For him, i think he should be put on some kind of probation watch while hes at the university for a year, because if he got his 4 A's and community service work, thats impressive. But being turned away is a step too far.

It's all down to the parents. If you teach the kids sex-ed at a really young age, they won't know what theyre being told. However, some kids in my class have parents so strict and imo plain stupid, (i.e they couldnt watch a 15 rated film unless they were 15) they're the most messed up, the kind with on friends. Their parents need to know when to let loose or cut the ambilical cord, or their the ones whos kids will be screwed up. It IS healthy for a child to watch, see and do stuff they technically shouldnt, because it gives them some more independance and responsibility in my opinion. For example, i'm not legally an adult, and i watch films and even dirty movies sometimes, hell, i think my parents know i watch the dirty movies, but they don't stop me, because then i would have no freedom. I think they don't stop me because i'm responsible enough not to overdo it or jerk off far too much, or do it when i'm bored. And i'm responsible like that because i have been given the freedom, yet still with boundaries. I hope that made sense what i wrote, it made sense in my head :

My parents were always dysfunctional, and alot of stuff happened involving the Social Services. They only divorced a year ago. Now i'm sure somewhere, there must be a gay couple who have adopted a child, who's had a happier upbringing then me. Theres the best interest for you. I'm only posting this because i'm feeling sick from what i saw about 1hr ago. I was eating in a restaurant, a nice meal, (a great meal actually) while some women in front of me, lifts up her shirt and publicly while trying to hide it (but failing) starts breastfeeding her baby. Now i appreciate the fact she had 3 children all quite young, and she wants to keep them calm etc, incase they have a temper tantrum or something (her baby was crying) But still in a good restaurant, to breastfeed?!!? It would be okay if it was in some crappy Macdonalds or something, but in a fairly good, quality restaurant i was in, i just thought it was inapproriate. And de-appetizing. So has anyone else seen stuff like this ? :shock:

There is nothing wrong with homosexuality and people who think otherwise need to wake up and welcome themselves to modern times. I read an article in the newspaper about how some stupid old hag was distressed about a heinz advert, with two homosexual people, and she was complaining about how she had to explain homosexuality to her children, and how difficult it was to her. Well how difficult is it to say "Some men like other men and some women like other women?" The only reason people think homosexuality is wrong is because of the church, because theyre so ancient, they knew the dead sea when it was only ill... They need to get the Pope to say "Theres nothing wrong with homoseuxality!"
