Parents name baby Superman
Well, in regards to a lack of originality... my son's going to have the exact same name I do. I'm currently the IV (dad's the III, etc.). So my son is going to be the V. I'm actually technically the VIII if you go down the lineage, it's just the system goes in cycles :-w . Yes, I'm royalty :o! Sorta...

weird and cool talents?
I've never considered that an amazing or unique ability, personally. It's not really that hard; it's the way that one purposely blurries their vision, as I said on an identical thread to this (though things up close shake). It's kind of like being able to roll your tongue* (making the repeated "rrr" sound), or being able to curl your tongue into a U shape*. Cool if you can do it, but it's not really a rarity :P . *I can do all three, even though no one cares :-w .

Where'd you go for vacation?
I was at Harvard, Yale, and MIT this summer. Which of those schools do you want to get into? (Oh, and check the University of Michigan out. Great school. :P ) Princeton and Yale were great, but they're kind of longshots for me (30% at best). I'm a legacy at Cornell though (dad went there :) ), and Cornell is a definitely less rigorous in it's application selection than Yale or Princeton, so I think I'm going Early Decision there. With a half-decent essay the odds of me getting in are pretty high, I hope :o.

For vacation this summer I've gone to: Cornell (Awesome) Vanderbilt (err.. treeish?) Duke (way too big) Harvard (HATED) Yale (Awesome) Nortwestern (active... cold) Stanford (Beauful :o) Princeton (Cool) Notre Dame (Isolated as hell) Ya, being a rising senior is so much fun o_O. Must... survive... application process...

CoLoR qUiZ Yay!!!
I'd have to agree.. though for me it's more like 80% could fit if I stretched it, and 40% fit me very well. Quite ambiguous (though, I'm surprised every single answer works for you o_O). My first two were okay, but I felt like my "Current Inappropriate behavor" response was off. Reading through the thread I found a much better one, that fit me absolutely perfectly (Goddess' one :P ): So, again, not perfect, but it's not like I got something that contrasted with my characteristics (like many of the descriptions I've seen have). Heh, their working purely off colors after all.

The bible
What about a Cyclic Universe, a universe that has always existed and will continue to forever? That doesn't really need a creator, does it? I've been reading up on Superstring theory, and if it's correct then there is a limit to how small the matter at the Big Bang (and Big Crunch) can get, the Planck length. It's kind of small. Picture an atom. Now picture it the size of the universe. Now picture a tree in that universe. That's about the Planck length, a tree in an atom the size of the universe. Any attempt at compression beyond that results in expansion, which would explain how our universe could go around in an undending continuous cycle of Big Bangs and Big Crunches. Cyclic Universe. Sorry if you're unfamiliar with String theory, but this gets the basic idea across. Actually, if you don't want to bother with the String Theory mumbo jumbo (which would be perfectly understandable, it's weird stuff), this should do: The Endless Universe.. I believe venomai showed me that link, so credit goes to him :-k .

Thoughts about the digital economy.
What proof is there that inflation (total gp in game), in the Runescape economy, is bad? What about it is so drastic that you would actually suggest completely removing the alchemy spells, the life and blood of magic training, or adding frikking taxes? This isn't the real world bub. This is Runescape. You don't see prices for items rising beyond the consumer's ability to pay, and prices have been been fluctuating around the same general area for years, not rising to the amazing levels that basic economy would predict. Look at Yews for example. For the past few years they ran for 300ea, easily. But when mass amounts of autoers were added to the equation, the prices hit rock bottom in the low 200's. If you're theory about rampant inflation was correct, would not the massive amount of money in the game cause the price of Yews, and other raw materials, to rise dramatically? And yet, they don't. In fact, the only reason prices of raw materials seem to rise is due to changes in the game via weekly updates, such as the sudden drastic rune essense rises in price. What evidence do you have that inflation is the main driver of price changes, rather changes in other aspects of the game? And for that matter, are you willing to risk the possible of deflation on a random hunch that inflation is bad for the Runescape economy? Think about it for a second: Inflation makes people's banks worth more, gives them more money to spend. Worst case scenario it runs amuk and everyone has millions upon millions in their bank. Which doesn't really pose much of a problem. But.... deflation, at high enough levels, enough economical error in updates, for a long enough period of time, could actually cause the destruction of the economy, unlike inflation. Inflation at it's worse creates more money, which just dissappears into the banks of players who all eventually quit and essentially remove that money from the game. Deflation, on the other hand, at it's worse can remove enough money from the game that it actually causes shortages of money among players, and if kept unchecked could remove enough gp from the game to make it impossible to keep an economy running. By trying to balance out inflation, you run the risk of overbalancing the equation and causing deflation. Is that what you really want? Do you want to create a real threat in order to eliminate an imaginary threat? The game isn't going under any economic stress, and it never will. Establish, with reliable facts, information, and intelligience, that the Runescape economy is actually being damaged by inflation before you try and unnecessarily fix something that isn't broken.

Help, I'm going into middle school.
Geez, what's with all the GPA padding on this thread. For me, regular classes max at 4, honors classes max at 4, and AP classes max at, well, 4. I mean, c'mon, a 6 point grading scale for AP classes? Do you really think it's that hard, to need a 50% grade boost? I mean, that's literally the same thing as turning a barely failing grade to a grade beyond a hundred percent! (69%-> 103.5% -__-".) Schools have gotten kind of pathetic when it comes to getting students into good colleges -_-. I mean, there's a public school system in my area (where the average kid isn't exactly...er, smart), and over half of the kids at the school have GPA's of 3.5+, which is down-right hilarious to stay the least... Hospital and school workers
I assumed it wasn't, because there wasn't any funnay to be achieved by its use. I'd beg to differ :-k . Seemed like pretty obvious sarcasm to me :| . As a completely random side note, what's with everyone and saying "ad hominem"? Hear it so frikkin' much on these forums... God, just say he attacked/insulted the guy, this isn't a debate; it wasn't an ad hominem attack, it was just an attack attack :| .

Teen boys hit home run with topless next-door neighbor
Randomly saying "oh that's bullcrap" isn't anything beyond an opinion. Someone needs to explain why they think it is a bullcrap answer. Here's a repeating of my point, which I admittedly did rush into two lines: The scenarios are completely different; you can't just switch the genders and hope what your reaction to one scenario should be the same for the other. It just doesn't work.
