The Jagex graphics team finally acknowledges its target audience by taking lessons from every other fantasy game ever released... :razz: *snort* Well -- to be fair -- a lot of "gear" has become boobier of late.

So I log in to day and I get this message: Which is odd because there was nothing in my original screen to indicate any message to me about any infraction of the rules and a subsequent muting. So I checked my account status: There's no message from Jagex, no indication of what rule I've broken, and apparently no way to appeal it either. WTF just happened here? :blink:

Sadly, and as much as it pains me to admit it, yes – it was necessary. I, too, am guilty of using, and encouraging others to use, the Effigyscape method of training. I am not sure what one means by “in the spirit of the game”. :unsure: If, “in the spirit of the game”, you mean, did Jagex put sufficient thought into what would happen, once people started figuring out how they could manipulate the game to their advantage, in order to maximize the number of effigies they’d receive and store, and thereafter, did they give any forethought as to what would happen if, as and when such persons would cash in all those effigies in one go? Is that what you mean? If so – isn’t that merely a rhetorical question? :lol: Hell no. This has all the signs of a classic “closing the barn door …” scenario. To suddenly switch the situation around in this manner, without warning, indicates that someone, somewhere, got caught with their pants down and, as a result, they lashed out irrationally and severely at everyone because of it. There were better ways to deal with this – other solutions could have easily been implemented within the same time frame.

You have 42 defense. Chances are jagex won't give you something you can't wield. Rewards get better with higher levels. Or maybe you got unlucky. I saw divine on 2 of my rolls yesterday. I was on my low level f2p account and I had the chance at tassets + armadyl chestplate. I'll take that into account. Thank you for the data I'll write that down. What level is it? Also it is a possibility f2p accounts regardless of level have an exceptionally high chance of getting higher level rewards, so that it would be enticing to buy membership should they get them. Or maybe we got really unlucky with the loot on the low level accounts. 1 day of test trials isn't indicative of a trend yet, only some theories. Also I feel this is derailing the thread. Just pm me any results anyone gets. Back on topic: so the prices are steadily dropping for the mid-high level boss drops, faster than before. Anyone foresee a complete crash in the future? My level 138 main had as many chances to win high level rewards as any of my level 3 "noob" accounts -- I have four (4) such accounts. I think your clan-mates are "having you on" as they say. :rolleyes:

Honestly, she's probably either having second thoughts about saying yes or she was never that thrilled about it in the first place. If she was, she would definitely be making an effort to contact you or at least tell you why she was busy, especially considering how long you guys have gone without much communication. I agree with this interpretation. Short of a death in the family, or some other form of legitimate excuse, theres no reasonable explanation for her not communicating with you, unless shes trying to save your feelings ...

Subject, of course, to any counter-claims and/or pending appeals :unsure: That said, let Notice be served that the precedent has now been put in place not only for Jagex but for pretty much EVERY video gaming operation out there such that, the companies which own the games now have the legal recourse to go after those individuals/corporations that tamper with their games, in order to adversely affect the game itself and/or make personal profit therefrom. The net effect of all this is, simply this: BEWARE! If youre going to tamper with a video game in any way whatsoever, be prepared to have that games developer/owner come after you with pitchforks, torches and a rope :lol:

If you've only a couple of hours a day, I'd suggest you train using the "Effigyscape" set up at Black Demons: Equipment: Elite Void Torso Elite Void Robe Void Helm Void Gloves (RFD Gloves if you have the Void Deflector) Void Deflector>Dragon Defender>Obby Shield Chaotic Rapier>Vine Whip>Abbysal Whip Soul Wars Cape>Fire Cape>Skill Cape>Obby Cape Steadfast Boots>Dragon Boots>Rune Boots Pack Yak>Tortoise>T-Bird Reverence Aura+ Cannon + Cannonballs Fallador Teleport Prayer Pots Summoning Pots (if Yakking) Yak Scrolls (if Yakking) Super/Extreme/OVLs are optional but recommended (faster kills) Holy Wrench (if you dont have Reverence, or if it runs out, or dont have the SW cape) Alking Runes for items DG Gem Bag (optional) EE/EEE (just in case) The Elite Void and Soul Wars cape will give you a sweet prayer bonus. Combined with Reverence, you're prayer pots will last you a fairly long time. Obviously, your Summoning level and choice of BoB will determine how long you can stay at the Black Demons until you need to bank. Set up your cannon at the North end of the Black Demon lair in the Taverley Dungeon just South of the pillar is a great spot. Load it and fire it. Pray defence against melee constantly while in the lair. Melee the Black Demons. Collect the ashes and Red Crimsons. And the effigies. Alk everything else. Store dropped gems in the gem bag. Teleport to Fallador after each full Load. Leave your cannon firing while you go if you like. Two hours a night is two Yaks or three Tortoises a night ... Banked ashes will cover the cost of the pots, cannon and cannonballs.

Since I am not aware of your username or your stats, it is difficult for me to give you much in terms of advice. If you've got Elite Void gear, a reasonable Summoning level, and some reasonable combat abilities, you can melee/range Black Demons. The benefits of doing so are such that, if you bank the ashes, youd be able to cover you costs AND train Range, Summoning (crimson charms) and Melee all at the same time. On top of that, youd be getting regular effigy drops which would result in your training additional skills :unsure:

Seriously -- ^this^ -- although it may come across as "efficienado", you will seriously appreciate the over-all effect of training more than one skill at a time, especially since it can be done while "bank-standing", with so little effort on your part ... :-D

You are a bit older than me, so this might not apply to you... But in EVERY case of a relationship with a female that I have had, the above statement is sooooo untrue. We could argue about eugenics if youd like, but I dont think that this is the proper forum for that discussion. Suffice to say that, if you look over the history of time, and draw a comparative study of those women generally selected to participate in the breeding pool of EVERY society on this planet, invariably the vast majority of women, so chosen, would constitute a control group that, consistently, demonstrates my point: i.e. that women who are demure and non-confrontational with men are selected, more often, as desirable breeding stock and, as a result, beget more women who are likewise equally non-confrontational <_<
