I think it depends entirely on what 99s and how low your other skills are. There is no excuse to not have 50 slayer, because there are already 2 skill pures with 50+ slayer *cough*. And I also think there is no excuse to still have a lvl 1 stat, at least if you are at lvl 80+ combat(granted you aren't a pure of some type, and assuming we are talking about balanced players), and you have been members for a while. But if there was say.. a member with 1000 total, and 99 fletching, and low other skills, then.. that account isn't very good. But if it was 1000 total with a few 99 stats (Not cooking and fletching) then it would be better.

You agree with bodom with stat wipes? No the hardcore scapers wouldnt play.. the hardcore scapers are people with good stats and those good stats take time. You think that anyone on the top 21 of anything would play? No.. not to mention the 10s of thousands of other people with stats lvl 70+. All that time wasted for jagex to wipe everyones stats. I think the poster of this topic wanted logical ideas .

Well I don't know what ape atoll is like if thats what you are using, but i dont think its much different from the wild, and you can't write up a decent post without having to click back to rs and click next obstacle every 3 seconds. I suppose someone could look at forums while thieving but only during fails

People ask to be rated dude, if I said "rate me" and had 5 fletch people would go off. I just don't understand why no one cares about agility, even skillers. I really don't care how high my level is compared to others either. You do have a point there but I have to agree with jessy. Maybe people have just overly emphasized fletching? There is a difference between fletching and agility, fletching at least you can be on the forums while cutting.. agility is nothing, its like thieving but you are actually losing money (Food, energy pots if you use them). Its also useless for the most part, other then being able to regain energy faster and run for a longer period of time. I personally think mining is worse then agility, but more people have 85 mining then 85 agility because mining makes money. I personally am starting to like agility, I just haven't gotten around to training it majorly because i have other goals id like to persue first..

Jagex works in weird ways, remember construction? "We will also be releasing clockwork toys and some chairs you can sit on", and that turned out to be a skill.

K I'd just like to clarify one thing to everyone. Not every skiller is a rule breaking loser like this guy, (Multiple logging in). Don't assume we are all drop traders, multi-loggers, or macroers.

I haven't noticed anything. I still get the clothes givers just as much as I did before. I'm so tired of them. I have full mime, full lederhosen, full camo.. I don't want the random anymore it gets really annoying.

Most of the decent skillers don't have mains. Whether their old account was banned or they just don't play on their first account, making their skiller their main, is no ones business. I agree that I don't see the point if you are just gonna drop trade between a combat account and a skiller, or play on both equally. But if you play your skiller full time then theres nothing wrong with it.

THERE are such things called "SKILL PURES". I am one myself.. I don't train combat. SO THATS PROBABLY what that mod was.

Jagex obviously doesn't read the reports fully. I've even had pmods tell me that when someone is wrongly black marked, it normally means *Jagex didn't fully read the report and just skimmed over it*. I fully agree with bwareofmef. Now I'm not so sure if I will ever help people besides close friends now, especially since I can make furies and there are people who ask me to make one, and I don't have a fury to give them in exchange, so I have to have a , what jagex calls, "Trust trade". Will i eventually get blackmarked for doing a trust trade? I'm also a skill pure, that has a few 99 stats and every now and then, someone tells me they reported me for autoing. Am i going to get banned for autoing? And only have one chance to appeal it. Jagex has done some odd things. I believe Bwareofmef when she says she was wrongly demodded. I've seen pictures of Jagex going out of their way to tell someone to stop closing a door on Lilyuffie88.. or go to mod parties, stand around at pc. They can do that but when it comes to actually looking into something that takes the same amount of time, they apparently are incapable of doing so. Muskee being one of my favorite rs players, I'm sad to hear that you got a black mark for no reason. Its a shame Jagex has wrongly demodded bware, and won't listen to her. They will make scammers a mod (YES there is a mod that kept trying to trade scam my friend about 3 times on 3 different occasions, and he got the crown a few days ago.) They only seem to look into who hits the report button the most now.

Of course they will last. Firecapes have been out a while now and they are still very popular. Things like 99 agility capes will be rarer then firecapes. People don't get called no life as much as people think. I've been thieving for probably 3 months now with one 1 week break. Almost 58m thieving xp and i haven't been called no life once. So i really doubt that anyone with a 99 cape on would be called "no life"more then they would without it. And the ones who do say no life are just jealous.

Yeah i am one but im lvl 4 and skill pures don't have to be lvl 3, they just have to be low lvled that is skill based and no combat purposly. I'm not wasting my time posting a pic of my stats so you can just look me up. I have 44 slayer though lol..
