  1. http://imdb.com/title/tt0033922/ Here's a movie from 1941 called Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I don't think they were spies but...Why, they should sue too! and TV show of 1996 of the same name. http://imdb.com/title/tt0115277/ This ones about 2 spies that play a married couple...

Morrowind...I will purchase Morrowind... With all the other games to play besides Morrowind, I won't get around to Oblivion until probably the summer. BTW, Indy, you seem to be acting exactly how I acted when San Andreas was coming...Cept they gave me the release date like 6 months ahead of time, so I had heart clenchs and ulsers for that long. I specifically avoided jaywalking and dangerous activites that may break my arms in the weeks leading up to it. And even with that massive 6 month (and longer) build-up, it was somehow even better than what I had hoped. Let's hope the same for you, yes? And...Which game of the year did it win? There's dozens of GOTY awards.
  3. It seems to me at my school (which is very thin on average) that those who are overweight tend to be obese or well on there way too (just the trend, not all the time). So I guess it's to save those kind of people.
  4. I decided that after last weeks 3.5hr, BW, Japanese subtitle movie, I would rent something lighter for my mid-week movie. I rented The Graduate. I rather enjoyed this movie. I found it kind of slow, and kind of strange at the start...But then I realised it was just building the characters traits, and introduced the imagery. I thought the cinematography and direction was EXCEPTIONAL, especially for a movie of such age. You can tell the director was being creative when filming, and the way their shot (the lens flare type things [don't know what it's called in movie lingo], and colour and light all looked great. One thing that bothered me however was that the seemingly the old technology doesn't work with the Californian tan...All the people looked peculiar as they were almost orange. I loved the use of imagery. Dustin Hoffman was amazing, and it had many exciting and engrossing scenes. Great ending also. And what made this film amazing to me, was that I finally got where a few things from The Simpsons are from...I already knew the thing where Mr. Burgstrum is getting seduced by Ms. Krabople...(I only resently put together that Burgstrum was voiced by Hoffman...silly me) and the whole banging on the window at the wedding, then getting in the bus and looking awkward. Oh yeah, and the "Hello grandpa my old friend...You're busy day is at an ennnd." Genious. Overall, after you get into the movie, it really takes off and is thoroughly entertaining. Oh yeah, and +1 to my movies seen from IMDB top 250 (about the last 10ish consequetive weeks I've seen a movie from the top 250...and The Graduate was rated #7 movie of all time by AFI, whose list I also refer to). Further, How2PK, is Edison on DVD or in theatre (or did you illegally download!), cuz I'd never heard of it, and movie.com has it not listed as come out yet, and the trailer I watched said coming soon...What's the deal?
  5. Find something you really like to do...Then make sure you do your homework first.
  6. This is tricky...Spoiler?I donno how to use the secret code with the boxEnd Spoiler.
  7. For all those saying one is sweeter than the other, etc. etc...Pepsi has 1 gram more sugar per 355mL can that Coke...I believe the numbers are 42g per Pepsi, 41g per Coke...And when you actually think about it its pretty disgusting...I read a lot of ingredients... I personally feel that Coke has a more fizzy, burny feeling, and the taste is fine, but as said, it really leaves a gross residue on your teeth and coats your mouth with grit... I prefer Pepsi, it goes down smooth, and is 1g sweeter! On a side note...I went to Subway once and my mom ordered a chocolate milk, and I ordered a Pepsi...Per cup the chocolate milk had more fat (obviously...) and even more sugar than Pepsi...Don't drink Subway chocolate milk.
  8. You know...There's not too much I couldn't go without. I'd say computer games, or movies, but the thing is if I stopped with those I'd take up something similar. I seem to have a rediculously insufficient amount of free time, despite not having any extra-curricular activities, or a job... What I'm trying to say is I lack focus, or any life-or-death enjoyment of anything.

    Nu...ma...Nu...Ma? ... That guy owns.
  10. I've been following this for a while...I don't wish to voice an opinion until it comes out. Looks kinda coolish tho.
  11. I've decided eBaum'sworld.com is actually excellent. Let me tell you of a tale of not very much interest! I watched this flash video once or twice on Sunday, and thoroughly enjoyed it. So I went and watched all Trapezoids other flash cartoons and had a great time. So then I decided to go and study some math. "I'm going to ace this test!" I said to myself, and so only studied for an hour or slightly over (actually it was a quiz). So fasttrack to first period Monday morning. I get my test, look at the first question and all of a sudden I start hearing in my head: "Once upon a time, on the internet there was a GUY..." I paniced, and did what I could, but moved to the next question..."A very deeply flawed man, they called him Eric Bauman"...I began to completely lose my focus, on a test I should have been acing. By about the fourth question I was completely being taken over. I couldn't think, and eventually I gave in and just listened, and accepted my fate...I got the worst mark I've gotten on a quiz/test in high school. Therefore, down with Trapezoid, up with Eric Bauman.
  12. That's odd...A movie with Spacey and Freeman that came out in 2005 and I've never even heard of it...It must be a keeper...
  13. Er... All of my friends said that Brokeback was amazing. And I believed them because Jake Gyllenhaal is a fabulous actor. I didn't say it was a bad movie. I meant it was probably a good movie. But that doesn't mean it will make more money than a bigger movie. Which it didn't...It did Not bad, but not as much as a humongous blockbuster...
