  1. I read the source. Personally I plan to do farming over the weekend. I'm gonna be on spring break then, so I won't play much anyway. Log on for 10 minutes, do a tree run with 2.7x xp, log out. Come back 24 hours later and do it again.
  2. Helmet - Stole Cape - Ardougne 3 Amulet - Fury Weapon - Staff of Light Body - Ahrim Shield - Arcane/Mage's book/Unholy (not sure if mage's is better than unholy) Legs - Ahrim Gloves - Barrows Boots - Infinity Ring - Seers (i)
  3. Don't train prayer - you only get bonus xp for burying bones, not offering.
  4. Yup. The best place to trade partyhats is the discontinued marketplace on RSOF, you can also hang out at W2 GE. Depending on what your bank clutter is, I might consider relieving you of your santa, if you want to ;)
  5. Lots of people record lots of data. But for the most part there's just no sense of us sharing it with others who won't apply it anyway. e.g. the classic rune defender vs. dragonfire shield. Despite the overwhelming data that shows that even with maxed stats with overloads and turmoil, rune defender gives better xp/hour than dragonfire shield (for training and slayer), many ignore it and use a clunky and expensive shield anyway. The average 'scaper has little concern for efficiency or data. Oh and don't even get me started on the ubiquitous disregard for statistical principles when discussing drop rates.
  6. They'd accept cash, but only if you gave like 450-500m.
  7. Whip and claws is best if you have turmoil and extremes. Use Rune Defender unless you have a Divine or Elysian.
  8. Cannon Scabarites instead. EDIT: Noob. ;)
  9. Yes. If any alchable item is duped it would have similar effects. The problem is that they were introduced in enormous quantities in a small time period. You may say it's cheaper ranged, but no one is going to train with dragonstone bolts. Even if they fall to 2k each, that's still unfathomably expensive for training. Rune bolts were already like 900 each, and NO ONE used those for training.
  10. The bug involved "tricking" the enchant bolt spell into making 12 enchanted bolts but only taking away 1 unenchanted bolt.
  11. Karils for fighting monsters with a magic based attack.
  12. They are still VERY slow with a cannon and without mining the corpses. I highly recommend you block them.
  13. If you don't have a berserker ring, sell your bandos chestplate and buy that. With dharok's plate and berserker you'll get better stats for less. DFS is trash. Rune Defender is the best shield for meleeing, period. The only shiled I'd consider over that would be divine while soloing a boss like bandos.
  14. How much does a bolt alch for? I dont think they will drop this low that alching would become a viable option. Onyx Bolts (e) Grand Exchange Price: 8833 High Alchemy Value: 9000
  15. So basically, F2P should have green dragons because they could be killed? Got any other amazing reasons why this would be a good idea?
  16. I'm quite confident that all monsters that drop level 3 clues drop them at the same rate. So it's basically just which monster you can kill fastest.
  17. Rimmington for the otherwise inaccessible bush patch. Lyres for Relekka and Watchtower (with Ardy Diary modification) teleport for Yanille.
  18. Greaters. They are very quick. And you'll get better charms, at least.
  19. ^ Baseball analogy is not even CLOSE to what the dupe is.
  20. These bolts will be alched for coins. Why does everyone [bleep] about PvP inflation, but inflation from bug abuse is not a problem. :wall: EDIT: fixed my obscenity.
  21. Happens when you don't kill core after killing corp. Yup. We only ended with 10:
  22. No. Let the bolts go with the accounts. We don't need that kind of gp added to the market. That's the point. It'll give money to random players who are lucky enough to obtain them (or at least make some good junk), but it'll also screw with the game economy. Hell, let's just give everyone 1 billion coins. That'll improve the game! You have no understanding of the implications any glitch of this magnitude has. If Runescape was a single player game, I'd agree with you. Want to use cheat codes for Final Fantasy? Go ahead. But your actions, in particular bug abuse of such gravity as this, have ripple effects that can harm other players. Those other characters are PEOPLE. An extreme corollary: someone collapses nearby. No one is around to see if you take his wallet. You take it, because it's just some paper in a leather billfold. It'll be fun, and you can screw with that man and see how much damage you can cause. You'll probably get away with it! Harming someone in Runescape is comparable to harming someone in real life because the other players are people. PS: Your image was amusing ;)
