive(you are not forcing them to do anything, you don't have control over their decision), secondly, alot of people want to be told what to do(H&A), and lastly, i haven't seen anyone saying that you MUST do something, rather people making suggestions in a matter of what people should do. As for RSKB, i'm afraid, yet again, you are wrong. It has more incorrect information than any of the fansites, not to mention, you get the information with a bigger delay.

LOL @ training dungeoneering long term.... oh wait....

The guy isn't using BA horn, so purely from a mining point of view, 100k or even 110k an hour is possible. I think Lover romeo got around 80-85k mining xp an hour mining and dropping granite, but i'm not 100% sure. At 72k an hour purely mining/agility, 100k+ an hour is possible with BA horn.

Solo arma
I'm not 100% sure on this, but by calculations and logic, leeches(leech defense and ranged, maybe leech magic) are better for arma than prayers with rigour. As for chaotic crossbow, the only place where you'd have a good use for it is armadyl, as everywhere else rune crossbow would make more sense and hand cannon would have a higher DPS.

Dagannoth Kings
I don't think there is a point in only killing one king as you'd be throwing most of the profit out of the window- while you could kill around 35 rex-es in an hour, solo tribrid could net around 85-90 kills every hour. If, however, for whatever reason, you only want to kill one, rex is the best. You can't kill only supreme, and only killing prime is quite bothersome aswell. For soloing rex, it is smart to bring a hybrid with you, although i think the hybrid would also be making more money than you(supreme+prime hybrid).

Korasi's sword
It's still not even near 800, probably near 700.
-
Steel dragon meleeing
Then you likely shouldn't melee them anyway.
-
Collecting dbones using pack yak
Around 160 items/h without summoning potions, infinite amount if you have summoning potions.
-
Korasi's sword
I'm guessing(and am pretty sure) that that 841 max consists of 40 from ring, extreme potions and slayer helmet, so no, nowhere near 800, probably not even 700, likely around 640 with normal pking gear.

200M in all Skills
I read your thread, you are not about fast xp in the classical sense, thus you are not about fast xp, period. As for BA, you just need to have a consistent team and play with them as often as you can- after all, there are a load of BA nuts around. If you aren't great at BA, deal with it, that doesn't mean 100k isn't possible, just like in dungeoneering, very high xp is possible, but not to every newb. I'm also fairly sure granite+dropping is still somewhat faster than gold+dropping, but in any case, 75k+ mining xp without horn is possible, if you factor in smithing/magic, mining is, as it has been said, a very fast skill(~200k+). Danqazmlp, how was the reply by Golvellius not a personal attack? He was effectively calling me a liar, when, infact, he had absolutely no idea of what he was talking about. Very inconsistent moderating.

Collecting dbones using pack yak
Killing dragons isn't generally a good moneymaker at the higher levels, so i would suggest you'd rather kill abyssals for consistent profit or to DK's/TD's for high profit. Maging will considerably cut your profit no matter what(not to mention most dragons have a decent mage def).
-
Steel dragon meleeing
fixed Ofcource, it all depends on your accuracy boosts aswell, but whip is generally a poor choice for metals(or steels/miths atleast).
-
Primal rapier with Tactician?
Tactician class is more or less useless as you always lose the other attack style, actually making you less accurate in most cases.

200M in all Skills
As far as i know, jebrim isn't about fast xp, and i doubt he would sacrifice precious time of training agility for doing BA every so often. 100k agility/mining xp an hour assumes 20 minute waves in BA, which isn't that difficult.
-
Korasi's sword
So i assume you are immortal? Good for you.

RC is 60k an hour. Agility is 100k an hour. Mining is 100k an hour, more than that if you do LRC superheat(considering the speed of the two other skills). RC is the best thing to use lamps on, no matter what. I'm fairly sure that if you aren't great at merchanting or are opposed to it it would be much more efficient to kill frost dragons/TD's for your RC xp(at around 40k xp an hour). Where are you gettin the xp/h rates? rc ZMI agility BA+ barb advanced mining BA+ granite

Korasi's Sword vs. Dragon Scimitar
Not having the money to use a better weapon is a legitimate reason for not wanting(or rather, why you can't) train with a better weapon, but if you hide behind a ''not wanting 2h weapon BS'', you'd obviously be rendered stupid. I believe in reason, defense plays no role in training in general, so having to use a 2h weapon plays no role in training, being poor, however, means that you just couldn't use the better weapon. As for the above post, prayer bonus plays a more significant role in training than defense does so...In any case, most of the people train with slayer anyway, so i think that's more significant role in determining which weapon is better. Also, being the best ONE HANDED stab weapon is another way of saying you are a newb and don't have super antifires, meaning that you shouldn't kill metals with melee anyway.