  14. No they don't... Look at the top 10 grossing movies of last year. Save for Revenge of the Sith, which deserves it (because it's good, and you have to consider it's roots), all those movies are big, high budget movies, many of which have questionable degrees of excellence... Put a group of kids/young adults like us against some real-life movie crits and the difference would be stunting. Yes...Because there are about 1000x more kids/young adults...And one that appeals to them will make that much more money. Brokeback Mountain had huge hype...It was on all the headlines, it had big lead roles, it stirred up controversy, there was lots of commercials for it...And its grosses were like a 5th what the bigger movies last year made. That's why people big, flashy movies. To make money. And while I can't say I'd do the same, I can definately see why movie execs want to live in mansions...
  15. No they don't... Look at the top 10 grossing movies of last year. Save for Revenge of the Sith, which deserves it (because it's good, and you have to consider it's roots), all those movies are big, high budget movies, many of which have questionable degrees of excellence...
  16. There are thousands of low-budget, art-house, and even not-as-big type of movies that you can see instead. Or rent some classics (there's thousands of them). It's not like their forcing it down you're throat. And they do it because that's what the masses want to see. The masses are happy, they make their money, and then you can go see some movie more to your taste, which there is probably no shortage of.
  17. Breaking through the sign in Los Santos, and making it dirty. (I think this is the only time I ever actually laughed in a video game.) The ending of Return to Castle Wolfenstein for some reason. The end of Dark Forces and Jedi Knight. Falling from a high rise building in Hong-Kong (without getting hurt) and slicing up an enemy, from Deus Ex. The whole last level of Half-Life 2. The Adress Unknown theme park from Max Payne 2 (along with the TV episodes of it). Flying over Los Santos in a private jet, while listening to Free Bird. Why you ask? It showed me that it was indeed the best game of all time (GTA:SA) ...and perhaps the best ever...but I won't say it because it's a possible spoiler which would be a damn shame. I think we all know what I'm talking in KOTOR 1...Amazing. Also, please don't post things that are spoilers. I'm playing lots of old games and don't want to find out how they end. ex. Anesthesia, that whole twist was ruined for that game by someone like you on a forum, it took a whole lot of supposed greatness out of what I know consider only a decent game.
  18. I don't wait in line for rides...As I see it, I'd rather go on 15 lesser good rides, than 1 great ride. So I go to the one without lines (somehow I managed to get on the 2nd or 3rd best ride in the park 3 times in a row when there was no line, but there was an hour and 45 minute long line for what I consider to be one of the worst rides there). Mine would probably be Star Wars episode 3 (about 30-45 minutes, I already had my ticket), or possibly for a doctors appointment.
  19. I watched Doom again. It wasn't quite as good the second time around, but still better than people tell you. The main problem of why this movie isn't amazing? They somehow managed to butcher the story, thus making it seem braindead to the general public, and really distancing itself from part of what made the game (Doom III I mean) so good. And really, the first hour or so is very, very poorly written. And while the second is just a bit better, you start to overlook it when the action starts. It's quality entertainment, the set design and overall feeling of the movie captures that fairly well of the game, but the story is completely wrong which really drags it down. Doom is about demons from Hell, and there is no demons from hell. :(. It's really a shame how this movie had to fall sort of into mediocrity. It's got 2 solid lead characters (The Rock OWNS, and Karl Urban is good also), and a good base story (which, as I mention, they completely discarded), and a pretty solid feel...This had so much more potential than what it showed. Really a shame. But still, it was pretty good. BTW, I like the FPS part. Though it is about 10x more effective in a theatre. Not really as engrossing on a TV. Still pretty good.
  20. Hmmmm, I find that excersise right before bed is really bad. It get's the blood pumping, and you get all heated up... For me, I would say 2 things. Eat something...I'm not sure why, but I had problems sleeping up until about a month ago, now I always eat before bed and I never have problems (not once since I started)...Also, as an alternative to reading, try like, studying...Some nice biology or chemistry or something is like horse tranquilizers.
  21. Lol, before I read the post I'm like "Where do you come from that they make make $140 bills...?".
  22. Oh now I get it...I don't understand German. Before I thought he was actually playing a game and he kept getting owned. When I look at it know I realise I can hear the beeping and stuff...That kid really messed up his keyboard, eh? That's really awkward when he breaks into a little dance. He really needs his meds.
  23. I don't particularly have any injuries...For one, the sport I play most is hockey...And I just don't see how people on my team get injured so often. It's very light on the body contact, and I've played for...11 years and never once went down where I couldn't get right back up. I suppose my most painful is also my funniest. I was playing baseball a long time ago, and a grounder came out towards the outfield at a not that fast speed. I charge at it, and it went off a dip in the grass and hit me in the groin. In hindsight, very funny :). Actually all of my sports related injuries (none that actually hurt - I've never in my life broke a bone) are pretty mild, and for some reason involve baseball... .... Have you guys ever seen the one most painful sports accidents show...1 has 2 skydivers flying something like 120mph each and they fly right into each other, and the one guys arms chop off the other guys legs (how, I don't have a clue) and the guy who got his legs chopped off was able to pull his chute, but the choop-ee passed out and plummeted to death. Another one had a skier going down a hill at high speed and getting his ski stuck on a wire net fence boundary thing, and the rest of his body kepy going. It like shattered his pelvis into shreds, and he someone lived. Unbelieveable.
  24. Oooo, I couldn't resist. :D
  25. I did one where it was Where's Waldo on e-baums world...So I was concentrating and I had my face right up at the screen...Eeeek. And also, my bro did the worst thing ever to me. He like downloaded a reaction/hand-eye coordination test, where you had to like collect thing as they fall, among other tests...Anyways halfway through like level 4 (you're really not expecting it that late in the game) a similar scary image and sounds came, and I like jumped out of my chair and ran away. Second scariest moment I've ever had at the computer. I won't even say the first because even recalling it requires new undies on my part.
